I found this place in Google and it truly creates magic every single week. I always come back here happy and satisfied. This is my 6th week on the program. Best weight loss program I've ever done with great results! Down 15.4 pounds in 4 months and I've been trying to do that on my own for 4 years years with no success! I'm just under 5 pounds to my goal weight, and feel better, stronger and have so much more energy now! I love that they have doctors available to monitor progress and ensure you're on the right program for your specific needs and current state of your personal health! Dr. Reker is so attentive and thorough. Cheryl does my weekly check-ins and is such an expert at what she does, I always ask for her when I go! She helps me tweak both big and little things here and there and always takes the time to listen to what I'm doing and what my goals are as each week passes! The front desk staff is amazing, and so nice and helpful! Jessica, Yesenia, Salma, Pie, Sam, Mari, Marco and Anel - everyone at this location is amazing! This is my favorite location. I would refer anyone I know here, and trust that they'd be taken care of! Valley Medical is the only place I'll ever need to go!

I started with Valley Medical after I got a Groupon for them- I figured that if I liked it, I'd stay. I just finished my 2nd month and I'm down 20 pounds. It is absolutely worth it and it works if you put work into it. I hadn't had any negative experiences with anyone but after reading reviews, I requested to work with Ayarra one day and I am glad I did. She is very excited and cares about you- she will cheer you on and offer great advice when needed. They don't try to up sell you but there are signs about their supplements, programs, and sales. If you ask questions about these products, they will gladly tell you about them but nobody has tried to push any additional charges on me. The only drawback is that because they work on a walk in basis, it can sometimes take a while to be seen. I have noticed that the earlier you go, the better- first thing in the morning, I can be in & out in 5 minutes. I went once around lunch time and it took about 40 minutes for an injection only. It's definitely nobody's fault- there were a lot of clients and they were short staffed that day, but I recommend not going during your lunch break or right before work.

This whole place is so amazing. I started this journey at 236 pounds I am down to 181 right now, from a size 20 to a size 10 is amazing. Of course you have to change your bad habits as well but this program helps so much. Ayarra is absolutely amazing so sweet and helpful the whole staff is really amazing. I go in today for the start of my 3 week program. By far the BEST customer service has been granted here. I live in Gilbert and while I was offered to take meds upfront for the next couple weeks I declined as I actually enjoy driving in every week. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly & there is no judgement on ones weight that I have experienced being there. While I wait in line 2 times a week for them to open as the busiest time is at open, I have conversation with other patients on their success and its all positive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have visited this clinic several times and every time they are polite and courteous. They educate you on whatever obstacles you might be experiencing and encourage you when you need it. 2 years ago I lost 40 lbs with them, then gained 16 back when I needed knee surgery. So far this time I have lost 13 and I am still going. Their prices can't be beat. I reccomend them to anyone who needs that extra little bit of help.

I switched to this place about year ago because the weight loss clinic that I was going to was too expensive and didn’t have the weekly option that they have here. Unfortunately, I have decided to go back to the weight loss clinic that I went to before because my results here just haven’t been as dramatic as they were with my previous weight loss clinic. I will say that the staff here are all very professional and friendly. I just didn’t get the best results. I had some results just not what I was expecting for as much time and effort as I have put into completely changing my eating and exercising habits.

I started out at 218 and so far in 5 weeks only I have lost 13lbs! I purchased the Lipo shots that I go in to get with my weekly B12 shot. They let me do two payments which was awesome. The girls up front are always so sweet and thoughtful and ask if I have any questions or concerns after every visit. I love Efrain and Marco. They are so motivating and encouraging through this whole process. Not to mention when they give me the shots I do NOT FEEL THEM! Like at all. It’s so comforting knowing I’m well taken care of and I only request them from now on. The girl physicians there are a little too heavy handed and I’m in pain when I leave. Efrain is so happy all the time and even after he was just clocking into work he took me in as his 1st patient because I requested him. Marco is super sweet and tells me I’m doing a great job. He doesn’t make me feel bad if I had a slow week he just says keep it up and gives me suggestions. The medication doesn’t make me sick, the diet doesn’t make me hungry and even if I don’t work out which I always do, I still lose weight. I cried after the 1st week I lost 5 lbs. I’m a big girl and I have tried everything for months and never saw results. In just a week I saw my progress and it helped me stay motivated. There were only 2 others in the waiting room, and 3 different staff members walked by at least 3 times. Also their pricing and discount is different from what they charged me to what they advertised. Horrible experience. I laughed at the "30 minute wait time" I saw posted. TOTAL CROCK. Even with an appointment, I never spent less than an HOUR in the waiting room alone. The front office staff treat you like cattle. They are a revolving door/cash register. The only thing going for this place are the discounted rates (when you can get them). REVISING MY REVIEW: I was convinced by a friend to give this place another chance. Still high volume foot traffic, but there has definitely been a change in the way patients are treated. Discounts are getting a little hard to come by, but they do exist for the determined seeker. Changing from 1 star to 3. 3 stars because their front desk intake procedures and the skill of some giving injections still could use improvement.

