I’ve been working out for years, but have recently become complacent and bored with my routine. Chelsey at CPM was just what I needed to get back on track. She and the entire staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable, and cater each workout to your personal and physical goals while pushing you to attain those goals and stay consistent, including nutrition. They never make you feel uncomfortable or insecure. It’s not your average gym…it’s above average! It’s definitely a 5-star for me!! Thanks CPM for putting up with me and pushing me to be a better version of myself!

I was introduced to CPM Fitness earlier this year while recovering from my first pregnancy- it’s been a great experience! I feel that I have plenty of room and support to participate at my level, but still build my fitness at a reasonable pace. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and they do a great job of pushing you while still providing alternatives for you to move at your own pace. Coaches, as well as other members, provide a level of accountability that has helped me challenge my own perceptions of what I am capable of and move beyond. For example, I am now running a mile straight for the first time in years, and I feel closer to doing a legitimate pull-up than ever in my life (which feels nuts to say!:)) Aside from building strength and endurance, the last few months have been a great reminder of just how much better I feel daily when I get in regular exercise.
Finally, I have been impressed by the noticeable longevity among members- it seems like the majority have been here for years! I think this really reflects the atmosphere. Overall, CPM has been a great way to connect with myself and my fitness.

I have been working out at CPMFITness for the past three months and have already seen the benefits. I have always enjoyed running, but adding the cross fit workouts at CPM to my weekly routine has increased my strength and overall fitness. The nutrition education that is provided also has made a positive impact on my eating habits. The coaches during classes are great at demonstrating the correct techniques as completing the workouts correctly and safely is of high importance.

We have had such a great experience at CPM fitness. We wanted to find a gym to build confidence and create good habits. The gym’s atmosphere is not overwhelming and provides the types of exercise to build a complete routine without a ton of equipment. Three of my children started working out with Chelsey and love it. Love working out at CPM. As a woman in my 40’s I was looking for a gym to help me build muscle and tone my body. I was intimidated at first when I saw what women were lifting and doing during class. I didn’t think I would be strong enough to complete the workout. All of the trainers have worked with me to help me with my form and make the workouts something I can physically do. I love the positive environment that CPM offers. It is a challenging workout that is helping me be in the best shape of my life.

CPM Fitness is the best gym or Crossfit gym I've ever gone to, even though calling CPM Fitness a "gym" seems too watered down for what they offer. It's better described as having a personal trainer that runs small group classes. I love being able to show up after a busy day at work and not having to worry about what I'm going to do that day. I walk in the door and I see what the workout is without having to plan out a full fitness routine.
There are some movements I'm not great at or I'm not at the fitness level to do right now and the coaches are great at helping you scale the workout with either appropriate weight or different movements altogether. There are members at all levels of fitness including absolute beginners, those that are working at getting in shape, and those that are in great shape. The classes are great at making sure everyone is included and has an appropriate workout. I find everyone to be very friendly and accepting to everyone at any fitness level. Doing the same workout as everyone else in a group is a great way to stay motivated with a sense of camaraderie.
I've bounced around to different places but I was never able to stay consistent and stick around for too long. That's all changed with CPM Fitness and their great staff. Chris asked me the first day I met him what my goals were and what I needed help with. I told him I needed someone to keep me accountable and he took it to heart.
He reaches out to me if I haven't shown up in a while and has been great in putting together a plan with me to keep me consistent. There isn't any judging or pestering, only a true willingness to help me reach my health goals. Without having someone keep me accountable and help me with a plan, I wouldn't be consistent in being healthy and would be in terrible shape. I’ve now been able to stay consistent for several months and feel like I’m on a great path to good health.
On top of the great workouts and fitness, I genuinely really like the coaches and the other people in the gym. It’s great when you feel like your part of a community rather than walking into a gym where you workout by yourself then leave. I recommend CPM Fitness to anyone that has a busy schedule and can use some help with a fitness and health plan whether that’s simply showing up to the pre-planned group workouts or utilizing the coaches for a customized fitness and nutrition plan.

