I recently joined CrossFit Fiend a CrossFit gym in OKC and I have to say that I am blown away by the quality of the facility, coaches, and programming. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable coaches who took the time to get to know me and my fitness goals. They provided personalized recommendations on how to scale and modify the workouts to fit my skill level and ensured that I was performing the movements safely and with correct form. The programming at Fiend is top-notch and is designed to challenge and improve the fitness levels of all members, regardless of their experience. Each workout is varied and incorporates a range of functional movements, such as lifting, jumping, running, and rowing, to help build strength, endurance, and overall fitness. The coaches are always there to offer modifications and encouragement, which makes each workout challenging yet achievable. What I appreciate the most about CF Fiend is the supportive and inclusive community. The members are friendly and welcoming, and everyone is there to push and motivate each other to achieve their fitness goals. The gym regularly hosts social events and community-building activities, which makes it easy to connect with other members outside of the gym. The facility itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of equipment and amenities to accommodate any type of workout. There are multiple platforms for lifting, a large turf area for conditioning workouts, and an assortment of functional training equipment. Overall, I can confidently say that CrossFit Fiend is one of the best CrossFit gyms out there. With knowledgeable coaches, varied programming, and a supportive community, it's the perfect place for anyone looking to improve their fitness, meet new people, and have fun while doing it.

After trying a few Crossfit gyms in the area, Crossfit Fiend was the better choice! The programming is challenging but can be scaled and adapted to all levels of fitness. The community is second to none. Not only did I find a solid gym, I found a group of friends who are like family.

I never thought I would like crossfit. Here I am at 47 Years old getting fit, being a runner wasn't cutting it. The owners and gym members are the best here. It's a great community and the coaches are great and are there to help you reach your goals.

It’s an amazing place to workout and grow. The community is amazing and so are the coaches that have worked really hard to create a safe zone. You have personalities of all sorts and careers coming together to work on a better version of themselves through fitness.

This is a wonderful place to do CrossFit. The coaches modify moves for me because of my age and physical limitations. The class coaches/members/community are always friendly and supportive. I have lost weight and am much strong than when I started.

Being a part of the Crossfit Fiend community has been incredibly life changing. I love the workouts, the staff, and especially the people. Doesn't feel intimidating or overly saturated the "gym-going-types." The class schedules are flexible and not every class is the same. You get a ridiculous workout in an hour that flies by.

ive been to many gyms, had no idea how use to the equipments beside the cardio machines, or i didnt have a plan nor a goal. At Crossfit Fiend we get the hands on experience with the our Amazing Coaches with all the above. Never in my right mind i thought that fitness with friends could be so much fun. i love the vibe, encouragement, constructive criticism that allows me to grow on a daily basis. Most important the love, the support , and the accountability from this community, uncomparable to any other. m ive been a member for the a 5 yrs plus and hell im not goin anywhere!!! its the Greatest investment ive made so far and so thankful♥️. i highly recommend this awesome 🤩 place your wont regret it💙

I was reluctant and honestly intimidated to join CrossFit at first. I was out of shape, I hadn’t worked out consistently in over 7 years and I had a baby 10 weeks prior to joining. I had always joined gyms that used machine weights so free weights was a completely new concept that I had to learn. The coaches are super patient and worked with me to ensure I correctly performed each exercise or scaled back when necessary. I soon realized that CrossFit was meant for everyone, regardless of what shape you are currently in. I have gained strength, confidence and an outlet to focus on myself. The gym is welcoming, encouraging and I look forward to going each day.

When I first moved to OKC I tried out a few different crossfit gyms before going with Crossfit fiend. There are many reasons why I chose this gym but the main two are the coaches and the community. The coaches pride themselves on making each member the best version of themselves, from showing you proper technique, pushing you during workouts and even diet tips if you need. The community is great, the people there are welcoming and before you know it you have many new friends. If you are on the fence about trying crossfit, this is the gym to try it at.

Stop questioning it and just do it. There’s honestly not enough words to accurately describe how life changing this place truly is. Try it for free even, and just see for yourself. I too was also very hesitant and curious of what CrossFit was about. It’s more than just grueling workouts, and ridiculously ripped athletes, (don’t get me wrong they do exist, but they’re not the majority) it’s the community and structure that it brings together. Worried about time management going to the gym, join. Don’t know what to workout that day, join. I could go on and on about the pros and reasons to join. The only con is, the time you’re wasting the longer you don’t try it out. Again I can’t reiterate enough about the community and family you meet and get to workout with side by side each WOD. And I know I’m going to get roasted for it by the nooners but, I met my best-friend and love of my life here and couldn’t be more thankful for that opportunity. Give it a try, 100% won’t regret it!

What a wonderful box! Great coaches, atmosphere, community with the added bonus of having 24hr full access to the box as well as the gym. And they have childcare with amazing staff that really have a good time with the kids.
