I enjoy this gym because the location is convenient. However, there are a few things that I don’t like. I’ve seen several people walking around talking on their cell phones in addition members recording their workouts, despite mobile device use policy. Also, people placing large bags and personal property on the gym floor opposed to securing it in a locker! I do understand the people that work at the front desk are little bit younger, but I would like to see some of these policies being enforced!

One of the best locations I've been to. Very well maintained. Staff try their best to keep it clean. It could be the fact that it's still new but still, keep it up. Large selection of equipment and decent parking too. Note to the guys, please...just be grown men and clean up after yourself. It's not the staff's responsibility to clean up your mess.

I came to planet fitness after cancelling my 24hour fitness membership in Clackamas. the experience was like night and day. At 24 hour, I was never greeted, 70% of the equipment is broken, the locker rooms are trashed and everything is dirty. When arriving at planet fitness I was greeted warmly and genuinely, the equipment is PERFECT and everything is clean! Best choice ever! I’m excited to go to the gym now.

Its basically the same as most other planet fitness gyms. Its clean and the staff are all very friendly! The drink selection seems to be constantly lacking but its definitely not the end of the world. They don't really enforce any of the normal Planet Fitness rules so keep that in mind if you are new or uncomfortable with working out. Don't let that intimate you away completely we are all very friendly.

Came in yesterday for my first visit to this location as it's the one I chose site unseen as my main location. Conner was very pleasant and welcoming. The location is SUPER CLEAN and spacious. Plus the tons of places to park. Came in today and Kaseens energy is on point! What a great guy! Super friendly, great experience here at pf! I am so glad I finally joined this gym its an amazing way to start out my day! Thisis me adding to my review. I misspelled Connors name plus need to give praise to the trainer Ken. GREAT GUY! Gave lots of good information I can apply to my personal program and is super professional and approachable! I truly appreciate the staff here at my location! What an amazing group of folks topped off by the cleanest,most functional gym ive ever seen!

I am IN LOVE with this Planet Fitness location. They have the friendliest and kindest staff ever. Whenever I come in, I am immediately happier because of the joy the staff here radiant. The facility is super clean as well. Paper towel dispensers always stocked, equipment clean and always functioning. Could not be more thrilled to be a part of this community! This Planet Fitness has provided by far the best gym experience I have had to date. Its open, new, clean, the staff is friendly, and they are on top of their sanitation protocol. . Chose the Black Card monthly access plan! The amenities in the Black Card lounge are top notch - Hydromassage, multiple styles of tanning booths and beds, total body enhancement, a zone to relax and charge. MORE THAN WORTH $20 A MONTH! :) Plus, they are open 24hrs a day Mon,-Thurs, close at 12am Fri, and run 7 to 7 on the weekend. You simply can't beat the price to access ratio. I was a member of a competitor gym in a very well well do part of town that charged far more, was nowhere near as bright, clean or inviting. Couldn't recommend this gym more.

I was only going here because it was the only gym nearby open 24 hours. 24 Hour Fitness is finally open 24 hours again. Now that they are, I won't be going here anymore due to the lack of good strength equipment. The free weights here do not go very high. The dumbbells only go to 75lbs. There's no Olympic barbells you can put plates on, just smith racks and fixed weight barbells. The fixed weight barbells only go to 65lbs or so. This is how all Planet Fitness locations seem to be. That being said, this is the best Planet Fitness. Always so clean - much more so than the 24 Hour Fitness I now go to. Staff is so nice, especially the guy with dreads that works overnight. If you are new to strength training, or mostly want to do cardio, this is a great gym for you. If you are more advanced and want heavy free weights, you will need to go somewhere else. For what it is, this gym deserves 5 stars. Just don't expect it to be a "real gym."

This is a great gym. I used to go to the planet on Foster but switched to this one even though a little further from my house. I love the layout of this gym, the amenities and the staff. Everyone is really nice, and let you work out in peace. I've been to gyms where the staff is annoying, and this one they're definitely not. They're kind and friendly. This location also has a hybrid tanning/red light bed which is so convenient and a time saver. Also, this gym is open 24 hours most days and that's why I signed up and thats what I pay for, the one on Foster was not and kept using Covid as excuse.

