Dave is someone who has helped me to see exercise, overall wellness and the mind/body connection in a whole new way. He is kind, positive and full of energy which helps me stay motivated! I appreciate his flexibility with my schedule or physical limitations, truly customizing my workouts based on where I am at in that moment. And the convenience of walking out of my home and into the back of his truck?! Who wouldn't want that? If you're hesitant at all, take this former couch potato's recommendation and give Dave a call. I just started working with Dave at Jumpstart and I am amazed at how awesome this service is! I have never really felt comfortable going to gyms so this is perfect for me, he comes right to my home 2 mornings a week and has been putting me through incredibly motivating and intense workouts. He also wrote up a diet plan for me to follow and though it has only been a few weeks I already see and feel a huge difference! If you are thinking of starting to exercise I highly recommend giving them a call, the training here is also cheaper than personal training at most gyms I looked into and he included the nutrition counseling with it!

I have so much more energy and I have noticed so many positive changes in my body and mood, it is the most exciting and motivated I have felt in a very long time. The Ultimate Excuse Proof Workout!! It's so easy to say you are too busy to go to the gym, we all do it, this removes that from the equation. Dave brings the gym to you, wherever you are. I run a very busy business requiring long crazy hours at the office or on the road. Dave accommodated a super early workout time for me and he always exceeded my expectations. He custom tailored a workout that matched my goals and incorporated some of my favorite activities so it was fun at the same time! The truck is set up very efficiently and the equipment is top-of-the-line. I highly recommend this to anyone!!!

All I can say is how convenient. I hate the process of going to the gym and even being at the gym. Dave seems to have found a way to solve all those issues. The truck was fully equipped with everything needed for a good work out. Dave is an awesome instructor. He kept me motived and the mood light while we went through the workout. Highly recommended.

I am 68 years old and will admit I HATE to exercise in a gym. I am the kind of person gym owners love: a lazy one who buys a membership and then never goes. I have been working out with Dave for two months now and I have to say he is helping me become healthier. I can notice a difference in my shape and coordination and balance. He has made it so easy for me because he parks his truck 3 blocks from my house so I have no excuse not to go to the gym. And I am surprised to discover that I actually look forward to the sessions. He is very encouraging and can modify the exercises for my particular aches and pains. Every time I go the exercises are different and he plays the music I love. Highly recommend.

I started working with Dave this past January after a pretty significant injury to my foot. Prior to the injury I had been working hard to achieve my fitness goals and the thought of losing all of that progress got me down. A friend suggested Dave, he gave me a free introductory session and the rest is history. Dave puts so much thought into every workout, understanding what I’m capable of and just how hard he can push me. He’s all about healthy discomfort and making sure you’re pushing yourself to the point where you’re out of your comfort zone and seeing results; and, in my case, he was also careful to understand where I was in the healing process so we didn’t push too far. He was able to help me get back on my feet and running/lifting again sooner than my physical therapist thought. Over the course of the past few months, he has continued to help me advance my fitness - to a whole new level that I didn’t know was possible for me. And the convenience factor is amazing for my busy schedule, it makes it that much easier to ensure I get my workouts in.. I’m sure everyone can agree that some days it’s a struggle to make it to the gym. Jumpstart mobile fitness solves that problem for you!

This works out so perfect for me, I've always wanted to exercise but I don't like going into gyms and dealing with the crowds and the judgmental people. Dave drives right to my work and I train with him right in our work parking lot. It is so convenient and private and I'm already seeing amazing results! I highly recommend trying this service!
