5 Star Fitness definitely lives up to its name. Their knowledgeable and hardworking trainers are dedicated to helping you achieving your fitness goals whether its fat loss, muscle gains, or both. With the array of equipment, classes, personalized nutrition plans and training programs, I was able to I was able to achieve my fitness goals in less than 2 months, getting down to 17.8% body fat from 23%. The 5 star team will definitely get you looking and feeling better than ever. Thank you 5 star for getting my fitness journey just started 💪

5 Star fitness has been a game changer for my wife and I. We've been training with 5 Star for close to 2 years now have had a great experience all around. Group training sessions allow for a fun environment but with the quality of a 1:1 training. Their fitness apps and training videos allow for independent workouts and accountability towards our goals. The new gym location on N Scottsdale Rd is has plenty of high quality equipment and a clean atmosphere. 5 Star certainly lives up to the name. Edit: photos added- gym set up keeps getting better and better. New “Matrix” HIIT classes are also excellent 45 minute intense workouts.

I’ve been training at 5 Star Fitness for about 6 months now and I love it! The gym itself is always clean, well maintained and the equipment is top-grade. The private gym atmosphere is awesome and doesn’t have the bro-ey vibes of a big box gym. 5 Star Fitness also does a great job at fostering a sense of community with the group workouts, BBQs and personable staff (everyone is always so nice and available to help - especially Lexi). Lastly, the programming and training are killer (both group sessions and the matrix). I typically train with Jay, Jordyn or Jens and they all do a great job at pushing me so I get the most from my sessions. If you’re looking for a quality gym with nice equipment, trainers that keep you accountable and other perks (community, infrared sauna, protein shakes for purchase, nutrition plan/guidance, workout app and an adorable dog) then I highly recommend 5 Star Fitness.

I joined Five Star in February with the hope that I would lose some weight. Since being a member I have surpassed my weight loss goals and actually gained a few things too. The most important thing I gained is confidence in myself. I wouldn’t have been able to get to where I am now in my fitness journey without their support and guidance. My boyfriend and i Absolutely love this gym! Not only is it in a great location…but, it has loads of equipment for legs/glutes like a vertical leg press and several hip thrust machines. It’s extremely clean. The trainers here are super knowledgeable and eager to help. Love this gym when we visit Scottsdale. It’s a great size where you aren’t missing out on equipment use. The staff is friendly. The layout of the weights is convenient and they have all aspects of equipment for whatever kind of workout you want to do. Having a sauna, barber and protein shake/meal prep kitchen is also a super nice add on I haven’t seen at other gyms. Definitely recommend!

The best gym in Scottsdale! If you’re looking for personal training, fun group workouts or just a quality gym 5 Star is the place to be. 5 Star has changed my life! I’ve always been pretty active and I’ve had multiple trainers for 6 years before making the change to 5 Star. They do it differently here! I went to the gym regularly (with a trainer) and due to life being life, I fell outta my routine (for 2 yrs). I saw 5 Star Fitness got a new facility and decided to give them a try and get back to it. The small group training is perfect, knowledgeable trainers and flexible schedules worked out well. The staff have all been very helpful regardless of what I needed. The gym is spacious with plenty of equipment and isn't ever crowded. There are HIIT classes available as well, that complement the training sessions. They made getting back on track and towards my goals doable, even after a very long break. I've decided to continue working with them as I've seen great results and have had a lot off support (training app, text group, groups on social media). I wanted to add to this today, to share an update on progress. I am in the best shape of my life and progressing. Their slogan is "results not promises," and this has been true. The provide what you need to make yourself successful. You show up and put in the work. I've surprised myself with what I have been capable of, thanks to the amazing staff motivating me. The trainers I've worked w/ most are Jordan, Wes, Margi and Jens. Everyone has been knowledgeable and positive. Update #2 Sept 2022 I'm still training and we are working on fine tuning and updating my approach in accordance with new goals. I have learned so so so much and have a great support system. I am not shy, but am a bit introverted, so sometimes it's challenging to fish goals and feedback from me, but it comes naturally bc I can see how vested the training team is in helping me get to my goals. If you're willing to put in the work and sweat on a consistent basis, they have the knowledge and expertise to propel you to your fitness goals.

