There is a reason T and his team at Evolution Fitness get a 5-star rating: They earn it. At typical gyms, especially big chains, you are just a number. The one-on-one attention you get at Evolution, meanwhile, is outstanding. You are made to feel as though you are the only client, in an atmosphere that is stylish, immaculate and motivating. As a man who has started to experience the unfortunate effects of middle age, I came here for the first time nearly a year ago — out of shape, my energy depleted, with bad posture and knees that hurt. Since then, T has worked with me steadily and patiently — week after week, without any fanfare or drama, nose to the grindstone — to build my strength and make me a healthier person. I'm not perfect — still very much a work in progress — but I am far beyond where I was a year ago. I look forward with continuing to work with T to be the best I can be.

I came to Evolution in June to find help with my seemingly impossible weight loss goals. After years of trying and failing to lose weight with different trainers and diets, I've finally found my people! I can't recommend them enough! My trainer, Lee, is so knowledgeable and is always making sure I am using the correct form as to not injure myself and maximize my workout. Our strength training workouts have quickly become my favorite. I am seeing incredible results and in his words, he's turning my "noodle arms into bazookas" lol. He plays great music and is always fun to be around! I have also teamed up with T to create a customized diet plan. T has been so helpful in this aspect. He has used his expertise to figure out what foods just don't agree with my body and how to lose fat in a realistic and maintainable way. If I am ever stalling in my weight loss, he is quick to make little tweaks that get me back on track. It has been 5 months and I am officially down 20 lbs! I can't thank T and Lee enough for their help. I look forward to making more progress with them and getting stronger!

I can't say enough good things about Evolution Fitness. Before I started training here I was a former competitive cyclist who was used to working hard and exercising regularly, but was a mess of injuries, had no idea what I was doing lifting and had just plain let myself go a bit. I started the new year meeting with T and he selected a trainer to work with me who met my needs, my situation and my personality. It was nice to know that so much thought is put into it. I also decided to do their nutrition counseling services to lose excess weight. This was very impressive. The owner met with me, discussed my goals, did a very comprehensive body analysis and gave me a huge list of foods that were available to me to fit my diet. In the span of three months I lost 20 pounds without ever really feeling hungry at all. I didn't think that was possible, but it's completely doable when you have someone this knowledgeable guiding you. On the body side my trainer was very attentive to me, constantly worked on my form, and supportive muscles to help me both work with my injuries and make gains and progress. With their help I've been able to eliminate back pain I've had for years which in turn has allowed me to work harder than I have in a long, long time. I'm very grateful and can't wait to work with them more.

I’m a woman who recently turned 50 and have always been active and an athlete build …until about 2 years ago when medication had me gain weight. I was in need mentally and physically to get back to “me” ! During the past couple of years I’ve tried everything I could and had every medical test to try and figure out why I couldn’t lose the weight. I was not going to accept everyone (including doctors) telling me “oh, it’s just you getting older !” That’s an excuse and I wasn’t accepting it. In three months, I was just about at my goal weight, muscle gained, bad fat gone and I felt so heathy and so happy ! Their attentiveness, caring and communication was unmeasurable. This place is a no-brainer for someone looking to start exercising and doesn't know where to begin. I was paired up with trainer Chris S. who was an absolute pleasure to learn from. He was courteous to my goals/abilities, was professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The gym was kept clean and organized and was practically empty every time I went. A great environment for learning while feeling comfortable.

I have trained at evolution for the last 2.5 years. I can truly say that it has been a great experience. I have made significant gains athletically as a result of my conditioning program. Because of sporting events I have sustained serious shoulder and IT band injuries, with evolution we were able to incorporate mobility conditioning as well as modified strength training which has truly helped me to recover from these injuries 50% quicker and stronger. My wife, Kathleen Jennings (age 65), and I (age 70) have been weight training with T. Chan (Dr. Chan as we like to call him) at Evolution Fitness for over 5 years. We are in the best shape of our lives. T and his staff of trainers are the best. They are all fully dedicated to help their clients get in their best shape possible. The training facility is top notch and extremely clean. Kathy has been able to deadlift her best at 245 lbs and my best at bench press is 210 lbs. Not bad for senior citizens. Who said one cannot get stronger as one grows older. Not so!!

Life changing!!!! Not only has Thearith Chan and Evolution Fitness changed my life, but he also has become family as well as the gym becoming my second home! I’ve been training at Evolution Fitness since Oct 2018 and its the best decision I’ve ever made. If you hate the thought of working out, this is the place for you. If you’ve bought gym memberships, yoga classes, pilates packages, if you’ve tried a Zumba class and felt like a wet bird, if you’ve ever wanted to feel confident in a gym environment but just automatically walk to the elipticals once you walk through the doors...this place is for you. Working out has always caused me major social anxiety, just getting there was 90% of the battle. My diet consisted of whatever I felt like eating and I still hadn’t lost 40 out of the 100lbs of baby weight from my pregnancy (my daughter is 3). The owner T welcomed me with open arms, and I’ve never looked back. In fact, I’ve increased my workout schedule from 2 days a week to 3. I’ve never been more consistent with something in my life. My confidence and strength is up and my weight is down. If you’re even thinking about making some improvements in your health and nutrition come check them out. They are incredible!

By far the best atmosphere for a gym that i have ever been to. I have been going to Evolution Fitness ever since it first opened. This gym and my trainer Jonathan Vasquez has continously given me the motivation that I always needed. I have never looked and felt better in my entire life. I met T. Chan at a baby shower at a difficult time in my life. I was dealing with a mountain of issues. Constantly fatigued I was facing disciplin at work for tardiness. I sought medical help and found out I was suffering from sleep Aptnea. By chance the blood test taken to find the source of my fatigue led to the early discovery of Lymphocytic Leukemia. I was also fighting with two insurance companies that refused to pay my medical fees accumulated from expensive but necessary Oncology testing. I’ve suffered from depression for quit a while but my mind was getting dark. I had stopped working out many years ago after a back injury. I’d given up and swelled to 274lbs. Standing at 6’3” I guess you can say I hid the weight well. However I didn’t feel well... mentally or physically. I began my Evolution Fitness journey around May with great hesitation. I was casually drinking almost every day and comfort eating all my pain away. The plan couldn’t have been made more simple for me. I received a body scan that mapped out the physical issues we needed to address. Then a customized meal plan and work out plan were made just for me. I was apprehensive but determined and I just let go and trusted Mr. Chan’s process. His track record and results don’t lie. I lost 32 pounds of fat In 3 months. My head is clearer and optimistic. My body is stronger and I am again light on my feet. After losing the weight I sleep much more soundly and feel more energetic. The attention from the ladies isn’t bad either! On a serious note, I have two children and now my healthy eating habits and work out routine have given me a better chance of living a longer healthier life with them and bought me more time to get them ready for life.
