I have been going to Adam’s early morning small group sessions for 3 months and love them! I was interested in getting into shape and building strength and tried his free two week session and was sold after that. He is an amazing trainer and he really takes the time to understand what your individual goals are and works with you on how to achieve them. He leads with positivity and encouragement. He takes the time to explain all the exercises and the correct way to do them. I would highly recommend Adam!

At first I was not sure I could do the training but after 2 weeks I improved my endurance and realized just how far I can really push my 60+ yr old body. Adam Herlick Fitness is awesome! I've been doing strength training with him 2 days a weeek for about 6 months and can't get over how much better I'm feeling and functioning throughout the day! Although I've never been overweight, my body has been in shambles! I'm not an athlete and wanted nothing to do with working out, especially cardio🙅♀️! I was just over feeling weak, as if my body was breaking, my joints were hurting and giving out, my muscles couldn't lift my babies.😩 With Adam as my strength coach though, all of that has changed! 🤩 I have WAY more energy, have gotten SO much stronger, as well as better balance, stability, flexibility, endurance, etc. I'm so thankful for him and really love the small group settings and flexible class times I can choose from to get my workouts in.

I didn’t believe I could actually do this but with Adam’s knowledge and support I’m doing it! He’s smart, kind, interested, and gives the right amount of push. I was invited by my friend to try boot camp and I’m so glad I came. I’ve been training with Adam ever since. He keeps the sessions interesting with lots of variety and great playlists. He’s always ready with modifications for those with injuries or other limitations. I have issues with my knees and after training for several months now the pain has decreased dramatically. I have gained a lot of strength and endurance. We have such a great time with lots of laughs we forget e are working so hard!
