Jamie is an awesome trainer who takes in to consideration exactly what your needs are… young or older. She works tirelessly to ensure you have the right information about nutrition and workouts that are so helpful even when you are not Training with her every day! Jamie is encouraging even when you don’t think you can do more! I highly recommend Jamie to anyone seeking a personal trainer whether you are 20 or 70 and anywhere in between. I think her best attribute is she truly cares! Thank you Jamie for helping me to get back on track to a healthier/stronger me!

I go to Four Star Fitness and train with Jamie once a week plus go workout 2 other times a week. I have been with Jamie for about 2 months and have gone from 167 down to 155. Also get lots of compliments on how people can tell that I've lost weight and that I'm working out. Jamie is a great motivator and also a great listener. I would recommend her hands down.

Highly recommend Jamie as a personal trainer! She knows exactly what she’s doing. Knows what weight is right for you and knows when and how to push you. Knows what workouts to superset with each other to target specific muscle groups. Also very helpful with nutritional facts and provides information on what to eat to help grow muscle. And to top that, she’s the kindest and most loving person. Not only interested in your physical health but keeps up with you personally. Accommodates me into her schedule easily and quick to respond. She helps me feel more confident at the gym. I’m very thankful for her!

Jamie is not only a knowledgeable and professional trainer, she is also friendly and easy to talk to - which is particularly important to me. She is doing an incredible job of helping me overcome my “gym anxiety” so that I feel comfortable in the gym, even on the days we don’t train together. For me, that’s huge!
But maybe the best evidence of her being the right choice is the sore muscles after each session. Feels great! 💪

Jamie will make you work, but the hour honestly flies by. She will take into account what you know about your body. If you need to slow down, she will. If you feel like you could lift heavier or need to go lighter she will. She always answers my questions and is so much fun to work with. 10/10 would recommend.
