I've been a member at Fit Body Boot Camp since spring of 2021. The workouts are really good, varied, only 30 minutes, and it's great motivation. I've already lost 20 pounds. The coaches are great and I've met some great people where it's fun to see them several mornings a week to work out. This has turned out to be great decision for me and I'm happy that I'm a member and recommend it.

I have been a member since April of 2020. I have lost 23 pounds and I am stronger and way more energized and active than ever. The coaches are supportive and motivating. Workouts are really varied and never boring. The gym promotes a sense of community that I have enjoyed even though I live in Western Ma and have participated over doom, I have felt the love! Amazing coaches who will challenge you to be your best, fantastic workout community. The coaches vary the workouts so each is different from the prior, all of them targeting different areas of the body. Everyone works really hard here and supports each other throughout the workouts. I’ve been working out with weights and cardio for 15 years and have never worked out so hard in my life. I love this place and the results are amazing!

Started with PFBBC in July of this year (2021). I didn’t want to join a huge gym filled with strangers and little to no overall motivation or direction in my fitness journey. Since joining, I love the community within PFBBC, from the coaches cheering/challenging you, to the people who attend. You feel welcomed and not self conscious because it’s such a diverse community if individuals in every sense of the word (from body types, to fitness goals, and even backgrounds). If you’re serious about your fitness goal, take the leap - it’s worth it! P.S. They even give a few free try out days (so you might as well)

I've been a member of PFFBC for more than a year. It is a great facility with friendly, motivating, experienced coaches. A fantastic workout that only lasts 30 minutes, so it fits easily into my day, and if I'm pressed for time, I join by Zoom. The workouts are challenging - I've gotten so much stronger and more flexible over the past year, and every week I'm able to do more than a year ago, six months ago or last week. They are fanatical about cleanliness, even before Covid. The coaches share their knowledge and meet you where you are on your fitness journey. This is an awesome place!

After 6 years I still recommend it. It's only 30 minutes a day but it feels like 1 hour of exercise. the coaches are excellent and push you to be better. the place is clean. At the beginning when I decided to be part of PFBC I felt that I would never be able to use a 20lb weight. Then I was surprised that not only was I able to use the 20lbs but I could handle a 35lbs. PFBC makes you stronger every day.

providence fit boot camp keeps me accountable and consistent to a great workout. it's only 30 min of my time and the instructors are wonderful and mix up the workouts all the time! after 4 months of coming every workout is different and still challenging

I’ve been a member for almost 7 years and have know the owner Matt for 25years+. It’s just 30 minutes and you feel like you’ve worked out for so much more. The coaches are so motivating and really make sure your form is on point. On a personal note it has helped lower my golf handicap and make me stronger so I can hit the ball farther. I have always hated working out, so I never did. But I had decided enough is enough, it was time to (force myself to) get in shape. Over the past year or so I have tried numerous gyms, studios, at home videos, etc., and nothing has really given me the drive to keep going or the results I was looking for - until FBBC Providence. The workouts are killer, they fly by, the staff is friendly and encouraging, the schedule is super accommodating, and I (get this) actually look forward to going! 10/10 recommend

I have been a member of PFBBC for almost three years and the only regret I’ve ever had is not finding this place and joining sooner!!! Matt and his staff always keep you engaged and continue to find better ways to improve the workouts and the experience. There are countless “gyms” everywhere, but you’d be hard pressed to find a exercise/wellness community as great as PFBBC which will allow you to meet and exceed your fitness goals. Most of all, you can be part of the positive atmosphere that will only boost your confidence to exceed and attain goals you might not have even thought of or even thought we’re possible!

Out of all the gyms and classes I've tried in the past, Providence Fit Body Boot Camp is my favorite. The coaches give direction throughout the entire workout, not just at the beginning making the classes easy to follow. Even through the pandemic coaching stated on point!! I had an injury that kept me from being able to attend sessions and I was out for almost 5 months. The coaches not only stayed in touch with me during my healing but the owner himself had me come in and showed me what I could do at home to stay active. I started my Journey with PFBBC in 2018 and that was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have high blood pressure and anxiety and PFBBC was life changing for me. The coaches are amazing. They hold you accountable, want to see you succeed and run the race with you. They are there to offer modifications and go above and beyond to see that you get the best workout each and every time. They are full of energy and always have an upbeat positive attitude. You can either Zoom or attend a class so there is always room to get your workout in and if you cannot make it on Zoom or In-House they have recorded workouts so they are always making sure that you get your workout in day or night. They do not stop there they even offer nutrition consultations and one on one personal training. PFBBC is more that a gym. It is a family. The support system is incredible and there is a PFBBC Facebook group where you can find a lot of valuable information.

PFBBC it’s a very friendly and welcoming place to get your workout in. And the best part is the classes are only 30 minutes of high intensity exercises which is more than what you can get at a regular gym which sometimes you spend 1-2 hours in. The coaches are always there to motivate you and to help in whatever you need to get you to reach your goals. The community is amazing and everyone treats each other like family. We call ourselves the FitFam. If you want to be part of it and have the best exercise experience, check PFBBC. I highly recommend it.

LOVE IT! I have been coming to PFBBC for several years...the workouts are challenging and the coaches are super motivating! Even with a recent shoulder injury I am able to continue to attend with the coaches support and modifications. Friends and family ask all the time how I stay healthy and in shape and they can't believe that I only spend 30 minutes a day (few times a week) exercising!!

PFBBC has an amazing team of professionals dedicated to helping you meet your goals. Have an injury, a little extra weight, a lot of extra weight? No problem. You tell them what you want, who you are, and they will modify these challenging workouts to help you get started. Don't be intimidated, it feels weird to be new that first day. But by the end of the first week, you got it down and everyone is cheering you on.
