I’ve trained at a handful of F45s and this is the best gym in Philadelphia. I even moved closer to this gym after I found it. The members and the staff are so friendly, enjoyable, and the workouts are the best part of my day. They’re group fitness classes at 45 minutes a class, you walk in and walk out with a guided workout that changes every day. The owner, Kyle, keeps the place so clean, it’s been a relief to be here throughout the pandemic experience. I’ve always felt safe and really comfortable. There is a cold plunge here, too, which I’ve never seen anywhere else, and happy hour events are very well attended. Hiiiighly recommend.

The best way to reach your fitness goal is joining F45 Manayunk, the coaches are extremely nice and helpful. Originally I was going to take advantage of the trial offer and move on but as the trial came to an end I decided to stay because I really like the coaches Meredith, Kelly, Erin, and Colin. I also realized I was able to reach my weight loss goal a lot faster without becoming injured or bored. The membership options are also much more affordable than I assumed they would be and the morning classes are convenient for my work schedule.

I have never been consistent with going to the gym in a long time and F45 Manayunk has been able to change that. You don’t need to worry about coming up with a workout plan or a good workout playlist, it’s all there for you. There’s a class for everyone, whether is be lifting, cardio or a little of both. The coaches are super motivating and help push you, but not to the point where you’re injuring yourself which I’ve had at gyms in the past. You also will never leave a class dry which when I would workout on my own I wouldn’t break a sweat. It is pricey but I don’t even think about the cost because I'm actually going where at any other gym the money would be wasted.

Excellent coaching and a focus on the team I appreciate that each special workout class begins with a brief demo that allows me to adapt and follow the exercises. Each lesson ends with me grinning, wet from perspiration, and pleasantly delighted. Nothing better than that is possible!

I have been working out at F45 for about a month and I absolutely love it. The coaches are friendly, encouraging and helpful. It’s almost impossible to do the same workout twice, which is great because there is lots of versatility and it keeps each workout interesting. The gym is clean, organized, and even nicely decorated. Would definetly recommend! Who does have 45 minutes in their day for a quick workout?!

According to my doctors, training regularly at F45 is the best thing I could've done for my health alongside adjusting my nutrition and taking supplements. In 12 months, I have lost nearly 25% of my body mass in pure body fat while maintaining lean muscle mass. My resting heart rate has dropped by 12 BPM, VO2 max has increased significantly, and I no longer feel winded after climbing a flight of stairs. F45 actually lives up to the hype, and this is a fine studio in a nice neighborhood.

The Manayunk location itself is a large, very clean, well-maintained studio. I started at the end of February with the 2 week trial and became addicted to it! The trainers are motivating and push you but at your own pace! Anna is Super friendly and very energetic! I do 1st thing in the morning and they are very consistent! The people are super nice here. It’s super easy and fast! Just when you get started it’s over just like that. It makes it so easy to want to get up and go to class! It’s a must try for everyone!!!!!!

I can’t say how happy I was after doing a two week trial at F45 Manayunk, and then deciding to commit to a membership. Firstly growing up in Roxborough I never thought we’d have such a beautiful studio space in such a convenient location. The studio, equipment, and showers all are beautifully kept and maintained. Secondly your coaches. From the moment I talked memberships with Anna the head coach I knew I was going to have a great support team to push me but also give me a high five for good work (which goes a long way!) She is incredible. So are Emily, Meleki, Phil, and Jared who are all incredible fitness mentors and coaches at F45 who will help you, give you mods if you are beginning your fitness journey or recovering from some injury. I don’t care where you are in your fitness journey F45 pushes everyone and constantly bringing in new workouts. It is never the same!! I love it. If you like feeling like a team, getting sweaty, and want to switch up your current rountine F45 is the answer.

I can honestly say I have not experienced a gym that was more inviting and welcoming. I was truly hesitant coming into F45 because I had not done anything very active in a while. In the past I have had gym memberships and even attended OrangeTheory regularly. Joining, I was hoping for simple but challenging classes that would push me mentally but help me build confidence with weigh training. I can honestly say 100/10 this checked all the boxes and then some. Every class is just a bit different so you never get bored or know what to expect. Coach Kelly, Coach Collin, and Coach G for my 6:30 AM classes kept me motivated and awake (even on the days I didn’t want to get out of bed). Very happy with my experience here and very sad I have to move. I’ve made great friends and great progress at F45 and will always visit when I am in town!
