I stared back on September 2018 with Luisa... and I loved how welcome I felt since day one! She’s a beast, funny and great instructor that cares and gives the best of her. Now we became a Healthy Family we motivate each other she helps us to push harder and challenge our limits to get better results, if you are looking to look better and feel better this is your opportunity came work out with us!

You won’t regret joining Brazilian way fitness!!!! Luisa is seriously a blessing! Her passion for fitness along with her passion for empowering women from all different backgrounds and ages is contagious. Not only have her classes improved my physical appearance, it has also helped my mental health. I am over all a stronger and better individual because of this workout program. Luisa is an incredible motivator and truly cares about each of her students and their goals. Her zumba class is fast paced and really fun, she helps you along the way with each step. You can see her passion in each song and class! If you're looking for a great workout, without intimidation, great music and a great instructor... then this class is for you!

I started going to Luisa's class in 2018 and I haven't left. Her class is not your regular Zumba class. Luisa is a fun, caring person. We laugh, make jokes, but she makes you WORK! As an instructor, she goes above and beyond for her clients and if you put it in your part, you'll definitely see results. When I had surgery in 2018, I took some time off and when I returned to the group, she worked with me, she was patient, helped me modify some exercise until I was fully able to work out without any problems. She also does a toning class and provides/helps with nutrition. I never did meal preps until I started going to her classes and now it has become part of my regular routine and I love it. If you want a fun class and want results, check out her class, you won't regret it!

It took me a LONG time to find a good zumba instructor in RI, and after the first 10 minutes of my first class, I could tell Luisa was GREAT! I’ve seen amazing results not only physically with weight loss and toning, but am mentally more fit and energized each day! I also do her toning classes which have really made a difference. I’m so happy that I found Luisa and BrazilianWay Fitness!!! Highly recommend you try it...you’ll be hooked!

This is not your average Zumba class. It’s a full body workout. After one song you will be hooked! Luisa is not just an instructor, she is your coach, and always offering guidance on nutrition. Also offers personal training. She’s the best around. Life changing!!

Luisa makes you believe in yourself both mentally and physically...... try her class at least once and you will be hooked, Luisa will introduce you to a another level of fitness and you will meet a great group of woman..very welcoming and inspiring .... One of my friend brought me to zumba Brazilian way back in 2011 since then I felt in love with the fitness. The Zumba instructor is awesome on what she does. If you go there with goal in your mind she will make sure you reach that goal. Most importantly everyone is friendly with there with judgement free zone.

Three words: changed my life. I had lost about 40 pounds on my own through diet and light exercise when I found Luisa’s awesome classes. I had about 60 lbs more to lose and was lost. I didn’t feel great, I didn’t look great...I wasn’t even really motivated to keep going. At the urging of my friend, I went to my first class. Ok: I barely made it through and I couldn’t keep up at all. Why didn’t I run out the door like I’ve done in the past for similar experiences? Luisa and fellow classmates didn’t make me feel embarrassed for not being able to keep up. Everyone just kept going, worked around me when I struggled, and said encouring things. So I went to my next class. And my next. Before I knew it, I lost the weight. ALL OF IT. Not only that, I gained back my energy and confidence in myself. Two years later almost, I have kept the weight off and have never felt better or more proud of myself. Bottom line? This isn’t yoga, folks. This is “murder the fat” (as Luisa says to keep us going) change your life, protect your health WAR. If you’re ready to make huge changes for your health, start by walking through Luisa’s door. And keep coming back. It works.

Fun and intense class ! You get out what you put in , 100% & the instructor will not let you be lazy ! All great choreography, my favorite songs. The class has great diversity, all ages .
