If you love quick and effective workouts in a positive environment, with motivating trainers, then K-Effect is the place you need to be! This gym has a friendly atmosphere and welcomes people from all walks of life who are looking for a worthwhile physical change. K-Effect's classes promote community, so not only are you being motivated by your trainer but your teammates as well. Their trainers provide modifications so that the workout is catered to you! I appreciate how much the trainers help me and give me advice on my form. The studio is organized and sanitary. The workouts are set up before you arrive at class, so when you start class you just get right to it! I have been going to this gym for almost 4 months now and physically I feel stronger and even look leaner. You can achieve the body of your dreams as a K-Effect member!

This place is great! I love that its at your own pace. The coaches are all great and really help support you to make sure you're eating right and exercising properly. I did the 28 day challenge and lost 20 pounds. Couldn't have done it without the support from others in the class and the coaches.

I love this place. The trainers and staff are super helpful and friendly. The workouts are awesome and I love being able to watch how many calories I’m burning throughout the workout on their screens. It’s nice just being able to show up, do the group workout that’s programmed and be done with it for the day. There is also a nice feeling of community amongst the members. Highly recommend joining this place if you’re looking for great workouts in a friendly environment.

I absolutely love it here! I am not going to lie, the workouts can be difficult when you are just getting back into it, but all of the coaches and members are very supportive. I love going to any of the class times because it’s fun having different coaches. The workouts are always mixed up too so it doesn’t get boring. A few of my friends from work have joined too and it’s great to have people I know feel welcome here, you NEED to go and experience how great it is here :) 10/10 recommend.

This gym is great!!!! I love the atmosphere here. The trainers push you to do your best, but also have fun and joke around! The other gym goers are also great and help you stay motivated to get a killer workout in!! I struggled finding a gym that I loved going to for a while, but this gym has definitely done that and more for me! K Effect is amazing and I highly recommend them! I signed up for the 28 day challenge and lost 13 lbs that I’ve been struggling to lose since having a baby (and I’m just getting started!). They put so much time into their members. They keep you accountable and check in with you frequently, so you’re not just a number or a nameless body. I’ve only been going here for a few short months and people at the studio know me more than at any other boutique studio I’ve gone to. The workouts are amazing! They are fun and go by quickly because you’re never in one spot too long. The music and energy are also great, as are the friendly members and coaches. I’ve loved going here. They also integrate customised nutrition plans into the 28 day challenge so you can actually hit your goals! They check in with you on your nutrition frequently and are there to support you every step of the way and make tweaks as necessary. I’ve had memberships at many large gyms and boutique gyms over the years and I can tell you K Effect is by far my favorite and has done more for my health and fitness in the short while I’ve been going there than years of working out at other gyms combined.

I love k effect! The coaches are fun and motivating and the classes are some of the best. I love that you can be in and out in under an hour and the workouts change every month to keep me from getting bored. I really like how we use weights in every class to build strength & calories. K Effect has been an awesome place to work out. I recently had a baby and was trying my hardest to get back in shape. They had a 28 day shred promotion that sounded super enticing so I jumped on it. This place was exactly what I needed. Being a lacrosse player, I was super used to team workouts and that was usually the only way to keep myself motivated. Going from 0% to 100% was super difficult, but the coaches at K Effect have been awesome. The meal plan is a challenge, but produces results. My goal for the 28 day shred was to lose 6% body fat and I lost 7%, and gained some Leah muscle. I am staying with K Effect to continue to see more progress and continued improvement on my goals of getting back to my pre pregnancy body. Thanks K Effect for pushing me and giving me confidence.

Great gym with friendly staff. The workouts are easy to adjust for different activity levels or strengths/weaknesses, they always mention alternate options when explaining the workout at the start of class. Fun activities like an occasional gym party (coming up Dec. 21st) and themed workouts.

Leti & I have been going to Keffect for a year in April & we absolutely love them. The whole team puts so much effort into each person. The Coaches pump you up & make sure your lifting correctly & heavy with time. The only negative thing I have to say is it’s expensive & although I don’t know where the $$$ is going it’s still a big amount for a monthly cost. As is Other training centers & gyms but to have one that’s cost effective & amazing would definitely be 100%. Thanks Keffect

K Effect is worth every penny. The trainers are friendly, fun, and highly motivating. The workouts are varied so you’ll never get bored. 1000% recommend this gym if you have issues with staying motivated to work out. It’s also a very welcoming and non-intimidating environment to start your fitness journey. All of the exercises can also be modified to accommodate different strength levels and injuries. I’m not sure what it is about them, but this is the most consistent I have ever been with the gym!

