My experience at Cuong Strong has been nothing less then amazing. Cuong and his team go the extra mile, from your first interaction with Cuong you'll feel heard and valued. The new Red-light therapy he offers is the real deal, I've noticed an improvement in my sleep immediately, as well as skin health improvements over time. Can't ask for anything more from a locally owned gym. If your looking for a gym for 2023 look no further.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Cuong & his team! I’ve tried pretty much all of it - monthly memberships, class-style memberships, Beachbody programs, kickboxing, yoga, & on and on the list goes. While some of these programs worked for me right away, the results and drive to keep going didn’t last long. I’ve been going to Cuong for the last few months and have seen more results with this team than I have anywhere else! I’ve always been moderately active but had no idea what to do with the nutritional side of fitness/health. Cuong is incredibly helpful in customizing a plan for me that is sustainable & easy for me to follow in my everyday life. Crystal, the trainer I work with, is amazing! I tease her for being a “bully”/making me work “too hard” & give her multiple eye rolls when she makes me get a heavier weight, but she truly is the best and pushes me to the fullest at every session. I have been working out at Cuong Strong for the past 4 months. In that time, not only have I gained strength and cleaned up my nutrition, I've also gained a ton of confidence. Cuong listens to your goals and sets you up to not only reach, but exceed them. You obviously have to work hard to do that, but his fitness and nutrition plans make it possible. When I met with him, I thought I just wanted to be fit and gain strength, but after seeing the progress that I have made so far, I am envisioning even bigger goals. I was not familiar at all with weight/resistance training when I started, so having someone to show you how to do the exercises properly, focusing on form, was really important. Cuong and my trainer are available to me for questions or concerns anytime, and scheduling sessions could not be easier. The gym itself is welcoming and easy to navigate. My trainer, Crystal, has a ton of experience in weight lifting and personal training, and is an excellent, encouraging coach. I can't say enough good things about Cuong Strong. HIGHLY recommend!

You get to meet one on one with Cuong to discuss your goals and find out exactly how they can help you. Cuong is an amazing personal trainer. He motivates his clients with a professional demeanor and a kind, gentle but firm, heart. Cuong worked with my son after a hip injury and surgery. I now have a routine to do, a meal plan to follow, and a welcoming space to workout. I came here to help rehab after having surgery last summer. I saw Cuong recommended on Reddit and reached out. I haven’t worked out since the 90s and had some anxiety about starting this at 40. Weak after a year of light duty didn’t help either, but that all went away pretty fast. I’m already feeling better than I have in year's. I’m eating clean, and it doesn’t feel restricted. I’m sleeping good, and I’m having some pain relief. I’m very appreciate of the help that I’ve received!

Cuong meets with you one on one, shows you the gym, discusses your goals, concerns, and options. He isn’t a pushy salesperson just selling gym memberships. He creates a workout and nutrition plan and then pairs you up with a trainer that will be a good match. Cuong genuinely cares about your progress and your comfort. He checks in to see how you feel about everything from your trainer to the workout and nutrition. He leaves you notes when you are hitting your goals and asks how he can help if you aren’t. My trainer is awesome! She knows just how far to push and makes sure I’m lifting safely. She has great advice for food choices/alternatives and she is super down to earth. From watching and hearing the other trainers, they are the same. They aren’t just trainers - they are friends and non-judgmental. Even the people who workout here, are welcoming, friendly, and diverse in abilities and ages. Sometimes the gym is empty and other times you might find 6 people there. The gym has EVERYTHING you could possibly need - including this awesome glute machine! The gym is clean! Like way cleaner than many gyms I have seen and that is huge for me. Results - well, I am continuing to see the results he promised and in the way he promised. Of course, I would only get out of this experience what I choose to put into it. I choose to follow the plan and to tell the truth - it just is a great experience. I can’t believe how I continue to lose weight without starving myself. Additionally, while I workout hard, I am never in pain that it hurts to walk or do everyday activities, just a light soreness that feels like muscle growth.This decision is saving my health 💪

I created this Google Account to track my workout when I signed up for Cuong Strong Personal Training and Nutrition last July 2020. At that time, having surrendered all my time to my education and career, I had neglected physical fitness for more than a decade. I was weak and suffering from poor posture, lack of energy, and a general absence of wellbeing. Fast forward about a year, to the date of this review, and I just had to add an additional one thousand lines to my Google Sheets workout spreadsheet. Cuong Nguyen, the owner, and Andre Handy, my personal trainer, have been nothing less than a godsend. Not only am I measurably stronger, but the aches and pains from my nine-to-five office job have largely gone away, and I feel happier and healthier. Going to the gym has become a staple of my life. The facility is clean and organized; the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. At first, I was worried about injury but through careful instruction in proper lifting techniques, I have thus far avoided this feared pitfall. Without this welcoming and educating environment, I would have never gotten out of my chair to get started, and now I look forward to getting stronger still and achieving even more ambitious fitness goals. I completely agree with everyone else, Cuong is an amazing meal planner and trainer. He listens to you and designs your meals and tranning based on your specific life style. I am a wine and fruit lover and he has accommodated my meal plans based on the reality of my wants and needs. In my plan I NEVER feel hungry and my work outs are not cardio based. My husband and I have been with Cuong and we both have had outstanding results.
