His ability to connect and presence makes our workouts a breeze - there's no question that I'm going to show up because he is there 100% all the way! I have injuries to my ankle and he has personalized training and encouraged dialogue about my perceptions of my body, balance, strength as I become aware of them. Maicol's training promotes a life-long positive relationship to awareness of my body and my self. Best hour of the day!

Maicol Santos has been my on and off personal trainer for a year now. I’ve always been scared to go to the gym specially at my heaviest but Maicols kind and friendly personality made me feel super comfortable being there since day 1. He’s always wanting to go above and beyond for his clients. When I needed help with food he helped me meal prep for a week to teach me about food portions and what is best for my body. My experience working with Maicol was amazing! I had been struggling with maintaining a healthy lifestyle after graduating from high school and no longer being involved in sports. I started working with Maicol 6 months back. My goal was to trek the Everest Base Camp in Nepal. I was able to successfully complete the trek without any injuries. It would have been impossible to achieve this dream without Maicol’s strenuous 2 months training. Based on the training schedule prepared by Maicol, the main area of focus was to strengthen the shoulder, legs and improve endurance. He used a combination of different training techniques like squats, deadlift, treadmill, lunges, leg press and ensured the target muscle groups were always challenged . This not only made me strong , but also gave me immense confidence during the entire trek. It's always fun to workout with Maicol. During our session, he is very attentive and always ensures that the quality of reps is more important than the quantity .He provides a diary to track each of the exercises. He makes a note of the reps and weights for the exercises during the session. This helps in pushing your body to the next level in the following sessions and also keeps a good track of your progress. There is never a dull moment even when our sessions are at 6 am . He is very passionate about fitness and he brings a lot of enthusiasm and positive energy every morning. He is very patient and provides a customized workout plan based on the client’s goal . To simply put he is the guy who can help you achieve your dream goal with equal dedication if not ,more than you - I highly recommend him .

I’ve been working with Maicol on and off over the past year. I’ve had knee replacement issues which is why I needed to take some time off due to my physical limitations. More recently over the past 45 days I have been working with Maicol on incorporating healthy eating with some exercise to get back into physical shape. The healthy eating has really helped in managing my weight with the limited exercises. I feel much better than I have since the healthy eating plan. I began my journey with Maicoi two months prior to heading out for a month on the beaches of Brazil. At 53 and 20+ pounds over weight, I needed some help.
