AMT is the BEST!! I've been going for 2.5 years and I am still challenged & motivated every day! I'm in the best shape I've ever been and the instructors are AMAZING. I wish I found them sooner!! What a game changer!!

Great studio with challenging but fun workouts. I always feel so refreshed after each session. Make sure to bring your own mat, water bottle, and sweat towel! I've tried several classes and instructors, and have never been disappointed!

I have worked out for 10 years and done everything from P90x to powerlifting. I’ve always gotten bored with the same routine and would hit a plateau. Since going to AMT 2 years it’s changed my life and given me more balance. Amy is amazing her heart is so huge and she makes you feel at home and so welcomed no matter what shape your in. She has many instructors teaching all hours of the day. You will never have the same workout and your body won’t adapt since each workout is a little different. I’ve made some incredible friendships and the atmosphere is positive. I will never go anywhere else. I have found my happy place ☺️

My favorite workout, ever. The music is loud and the classes go by so quickly. Each instructor is trained so well in explaining every single move so it’s good for beginners and experts alike. Tough workout in a super hot room but killer workout.

I love the music , the lights, the studio and most of all, the people. AMT has transformed my body and also my mindset. It’s my refuge and my home! Love this place!!

Best workout I have ever had. Very hot environment and intense workouts. The energy in class is unbelievable. Lights are dim and the mood is chill. They encourage you to do what you can and give it all you’ve got. The instructors are lithe and strong. Great motivators. Money well spent. It’ll change your body, guaranteed.

Morgan was an awesome instructor. I didn't know what to expect and was shocked at how intense it was. Cool atmosphere! Bring a towel!

I tried my first yoga sculpt class. It was good if that's what you're looking for. I prefer going to a yoga flow class and they do not offer a lot of those so I've only gone the one time. Space was nice and staff was very friendly and I definitely got a good sweat going during the class. It was very loud and I could not hear the instructor, I just followed along with everyone else. Would recommend to anyone that enjoys a yoga sculpt class.