I have been working with Kayla as my personal coach, and she has developed an all-encompassing nutrition and training plan for me, and provides support in- and outside of the gym. If your looking for a place to just make you look better, you have hundreds to pick from. However, you want a gym that going to help you be a better you inside and out CPMFITness is your place. Recently I had been killing myself working out twice a day, watching my food, doing all the right thing. My trainer pulled me into the office and looked at me ask one thing, "what wrong" ... I am not a proud man I involuntarily leaked for my eyes for 15 minutes about what and why I was killing myself. She than said the one thing that no one as ever said to me or more importantly what I needed to hear; "let's work on that".
This gym will get you ready for beach season and can shred you like a Greek statue. Yet the thing that will bring you back everytime ... Is the lack of judgement for a bad day ... How much they care about whole you.
So if that what you want start here, the only thing you will regret is that you didn't do it sooner.

Chelsey Miller and CPM Fitness have saved my life! I don't say this flippantly, or with any hyperbole intended. Suffering with OCD for my entire adult life, made life unbearable. Medication helped, but not enough to move the needle. Perpetually stuck in a merry go round of pessimism, and despair; I desperately wanted to get off the ride, but couldn't do it on my own. Coaches and owners are always personable and non-judgmental. They make sure to find alternate movements if you are currently dealing with an injury and encourage scaled movements when needed. Furthermore, I have an irregular schedule so getting to the gym consistently can be difficult but they are great at providing comparable at-home workouts or fitting you in for a 1-on-1 session at a more convenient time. They also focus on healthy eating and work with you on your own personal lifestyle/wellness goals. Truly, CPM is more than just a gym.

CPM is a great place to work out and has outstanding staff. Nicole and all the other staff and clients make you feel comfortable during your workouts and not at all insecure. Sometimes, in other larger gyms, a person might have a tendency to slip through the cracks and get forgotten and then are likely to fail at their goal. CPM will definitely keep you on task and working towards your goal with either group classes or individual sessions. Least favorite exercise--those dang planks! I'd rather do just about anything other than those dang planks! Favorite exercise--Farmer's walk!

At 52 years old my fitness journey has seen many ups and downs. Competing in athletics at young age and throughout my 20s, 30s and even into my 40s I have made many mistakes when it came to proper training and nutrition and it has taken a toll on my body. With the help of Chris, Annie and the coaches at CPM fitness I am lighter, stronger, and more flexible. Being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes it is an absolute must that I workout to control it and the CPM workouts are perfect. The workouts are hard but with the expertise of the staff at CPM they are safe. The group classes offer peer support and it really is an inclusive community. They will modify workouts to aid in rehabilitation of an injury or a weakness and still push you to get better. I cannot recommend them enough and when you get serious about your health you need to sit down with them and see what it’s all about.

As someone who has been to multiple group classes, boutique fitness classes, online programs, and tried doing it on my own, I can say that none of those compare. I’ve been going to CPM for only a few months and have already made massive strides in my fitness journey — dropping weight, gaining muscle but more importantly I’m feeling so much stronger and more confident already! CPMFITness has been a great experience for me since joining a few months ago. I had little experience with CrossFit or even various weight lifting besides the basics. I’ve been a runner all my life and have maintained or plateaued for the most part. I wanted something different for a challenge and was introduced to Chelsey and Chris. They went through everything about me and my goals, expectations and overall health. I’ve been working with Chelsey who’s been great at progressing me through this new type of workouts, which has been challenging but not overwhelming. The workout have been a mix of everything and I’ve already seen changes in my body as well as the choices I make as far as nutrition. It’s all catered to you, so they’ll go at your pace but also give you the push you sometimes need. Overall it’s great. I’m just starting classes and so far all the other members I meet are nice and vary in life stages and fitness levels so you feel comfortable. The gym has a team/family atmosphere which is inviting.

Chelsey, AKA Dr. FIT, is an exceptional coach. She identifies where you need to improve with ease and eliminates the complexity of the gym. She has taken my limited mobility and turned it into a personal challenge. I am now able to perform movements that a few weeks ago I was unable to even come close to.