Though I love this place, I’ve got a real issue with patrons NOT using the “circuit training” area correctly. It’s a circuit, each machine or step is numbered, the green light means workout, the red light means stop and MOVE to the next area. There are signs up that state this. It is not for power pyramids or checking your texts!! The staff really need to patrol this area (they do not, nor do they speak to patrons on request) and explain its purpose more frequently or else PF should just remove the circuit and make it a free-for-all like the rest of the gym. I’ve tried it 7 times and only once was I not impeded by a sitter tgat I had to work around. The whole point is a 30 min work out circuit for busy people! Otherwise, this is the cleanest and best gym in the area.

I actually have a PF gym location closer to my house, but I drive the extra few minutes to go to this location! Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been so kind and positive and professional! The gyms layout is nice and open, and the clientele is less snobby. I love this location!

Not too crowded. Modern. Inviting work-out space. On a route I frequently travel. Reasonable rates. Easy to pay. Easy to use.

Planet fitness's hours suit my daily schedule well and allow for me to get an early morning work out in before work. the gym has new equipment, very clean, and helpful staff. The Graveyard team member is especially knowledgeable, helpful, and positive.

Hasn't been crowded any time I have been there. They have lots and lots of cardio machines (bike, elliptical), a wide array of workout machines and multiple free weight sets. Everything I could think of and more! All the people have been really friendly and it is so inexpensive too!!

Love working out at this Planet Fitness.... love the variety of equipment & the cleanliness at this facility. The staff is always friendly & helpful if you have any questions. The tanning beds seem to be maintained! Only thing that sucks is that it's not 24 hrs anymore!

This gym is mediocre. There is enough equipment, the standard amount and with plenty of space between machines, including the functional fitness section with the half exercise balls and plenty of mats and room for stretching. Lots of cardio equipment. I didn't go at hours with peak crowds, but the place was still full enough for there to be a wait. The guests seemed curious about others. Probably not enough olympic weights if there is more than one person who can squat a fair amount. Showers have hot water and decent pressure with changing stalls. The locker rooms didn't smell like any type of smoke and didn't have anything gross or hazardous about them. No soap in the showers. The smith machines are NOT the type where the bar stop causes the bar to twist (bad for wrists, elbows, joints if you go heavy) so this location is a good one to visit for a leg day, if you can fit in hours when it's not too crowded. They have the old style massage machines. The back extension is a type that wiggles side to side and doesn't have much padding (actually a weird type that I've never seen before and wouldn't advise they buy again). The leg raise/pull-up station is worn through the padding. Those two stations seemed most deteriorated. The locks are the style with the built in combination locks. The sinks have paper towels, not just the air dryer, but the paper winds up all over the floor of the locker room. They don't honor half off on drinks. They aren't open on Sunday evenings. Not a lot of options in the area so it's good enough. It is Portland where the street lights and power lines are crooked, so they didn't screw up Planet Fitness too much. Overall, not bad for Oregon. It's almost on par with a suburb 24 hr Fitness, without the steam room or sauna, all for half the price. If you're a local, add it to the list of your subscriptions, a million times more value than Amazon prime. If they want more stars they need more weights and probably another 2 smith machines, and new back extensions bench and leg raise/pull-up station; but thats me and what I'm for.

No one reads the 30 min PF express and if you talk to the front desk, they don't care. Very frustrating to try to get a workout in when people think it's a regular area with weight training machines. After being bumped from my work out 4 times in 15 minutes I went to the front desk and the guy was nice, but I could tell he was listening because he had to. No change!

Vanessa and her employees are amazing. They have zero issues using their computer systems to check in members, make sales, or check in people for the black card services. I primarily have my membership to go tanning and use the gym a few times a week. I wish her staff could train and teach the employees in Oregon City, since that location is more convenient for me. But.... To support good people I make that sacrifice and travel out of my way to visit this location.

Needed to get rid of some COVID weight and BAM, Planet Fitness opened up and gave me a great offer. Very clean and easy going gym. Nothing fancy, but the Black Card will get you massage and tanning beds. (Use the app to check how crowded it is.)

