This gym is like family! Overall an excellent, locally-owned facility with staff that are available and sincerely care about your goals. The childcare is outstanding as well- my boys run straight in! They adore their teachers and the area. I recently got there before childcare opened, and the owner personally went and opened the room and watched my boys so I could start my workout. You don’t get that kind of care at chain gym! Thank you for the great facility and for being in our community.

I go to Silver Sneakers several times a week, whenever I don't have a conflicting obligation. Instructors are awesome. Obvious lots of attention to maintaining a safe, clean, healthy environment. Great staff all around.

I’ve been coming to Biffs almost daily for about about 4 months and I love it! I joined because of the highly recommended childcare and they were right about it! The women who work here are fantastic and do treat my son like their own. They remembered his name after just one day of going and now all the ladies know his name. That means a lot to me as I’m a FTM and don’t allow just anyone to watch him. The equipment is clean and there are plenty of machines so you rarely have to wait. Everyone is super friendly and it does feel like a home. I don’t have to work out in fear of judgement and I feel comfortable and confident just being myself at Biffs!

This is a great gym and they seem to continuously offer new services. Jamie and Melissa (the owners) always treated me kindly and smile, even when I have RBF. Some of the machines are interesting and great for changing up any mundane workouts you may be stuck in. The staff is also top notch and freaking bada##es in the gym. If I ever need a personal trainer, I'm definitely going to Lisa. Overall, Biff's Fitness really is a one-stop-shop for all of your needs without the impersonal feeling of a chain gym.

I can only rate on my son's crossfit class and experience in setting everything up! However 5 stars for amazing support for my 13 year old and his fitness journey by not just one but both coaches and everyone he has been in contact with! He said it's a very anti-bully atmosphere and he feels comfortable giving it his all in class! He's very shy so this says a lot! He also says his coaches push him, but not so much it's discouraging! The owner was also 100% helpful in setting up what was best for us and not just upsaling memberships we wotn use!!!! Love this and if I ever personally bite the bullet and join a gym it's 100% going to be this one!

Great gym, great equipment, cool employees. But terrible system management and customer service. They seem to not answer emails or calls. As for the system management, I shouldn’t have 3 different accounts, I had numerous issues with it. When I drove 50 minutes to come cancel, I was still charged a annual fee later on another account they had made for me, not sure why. I called and emailed….no response. I had to drive 50 minutes again to get the annual fee refunded, and they didn’t even refund the right amount:/ 4.5 star gym, better than golds and planet fitness, but 2 star service. I’m not the only one who’s had issues either unfortunately.

Amazing gym. The best I've been to! They have a great variety of weights and machines, good cardio room, 4 weight rack(2 of which have great deadlift platforms and lots of workout classes. The place is very clean and staff are all friendly. Most people I've seen wipe down their equipment and there are cleaning stations in convenient locations. The 24/7 availability is a bonus too for those one the night shift. 12/10!

I love this gym! The employees rock! I can always count on and trust the ladies in the daycare, they are the nicest. The owner is very personable and will sit and talk with you if you get a chance. I also go to Biff's CrossFit and it is especially awesome. I highly recommend it. The trainers are outstanding and the people that go there are the best group of people you could hope to work out with. This skinny dude(me) has gained 7lbs of muscle in just 1 month of training with them.

Definitely not a chain gym. It's nice because there's all sorts of types of lifters and gym goers, from novice to hard core. Everyone just seems to do their own thing. I got told at my last gym that I couldn't use chalk but it's all good here. They have all the equipment you can think of. -Raymond McNitt

Nice people there. Many different machines and lots of options. I learned the same exercise on two different machines gives different results and different weight os used. Some of the machines are really confusing as to what they do. To help convenience, Biffs could have dedicated disinfectant stations closer to the middle of the big area, rather than sprey bottles hung on trash cans on the perimeter.

I started going to Biff's a year and a half ago, and I love it! The gym is very spacious and clean. The equipment is up to date and user friendly. All the cardio equipment have their own small television on the machine, which is always nice to watch instead of the time! There are all types of classes offered at many different times. One of my favorite things is that it's open 24 hours, even on holidays. It gives me the option to work out before work when no other normal hour gyms that I know of are open. And lastly, the staff is GREAT... very approachable and friendly. I would definitely recommend Biff's to anyone of all ages!

Biff's is truly a high-quality gym. Locally owned by a fabulous family who genuinely cares about the overall health of its members. The staff is very helpful and encouraging. I love the community family-friendly atmosphere where everyone is cheering each other on to success. - Very Clean - all hours of day - Great selection/variety of equipment and fitness classes - Challenging fitness classes with upbeat instructors that cater to every fitness level - Great daycare that you can pay for IF you want it - Personal Trainers are fantastic and build a plan for your personal goals and based on your body type to get best results. Hold you accountable! - Fun events and contests I have lost 45lbs since joining Biff's 10 months ago. I have made a lifestyle change around my diet and fitness regime and I largely attribute the staff at Biff's for the ongoing encouragement to reach my goals at my pace. It feels great to be in shape again!

I have been going to Biffs for almost a year now and I LOVE it there. I love all of the staff and they know who I am by face and name. I have lost 50 pounds with the encouragement and help from everyone there. I have always hated going to the gym,but this one is so supportive. I love the ladies in the childcare. My daughter loves to be in there and she get happy when she see them. I highly recommend going to Biffs! It is my second home!!

This locally-owned gym has good equipment, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. Plenty of cardio equipment for the gym's capacity. The weight area is a bit crowded at times, but that's how many gyms are. I'm a bit of a gym rat, but never found myself or anyone else judged. I believe that this is a good location for a gym-goer of any intensity, as everyone here is friendly, or keeping to themselves. I left this gym only because I moved away, and I must say that I miss it.

I've been a member of Biff's since they opened. Jamie and the rest of the crew have always treated me (and everyone I drag in with me to work out) like part of their family. Clean facility, well maintained and always growing and improving. I have been to other gyms with friends only to bring them back to my home at Biff's. Keep doing what you're doing, guys!

Thank you biffs for fixing these issues I really appreciate it!!! This gym is amazing for how they listen to issues and resolve them in a timely manner. There are a few things that could make this place better but with the lack of room it is fine that those amenities aren't available I still recommend this gym to all my friends!

So guys, I went for a tour of your facility after we moved into our new home mid decemeber. I knew what i was looking for as we have been at our last hym for about a year. Spoke with a lady for a good 20 mins about my family, our gym and class needs, babysitting, etc. We discussed price structure, I even received fliers. So my husband and I finally get unpacked-ish and head our sore flabby bodies to the gym only to find out EVERYTHING has changed. Price, commitment requirements, classes included, and my husband even has to get his OWN account. What?!?! I had fallen in love with biff's during my tour in decemeber. Why the lady wouldn't say "oh, by the way, all this won't be true in a couple of days" is beyond me. I gotta go somewhere else now. It was a huge bonus they included nurses in their first responder discounts and they have a nice facility which why I have given them 3 stars instead of 1, which is what I rate the customer service.

The people are super friendly, the facility is awesome a one of a kind, but it's one of the most expensive places I've previewed. If our timing line up on classes it might be ok but I can google routines and find a cheaper price.