Do you remember that feeling when you just joined a gym and you have all this excitement to make big changes and become a different person? Then reality sets in, you lose some motivation, and eventually the luster of something new wears off and you eventually quit? Well that doesn’t happen at CPM. I speak from experience as a gym wanderlust who happened to be walking by the CPM one day and decided to check it out. After 5 years at CPM I’m just as hungry, motivated and inspired as the day I walked in the door. And you will be too. I cannot say enough good things about this gym. Chris and Annie and the whole coaching staff are first rate. There is a great collegial atmosphere within membership. The classes are fun and challenging and your peers push you to squeeze a little extra out of your work out and bring a little extra juice before you start. The coaches go out of their way to give you personal tips, push good form and encourage skill development. In my 5 years as a member, I can’t think of anyone getting hurt from a workout because they were doing things beyond their skill level or using bad technique. That’s hugely important and something that people don’t consider enough. I talked to a doctor one time who joked about new gym members putting his kids through college. Not CPM member though—I can promise you that. I’ve definitely gotten stronger. I wrestled and power lifted in high school and thought I was fairly strong. However my 45 year old self would take my 18 year old self out in the ally and whoop his bu*#. My tailor says my shoulders have become thicker than a bowl of oatmeal; whatever that means? I’ve also learned new skills and set new personal bests with everything from how fast I can run a mile, to lifting weights, learning how to climb a rope, doing a handstand push-up—you name it. Never a dull moment. The trainers will also reach out to make sure you are getting to the gym and encourage you to stay invested. CPM also puts on special challenges to work on nutrition, hydration, sleep and other holistic approaches to health. Membership is for everyone. We have teenagers and people in their 60s who regularly attend. The staff pushes and loves everyone the same. It’s a special community that I’m glad to be a part of. CPM is and will be my forever gym home.

One of my biggest concerns was how my body would hold up given prior injuries and getting out of shape. Working one-on-one with Chris to start was extremely helpful. Chris developed a strategy to transform my body back into shape step-by-step. This was with both the workouts and also with education and resources for improved nutrition. Since starting with CPM in January, 2020, my strength, flexibility, and endurance have improved tremendously. I look forward to the workouts and feel like an athlete again. When I first started CPM, it was a little intimating. I'm not an athlete, or competitive, so I was unsure what benefit I could gain. But I needed to try something different. I haven't looked back since.
The programming and support I received from owners, coaches, and the community have been amazing. The class schedule allows for various times in the day for a busy professional. I've been able to modify the movements to meet what my needs are at the time. But always working toward the goals.

Dealing with previous back injury issues, I have always been a bit cautious with working out for fear of re-injuring myself. Within my first few sessions with DrFit (Chelsey), I knew I was in great hands. DrFit and the entire team of coaches at CPMFitness work closely with each member to accommodate any injuries or restrictions they may have, while ensuring we still get the best workout possible, each and every day.
The group classes are typically 45 minutes long and available several times throughout the day, including morning, afternoon and evening allowing flexibility for even the craziest of work schedules like mine. Before CPMFITness, I did what everyone does, I put my hour in at the gym. Sometimes I would work hard and sometimes I would just get through it. A friend told me that I should try CPFITness. She said, after going to a few classes you will become almost addicted to it. So, I gave it a try and she was right.
It is a Cross Fit which incorporates cardo, Olympic lifting, and varying types of exercises. I immediately saw results. I lost a lot of weight and my body started to tone up. I like competition, so there is a certain amount of competition that you can do with each session. But really you do not have to compete at all, you can make each session the way you want it. The coaches really care about you and want you to succeed, which has really been the biggest benefit to me. The coaches greet you; they watch you to make sure you are doing things correctly, and they encourage you. They work on your nutrition as well as you are training. Every member becomes family to you. It has really been a life changing experience.

Chelsey Dockter aka dr.fitt has been a blessing to me on my technique. Anyone can do the workout, but it’s about getting the technique right to empower your work out. The staff are wonderful and truly interested in your success. Kayla, my trainer, has been able to craft a workout week to week to fit how my body is doing physically and adapt it when I'm not able to do as much.
