The classes are tough but fun. The 6 week program is an amazing deal and totally worth it. I really apperceive that at the end of the day - it's really you pushing yourself. You pick your weights and the coaches help push you to do your best. I really like the HIIT styles classes and the available of classes times.

The trainers are great; they encourage you and don't bully you. The classes are challenging but fun and the 45 minutes flies by. I have bad knees and they model all the modifications. It's like working out with a group of friends with one bossy one that keeps telling you what to do but in a good way. I'm only four classes in and i can already feel and see a difference.

I absolutely love this gym! The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable. You get a solid workout in without having to come up with your own exercises or worrying about balancing your muscle areas, and trainers are always willing to modify exercises if needed for a client based on their needs. Best gym I’ve been to! All the trainers are excellent and you can go at your own pace. I needed a gym where someone guided me through the exercises and showed me how to do them properly. I've never been a huge fan of group classes but NJ Fitness Factory has changed all of that. I attend the group classes 3-5 times a week, and I feel great. The staff is friendly and always welcoming. I usually work out with Cedric in the morning and he is an absolute pro. The workouts are always inventive and challenging and I always leave feeling like I started my day on a positive note. I've taken classes with other instructors as well and they are also great at what they do. The people who workout are there to work hard and are always quick to encourage each other. The facility itself is clean, and all the equipment is new. The classes are usually around 5 people but at times it can be as few as 2 or as many as 10. I would highly recommend NJFF

I joined NJ Fitness going on 5 months now never a dull moment...If you want results this is the place you want to be...from cross fit to cross training/circuit training you decide what type of workout you prefer. I'm very pleased that there are different instructors who cater to which type of workout you desire. The instructors are motivating and very enthusiastic on the type of workout they have planned for the day. It's not an easy workout and sometimes a bit challenging but at the end of the workout I feel accomplished and stronger everyday.💪

I cannot express how happy I am that I made the decision to join NJ Fitness Factory. Initially, I prepaid for a package from a website and scheduled an appointment to learn about the program. I met with Marc who really took the time to explain the fitness program and answered all of my questions. As I was walking to my car, I thought the program wasn't right for me and that I'd ask for my money back. Fortunately, I decided that I would at least give it a try since it was already paid for and I instantly became addicted. It has become part of my daily routine and I attend classes at least 5 days a week. The trainers are motivating, supportive and make the workouts exciting and challenging. With the encouragement from great trainers like Jeff and Angie,, I am physically doing things that I never imagined myself doing. The physical benefits have been amazing, I am stronger, toner and more confident than I've ever been. In 3 months, I have lost 12 lbs and lots of inches. I am very excited to have reached my goal to be down 2 pant sizes!! At NJFF, you are treated like family and not like a number on a membership tag. I'm committed to a really great fitness program.

I enjoy high intense workouts and NJ Fitness has provided that to me for the past 18 months. Even though, each class is group class (no more than 15 ppl), the trainers leave it in your hands to decide which weight to use or how intense you want to workout. Regardless of that freedom, they will push you everyday, which I like. Everyday the workouts are different, which keeps your mind and body uncertain on how the trainers will schedule that workout. Dave and the trainers make you feel like your part of the family, but are tough to make sure you get the best out of you.

I hated exercise. I was the type of person who would go to a traditional gym, run on a treadmill and not know what else to do. For the longest time, I searched and searched for a gym with a guided group class that was effective, clean and affordable. I am so happy to have found NJ Fitness Factory. It is perfect for people of ALL fitness levels. The owner Dave and the trainers are all very friendly and motivating. My very first free trial class one year ago was led by Angie. I am so glad it was her because it was so great that I signed up the next day. S/o to Youthser too, whose classes are A+.

I decided to try the six-week body transformation challenge after hearing some good things from a friend. This New Year started for me like is does for many, I had all the best intentions of eating healthy and getting in shape. Almost every year in the past starts with a few weeks of eating healthy and working out. Then a few more weeks go by and fatigue and stagnancy kick in and oh yeah this thing called life creeps up on you. All of a sudden a year goes by and your left wondering were it all went. I can gladly say that I have managed to break this cycle thanks to the help and guidance of NJ Fitness factory. It all started with the first orientation. You learn so much in the orientation, you learn what you haven’t been doing right in the past but more importantly you learn how to make permanent changes not temporary fixes. Loosing weight isn’t a quick and easy thing. It takes hard work, dedication, and a real mental commitment. I have gained some greats tools for success from Mark and Russ (who are extremely knowledgeable, and always there for you). I was really able to assess my diet and make a healthier life change, not just a crash diet quick fix. The classes are taught by some truly amazing trainers. They are extremely knowledgeable of their craft, and are always there for you before during and after the classes. The classes are very engaging and the trainers show you how to do the workouts no matter if you are a beginner, intermediate, or a pro. In the short time that I have been going to NJ Fitness factory I have noticed a transformation in my body, and my abilities in the classes have increased as well. At this point I am down 25 lbs in just 7 weeks and still progressing. I love the progress that I have made thus far. I am excited to continue this journey, with the changes that I’ve made to my diet and exercise, and with the help from the great people at NJ Fitness factory I have no doubt that I will be able to reach my goal.