So to be clear, I have never set foot in a gym before. I was nervous on my first day, let alone my first session I scheduled with Wes. Sharing my apprehensions with him and several of the crew members beforehand, they all assured me I would be okay and everything would go well! My first day we focused on chest exercises and as I sat down on the bench for my first ever press, I explained to Wes I had never done this before. He took the time to not only show me the proper form, but watched directly along side me to ensure my safety and support me. Finishing my first session I felt comfortable in the environment that the 5star team has created, and I have scheduled many sessions since. I am starting to see my results, and I am excited for what the future continues to hold for me. Bottom line, this gym perfect is for 2 types of people - 1. the professionals of fitness/working out & 2. people who are serious about their health and goals. From the gym equipment, to the quality and knowledge of the trainers, the meal plans, the Matrix HIT classes and just the overall vibe of the gym. My husband and I have been with 5 Star for about a year now. We wanted to become more fit and healthy, but didn't know where to start. We had just moved to Scottsdale so didn't have any personal recommendations. Our journey with Jay and his team of trainers started off by us joining a 6 wk challenge. We were skeptical but figured we'd get our foot in the gym then go off on our own after the challenge. To our surprise, we got hooked. We love the group sessions, program structure, and individualized plan tailored to meet our specific goals. Of course with any weight training program, you get what you put into it but even doing the bare minimum, it's hard to not notice significant improvement with your body and how you feel. Would definitely recommend to everyone (from novice to pro).

I have been a member since February 2021 and I can honestly say this has been the best fitness experience of my life! The trainers really know what they are doing and talking about, and they really do transform you into a beast on the gym floor! I have seen a huge improvement in my general strength as well as mental motivation! The small group training classes are amazing and the trainers are actual experts! They push you, motivate you, and ACTUALLY PAY ATTENTION to you while you train, unlike many other training programs I've tried where the trainers just stand around on their phone not really giving you an feedback on form or even just motivating you through those reps! My experience with 5 Star has has been awesome. I had been active in the past but through some life events had lost my was with regards to my health and fitness. It wasn’t until a cancer scare that made me realize I need to change me ways. I wanted to get In the best shape of my life and I knew that I was going to need help because what worked for me in the past wasn’t going to now. I knew about 5 Star Fitness through some mutual friends of Jay and quickly realized once I did some research on training companies in the valley that 5 Star was by far the best option out there and my I don’t regret jumping on board with that at all. From day one, I was surrounded by a group or trainers that pushed me beyond what I though was capable of. Training is tough but that’s what you should expect from personal training. The trainers are 5 Star and extremely knowledgeable and make the workout tough but enjoyable. Just follow the training and meal program they provide to you and you will see results. The amount of progress I’ve made since I stated far exceeded my expectations and would recommend anyone who wants to get in the best shape of their life to get on board. Team 5 Star all the way!

I've always been pretty active my whole life. But there was a time about two years ago where I felt stuck. Ok so I have never actually worked out like this. I was always afraid to get bigger but finally I decided to take the plunge and improve my health and get stronger and more toned. After 3 months I have lost 7% body fat and transformed my body and I am not stopping anytime soon. Jay and the team are so encouraging and can see and push you to what they know you are capable of! There are not enough great things I can say about 5 Star Fitness! I joined the 5 Star program during COVID initially attending park workouts and was hooked from day 1! Although it took every ounce of me to attend the 2nd workout (because I was sore from the 1st) , I've returned week after week to work on my fitness goals. When I first started 5 Star Fitness, I was in a depressed state. I was over worked, over stressed, and miserable because my health was starting to decline. The first week was hell. I was absolutely miserable and sore, but with many motivations and laughs from the trainers, I was able to push myself to see how strong I really was. I had some setbacks because I previously injured my knee, but I kept pushing through it, even when the trainers said to stop if my knee was hurting. I said no and kept going for it. I gained new friends here. The trainers and the friends I had made started becoming like family to me. Halfway through the 6 week challenge, I was starting to run a 13-minute mile. I used to be able to run a 4-minute mile, but I gained so much weight that I was running anywhere from a 15-minute to 19-minute mile. In the end, I beat the challenge and lost 25.2 pounds. I can now start taking my dog for jogs instead of walks two to three times a week. I am very thankful for 5 Star because I feel less stress and my health has improved significantly. Overall, this is something that I would recommend if you want to be held accountable for your own actions and goals. If you want to change your mindset and really challenge yourself, go for it. It's not easy because this is the beginning of a journey, but they have the tools, the nutrition, the motivation, and so much more to help you , but ultimately, the decision is yours. Not everyone has the same experience, but if you go out there and push yourself to the limits like I did, then this is the place that you will definitely want to return to.

I’m not very techy, but once the staff helped me navigate some of the main apps I needed to track my progress and set my appoimtnets, the rest was easy. By easy, I mean, I followed the plan and worked out 3x a week and I jogged on some of my days off. I might even make it a point to travel to AZ and check out the location/ meet the trainers. I can only imagine how great the in person experience is considering how amazing the at home program is.

Coming back to fitness after a motorcycle accident, I was hesitant to believe that I could see a rapid change in 28 days but boy was I wrong. In 28 days, Jay and the gang took almost 10lbs and 4.5 % body fat off me all while I GAINED a pound of muscle. That is beyond my comprehension that my body could do that. What makes 5 Star different is the community they build around you. From the FB groups to the trainers and your fellow trainees: this tplatformand group make it goals attainable. They don't promise it will be easy as nothing worthwhile is easily attained. They do promise results. I got that.