The trainers are top notch and encouraging and the workouts are unlike any other workout I’ve done. You’ll notice results quickly and never got bored as they mix it up every day. Even after years of being dedicated to working out 4+ times a week, K Effect has helped me level up my fitness and reach new goals on building muscle and burning fat. The coaches are great at helping you push to new levels, or modify if you are new or injured, so everyone can customize their experience to where they are at. My favorite thing about K Effect is that the trainers explain every work out and show you how to do them. Then during the class they will help you with form. Before going to K Effect I would do exercises I found online and never knew if I was doing them correctly. I was also always confused about diet. Coach Cam created a simplified food plan for me, making it easy to follow and sustain. I 100% suggest you give it a shot! You are worth it!

KEffect has been a complete game changer for me! I tried working out at home with workout programs on my phone; I did not like having to set a timer on my phone, trying to mess with playing music, keeping track of how many reps I had done, while not having all the equipment needed. It was not working for me. I tried going to a local gym and always felt lost and intimidated by all the weights. I have always wanted to weight train but have no knowledge or prior training. KEffect kept popping up on my social media so I decided to give it a try! Let me tell you why I love it; I show up with my water and they take care of the rest.They have all the weights and equipment set up, the workouts are planned and displayed on a big screen in front of you, they keep track of the reps and have a timer going so you don’t have to, they have upbeat music playing, many class time options morning/evening, and small intimate class sizes all with a personal trainer giving you feedback. They have curated the perfect workout environment that pumps me up! I really do train harder as a team! I cannot recommend Keffect enough!!! It has given me the confidence I needed and the weight training skills I have been wanting to learn.

I've tried a lot of different gyms over the years and this one is at the top. Diverse workouts, great atmosphere, coaches, schedule...very welcoming to all ages/fitness levels. After 5 months of going consistently I'm still challenged and leave every class feeling sore and accomplished. They have plenty of equipment (all brand new and wiped down constantly before/during/after class), which I like because I can set goals and lift heavy when I want. It's honestly the reason I can't wait to leave work each day 🙂 The location is literally 2 minutes off the freeway- I live in Davis County and prefer to drive here than go to any gym near my house 🤷‍♀️

I've been attending workouts here for about 4 weeks now and I'm already down 17 pounds of fat and up 2.5 pounds of muscle. The exercise is like safe CrossFit and I love it. The trainers are also way fun and really care about the safety and progress of all of the participants. Overall it is a great gym, with great trainers, and great exercise!

I started at K Effect to get a jump start on getting in shape for my wedding. The workouts are TOUGH, but I always leave feeling strong and accomplished. Workouts are different every day and week, so you’re never plateauing and doing the same thing over and over. The format allows for a trainer to be around to make sure you’re using proper form and to provide modifications when necessary (which is important when you’re lifting heavy weights). Everyone is super positive and motivating without being cheesy or annoying, which I appreciate. Classes are divided into teams, which is a nice way to get to know people and to stay motivated. I definitely recommend these classes to anyone wanting to tone up by lifting and avoiding cardio whenever possible.

Not going to lie, I was a bit skeptical. Saw an add on Facebook for a “28 day shred”. Figured I’d reach out and, I tell you what!! so glad I did. Everyone that works here is fabulous! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Working out is not new to me (I actually love it) However food…that’s a different story 😂 I loooove me some sweets! I was given a meal plan to follow and Cameron checks up on you weekly #accountability. Which is exactly what I need. I followed the meal plan about 80% of the time and within the 1st 28 days I saw some pretty great results. The classes are fun, interactive and the trainers are great. The classes are smaller which allows the trainers/staff to know your name. I love it!! Most gyms, you’re just another “person.” I have since completed my 28 day shred and signed up as a member. I’m excited to continue with this journey and live a healthier lifestyle. Give this a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I was impressed with this innovative concept and its focus on fitness through competition. It’s designed in a way that allows everyone to compete and push each other, while simultaneously focusing on individual achievement. As someone who runs 8 miles a day I can line up and compete with someone who runs 10 miles a day and someone who is just getting into shape, we all have fun because of how the program is designed, we all feel like we can push each other and we all make progress towards our fitness goals. The team does a great job of making everyone feel included and helping each member work towards their fitness goals. The price is great for the engagement and level of attention provided. It’s a seriously fun environment and the program is delivered in a non-intimidating manner.

As a novice attendee, I was really hesitant to be in a group setting like this, but the staff makes everyone feel great. We train as a group, but treated like an individual. Trainers not only provide individual attention to improve, but also will jump in and do it with you for motivation. I really love the positive environment.

Can you get yuge and shredded at the same time? K Effect is there for gainz and aesthetics. Unlike Vasa where you are practically begging for Corona to be your permanent spotter for the next two weeks, K Effect is clean and distanced. Their experienced trainers will quickly become your swolmates and pump gurus. Definitely going to be back, highly recommend.

A good challenge, this is not a mass marketed cookie cutter boutique gym similar to F45 or Orange Theory. If you’re interested in a motivating environment that presents a daily challenge “this is the place”. (Also note worthy, the staff have quite the focus on gym hygiene with disinfecting wipes on either end of the facility and disinfecting spray at every station.) side note: pace yourself day one is rough.