Dr. Woeller is extremely smart and knows her stuff. So good at educating you and knowing why or what works for you and your body medically. She is the first doctor in weight loss that has been so brilliant about medications and why I should or should not take something. She cares about her patients and not about just taking your money. This is all new to me and it is so inspiring. Instead of feeling bad about yourself you figure out why some things will work or would never work for you because of your history and life! The staff is very caring and helpful. They are efficient and are always trying to teach and help you through the process. The wait times can be extremely long. At the same time I do understand it’s because they do care so much and try and take time with each person. I also feel with Covid and all the extra steps they have had to take is contributing to this wait. I would still by far go and wait and have the staff there then go someplace that really doesn’t care and just wants your money. I’ve been given expensive medicine that would have never worked for me because of health issues . I was never made aware of this until going here and seeing Dr Woeller and all the staff ! I wouldn’t go anywhere else so the wait is very worth it!!!

This place is good for getting medical weight loss supplements to kick start weight loss, but most of it is high priced. The wait times are incredibly long. I've never been in and out in less than 70 minutes and only 5 minutes of that is spent with the techs...it's all wait time. Most times I notice that the staff isn't busy with patients...they are busy chatting amongst each other. I timed one tech. She spent 5 minutes with a patient and 15 minutes standing in her room alone. So as long as you're prepared for a long wait, you'll get what you need to get going in the right direction for weight loss.

I have to say I didn't think this would work, but Jan 15, 2018, I weighed 239.8 lbs by Memorial Day I was bouncing between 200-205 lbs, I took a break for a month, went back in Aug 2018, got to my goal weight of 195 lbs and now a year later I'm 190 lbs, and haven't been to Valley Medical Weight Loss clinic in 6 months. The staff was always friendly, they didn't ever give me any hassle if I bounced my weight back up or didn't come in. They worked with my work schedule. I did the $28.95 a week program, after a couple of months, I was going in every other week splitting my dose in half. If I lost least a pound, I could get 2 weeks worth of medicine. I'm 57 years old and I haven't been on this side of 200 lbs in 20 years, lol. It works, it helps you change your eating habits, The money I saved on not eating out or eating the the large combination plate and desert, paid for the program, I do know if I fell off the wagon and started gaining a bunch of weight, I could go back and everything would be like i never left. they are good people. I would definitely recommend Valley Medical Weight Loss at the McClintock location. I discovered them through a Groupon the only downfall is the wait during peak hours. Otherwise, I found times to go in that worked with my schedule and had little wait. Everyone is so nice and encouraging even if it doesn't seem like a lot to myself 1-3lbs a week they are very positive and make you want to push harder each week. I took a break then ended up coming back for weekly medication if you follow the recommendations of eating healthy and even with just 30mins of walking 3 times a week to start... I was able to see results! They also have an option to break up payments of half now half later with the shot packages which helps with affordability. I admit to buying groupon packages with other facilities but they ended up being almost cold and unfriendly. Ultimately the great staff is why I keep coming back to reach my goals!

I signed up for this place after 2 of my running mates joined and lost 5 lbs in first week and told me to try. One of my friend said she lost 30 pounds and was able to keep away 20 and added 10 more. For me I have tried many programs Keto, Juice diet, no grains diet, intermittent fasting to name few. I have lost 4 pounds and the weight will bounce back right in. Also the single most annoying factor was I will always loose muscle. So I had to stop them.... I bought a 68 dollar Groupon and went to Valley Medical. First a visit with Dr.Leytocha. She was patient and screened me and asked questions of my questionnaire and tested me. Knowing my goal of not wanting to loose muscle but also loose weight she prescribed me the injections and medications. The 1st day I started the medication I had some high heart rate, next day onwards no issues. Appetite was ok, no junk foods, beers and reduced carbs. End of Week 1 - the weight bumped up from 136.6 to 137.8, in spite of logging 65 miles on run. I was very disheartened. Marco was there and he told me to reduce carb intake to see some weight loss. End of Week 2 - the weight dropped to 132.8 a big 5 pound drop which has never happened. I am sold to Valley medical. Looking forward to my week 3 weigh in. They have already prepared that I will loose only 1 pound, which look like it. There is one point you need to Be aware of. Body water fluctuations can be deceiving and it can show a reduction in weight. So Weight alone is not an true indicator but VM are using weight as only measurement. So for people for me who is not loosing weight this is really a bummer. If they can take measurements with body fat, water weight, muscle mass and biological age, then it could provide a better indicator of the program. AZ medical weight control does a better job of taking better measurements before and after for 5 weeks or 6 weeks. Anyways said that I like the awesome and helpful front desk and Marco my physician. Also I liked how the medication is working and I am not loosing muscle big time. Even though I am not loosing weight nor waist size(0 change) much I can feel my body is re aligning itself. So I went in and bought a Lipo excel 10 pack. Hope VMWL considers my suggestion and also compares how its competitors are providing service and provide better before and after reports.

Just advising that if your going to make closing time a specific time, then stick to it. Got there right before 3pm and was told you guys dont take appointments after 2:40pm on Saturdays. Pretty irritating since your closing time states 3pm for regular patients, you should be excepting patients until 3, otherwise post that on your door like you have posted the timeframe for New Patients. You've earned a 4 because other than that your staff is super nice and products are good but the time issue was pretty irritating since I live pretty far.

The staff is very professional and friendly. They tell you of any promotions without asking. The doctor holds you accountable and will give you ideas when you hit a plateau and need the shove to keep going. Love this place.
