What an amazing experience! GarifunaRobics provides the vibrant and beautiful rhythms of punta while incorporating high intensity cardio. It is built for all fitness levels so don’t shy away from a fun workout! Live instrumentation is also a fun component of this class and Mr. Arnol is a wonderful instructor with so much positive energy. Highly recommended.

I had such a good time! Dancing punta and learning the fundamentals of Punta, and to see everyone having fun. For sure it is a work out, take some water! 100% would recommend!

This was my first time in Garifunarobics and I tell you Being Garifuna ana dancing punta all my life, I’ve never sweat this much in my life, I kid you not. I’ve never been sore beside playing sports before but from something like this man!!!! I honestly and truly had fun and enjoyed the work out. It was truly and great experience and well worth it. I swear to God, there are many woman looking for that outlet to shed weight and gain muscle and tone. Ladies this class will do it. If only Garifunarobics was located in Los Angeles, I kid you not you’ll loose more weight in a matter of weeks than a month. Doing this class 3 days a week will you summer and life ready. If I if a picture of how I look after, you’ll will see why I’m hyping this up. Listen folks ladies and gentlemen go to this next session and you’ll see for yourself what I mean

Hands down my favorite fitness class. High energy and so much fun. The instructor also gives you tidbits about Garifuna history, music, and culture. Truly an awesome workout from beginning to end.

I am on my 5th class and it has been an addiction of mine. Arnold is professional, a great motivator, fun, explains the steps well and assures you have fun overall. The cardio is intense and you don't even notice it because the music guides you to just move. I recommend this class 10000%

Arnol is an explosion of energy. We were educated on the origin of the Gaurifuna people and ways punta is danced. . His music selection kept me singing and dancing. What an exercise class !! You will not be disappointed.