I started with a goal in mind and this place has definitely exceeded my expectations. They are really big on technique and making sure you're doing everything right so you don't have any injuries later on. They reassure you that once you get the proper technique of the work out down the amount of reps you can do and weights you can lift will follow. The workouts don't get easier and they will challenge you each and every week however, you do get better. My first 6 weeks were phenomenal. Make sure to take before and after pictures.

Great gym! You get variety with the different instructors and are never bored with the same workout as they change it up every class. Everyone is extremely friendly - this is not a meathead type of gym (no offense to the bodybuilders). They modify the exercises if you are a beginner or advanced so the workouts are tailored to everyone's needs. If you aren't sure then sign up for one of the specials they run to test it out. No commitment or pressure to sign up afterwards. Nothing to lose - except maybe some weight :-)

I started working out at NJ Fitness Factory on a Groupon. I loved it so much I signed up for their 30-day Transformation Program. I loved that so much I signed up for another 6 months. The group classes are great and never get boring, they always mix it up. The atmosphere is just what I need to stay motivated and the weekly nutrition classes really help me stay on track with my healthy eating. I'm already showing results!!! Kathlene is always so friendly when I walk through the door for class. My trainer Nick always keeps up the intensity, is so motivating, and comes up with great workouts. Ashton and Angie (a few of the other trainers i've worked with) are awesome too!! Everyone knows everyone by name and the environment is open and you are free to work at your own pace. No judgement. I began with the NJ Fitness Factory in Bloomfield after seeing an ad for it come across my Facebook newsfeed because one of my friends "liked" it. About six months prior, I had terminated my membership at a big box gym - basically because after the first month of my 12 month membership I lost interest in going. I knew I needed to go back to the gym, so I called my friend and inquired about the 6 week fitness program and decided to join. Within a week, I began classes and honestly, I didn't make it through the first one. I am so happy that decided to come back for day #2 because after the 6 weeks, I felt better and strong than I had in a really long time. I actually enjoy going to the group classes because everyone is supportive and welcoming, the trainers are fun and its a great way to start the day. I recently started with a personal trainer and now am committed to 5 days a week of solid work outs (trust me, that is so unlike me!) The best part is I am seeing results, my clothes fit better and I have so much more energy. I recommend New Jersey Fitness Factory and urge that you go and try a class to see if it works for you!

I've been with NJFF for since January. Long story short, I've lost a total of 100+ lbs with their supportive trainers and accountability program. Russ and Marc provided useful dieting info and meal plans to get us motivated. The workouts are flexible to meet one's needs. I started out slow and made my way up. Group workouts are the best and everyone is real supportive in getting you to where you need to be. A few members recently took part in their new 8-week program, the Game Changer. Where they closely monitored our Macro daily intake and activity levels, as well as provide us with a Facebook page where we can post questions about dieting and suggestions to our meal plans. Lost 30+ lbs equal to the total lost up until now. I dedicated myself to making the lifestyle change with them and it has paid off. It's worth the personal investment. They helped me reach the goals I wanted to achieve, even before the 1-year mark. Can't thank them enough for all they have done for me. It's worth it!

Challenging work out. Newbies need to get there early or offer the waiver online. Established clients dominate instructors attention. But he was attentive and made sure I had a mat and made sure that I had the correct body posture. You work at you own pace. If you can't do it all just keep pushing.

I've been with NJ fitness factory for just over a year now. At times I've been fully committed and at other times I have admittedly fallen off the wagon, but I keep coming back because their owners and trainers are amazing. This isn't just a gym, but a community of people of all ages, shapes and sizes coming together to reach a common goal of health and fitness. They push and encourage you to maintain a healthy lifestyle, not just be a gym rat or a fanatic. Since I've started I have lost about 38 pds and went from being a full blown type 2 diabetic to borderline pre-diabetic. My goal when I started at NJ fitness factory was to lose 75 pounds and thanks to their support, guidance and consistent encouragement, including most recently their game changer program, I am now half way there and going strong. I am not athletic, I didn't start in shape, in fact I was in the worst shape of my life. I couldn't even jog for 30 seconds without feeling winded. Don't think you can't do it! If you want to see a change in your life, I would consider a place like NJ fitness factory, Its changed mine!!

They don't want you to hurt yourself, they want you to succeed in your goals. They are friendly and support of and if you are an experienced athlete they push you to your limits.

I started this program in Bloomfield on Feb. 16 at 198 lbs. It is March 23 and I weigh 181. The food program they suggested worked for me, and they suggested I go to their workouts at least 3x a week. I went every day (@ 530am). May not be the same exact results for you, but if you listen to them, it will work. (This is not a paid endorsement, nor did NJFF ask me to do this, I just wanted to share what worked for me). FYI, 2-3 weeks, before I started this program I was 208 lbs., so 27 lbs so far!

I went through the 6 week body transformation class and it was awesome. From the front desk staff to the trainers everyone was so helpful. I learned about nutrition and the work out is the truth. I will never look at working out the same again.