Ive gone to this gym since its opened and I've had ZERO issues. I have a membership to Planet, MUV, and LA Fitness currently based off of proximity to job, needs, and work benefits. Planet hands down, has the best and most frequent cleaning by staff out of all 3 gyms. I usually go between 8-9 and have never seen an issue with no masks, or over-crowding. I went 1 time after 5, and it was at capacity. I wish a text alert went out but its Covid and I understand completely. Gym is brand new, and has everything I need. Usually dont leave reviews but I saw some of these crazy ones and felt compelled to say something because my experience has been great. I WILL absolutely update this if my experience changes.

I just began this gym and literally have no complaints! Great machines, very clean, everyone cleans after using each machine. Friendly staff at se 82nd location & se foster location. Free shirt when you sign up, they do keep your credit card saved on file for future purchases, which I was not aware of nor do I care for, but so far.. no issues. They have a crowd meter so you know how full they are before you come in & EXCELLENT tanning beds with NEW hot bulbs!! Cheap membership for a great place~

I just go for the tanning beds which, in my opinion, is the best tanning deal around. And especially when they're back to 24-hour access to all their equipment, it just really fits the chaotic schedule I have currently as a round-the-clock caregiver for my mom. I really should get on the exercise equipment and deal with some of the stress and more productive way but that's coming in good time!

Kelly is ALWAYS sanitizing and making sure you’re comfortable and safe in the locker room and out. The new location in Clackamas on SE 82nd and King road is great. Nice and spacious even when it's busy it's never too crowded. A lot of the cardio machines have TVs on them. The staff are very friendly and professional. The locker room is nice has built-in combinations on the lockers the showers are nice and they all have separate dressing stalls. It's a great place to go get a workout in there's always a machine available for weight training. I am happy to be a member of Planet Fitness. . ....

I heard about this gym on tik tak and found out about their “black card membership”. Immediately, I was SOLD. I already have a gym membership with Snap Fitness in Happy Valley. However, I am in the process of terminating my membership with them over being harassed in their gym by Lighthouse Fitness Trainers. I came to the gym today and signed up for the “black card membership.” I felt like I had walked into a luxury gym in Las Vegas that’s how impressed I was with this gym! The staff was excellent. Very friendly. Clear communication. In a great mood. They didn’t hit me for all the fee’s up front. I don’t have to pay the annual fee and the membership fee until the 1st of June. No other gym in this area can compete with this gym. It’s over for those other gyms. They can’t compete. When people find out about Planet Fitness, I have a strong intuitive feeling they will do just what I did. Cancel their gym memberships with other gyms and sign up at Planet Fitness. This gym is very very well put together. They know what customers want in a gym experience and their smart about the locations they put their gyms in. The tanning beds, the other high tech lavish machines, the hydro massage machines, the massage chairs are definitely a WIN!!!! The gym is fully operational. Their not playing head games with people and jerking them around opening and closing. I would give this gym 20 Stars if I could. This is a very clean gym. They had a lot of people signing up for membership. The gym was almost at full capacity this afternoon. I am VERY VERY HAPPY!!!!! Come to this gym and ask about the Black Card Membership. Beware of some of the bogus reviewers on here. The lockers cannot be opened by someone unless you clear out your combination after you set the lock. You make your own combination on the lockers and then clear out the dials on the lock. So it’s your own fault if you get your stuff stolen. Also, some of these comments are not even people who live here. If you live in Australia then why are you on here spreading fake information trying to mislead people.? I reported that review.

I love planet fitness! There is no in the world as low cost as planet fitness! Imagine you have to pay only 34c for one day $10 for 30/1 days! Government must support like this companies because we the people are criminals and gyms are one of our best medicine! With in one month it helps me to change my every thing! Really getting tired of using the tanning and total fitness booths. Try to connect but the last two times when I put up the volume it mutes and there’s no way to fix it. At least that’s what I assume since most of the staff looks at me confused when I bring it up

Always greeted with friendly smiles, club is always clean and stocked. Bulbs for tanning are constantly changed out for great tanning results. Equipment is well maintained and having the crowd meter helps with timing. Highly recommend this club!

Great Gym, helpful staff, clean and lots of room to work out, gets a little busy from 3pm-7ish. Totally worth $10 a month for basic membership. Huge variety of equipment.
