My son was excited when I suggested he take classes @ Yayyoo Fitness. His instructor and all of the team members are very friendly , helpful and patient. He gets a great workout every time he goes and looks forward to the next day. He's learning so much and building so much confidence. Yayyoo Fitness Center is an AWESOME place to train. Yayyoo trains my 14u girls softball team during the winter to prepare them for spring & summer tournament's. The girls love him & he’s just an all around good guy !!! I highly recommend you give them a try .....

The coach at this gym is a very knowledgeable man. Hes an experienced pro fighter... very humble, cool, down to earth person. Hes very good at explaining combos and techniques in details and how to use them.The work outs are serious...fun but serious.. He knows to how to give you that little push to bring out the best in you. The gym is very nice. Very clean. Theres parking. Its on and off the high way pretty much. This gym has night classes and it also has drop in rates. He also gives out privates.

You have not done real kickboxing until you have done this class. Yeison works you to a whole new level you didn't know existed. One of the best work outs I have ever had. Highly recommended but not for the faint of heart
