Ron is knowledgable, professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Love that he brings a TRX, weights, bands and can even do boxing. While working in the area, Ron helped me to stay healthy and get fit. My body is feeling great and I look forward to each of our sessions. Ron is truly amazing! As a single mom working full time life can get a little hectic and finding time to go to the gym or even to find a gym with child care hours that actually work with a healthcare workers schedule is pretty much impossible! But with Ron I am able to get an amazing workout in in the comfort and connivence of my home! Every now and then my child even joins in to box with us! I have seen great improvement in myself, my posture and my strength and I can’t wait to continue my journey with him as my trainer!

I've been training with Ron for about a year. I am 53-years-old, and had absolutely no experience with working out when I started. I was nervous and self conscious, but Ron, with his easy going personality and great sense of humor, made me feel comfortable right away. I've had a few physical issues over the year, including back and knee problems, and Ron has helped tremendously with his knowledge and expertise. He has been flexible when I've needed to change my scheduled sessions, and has expertly adjusted my training based upon my health at different times. I feel so much healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and am a lot stronger than I was when I started. Making it through that first session was the hard part, but I'm so glad I stuck with it! He is a topnotch trainer and understands how to train me intensely, while avoiding aggravation of pre-existing injuries that I have incurred when I was a young athlete.
