Jennifer H20This is basically a gym for older people but that is a welcome thing. Clean, open environment with plenty of equipment. No music which is nice (peaceful). Nice bathroom)locker room/showers. Nice staff.

jacquelyn lortieI love this place and I HATE to exercise. However, it is small enough so I am greeted by name and given warm encouragement when I am feeling frustrated, yet big enough to have all the equipment needed and great classes!

bophan chhimThe look on the outside does not do this gym justice! It is very clean, modern, and organized and a great place to work out. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this gym. The only negative is that it closes at 8pm, which for 24 hr fitness person like me who works out at night, it takes a bit getting use to.
Linda MorrisGreat place for all ages & geared toward seniors. Big, clean, plenty of equipment and classes are included in the very reasonable monthly membership rate. Nice big locker room, two big clean showers an towel rental is only $1.

Only negatives were the price and I wasn't a big fan of the Nautilus air equipment ... I could have gotten used to the equipment, but I wasn't ready to shell out so much money for a family membership for two people.
