Rachel is a wonderful personal trainer who cares deeply about your personal goals. She works with you to decide reasonable expectations as well as reach goals to help motivate you to keep going and see the small victories. Rachel is able to curate the routine based on your experience as well as how your body is feeling that day especially if it may be aching in other areas. She’s always available for questions which is helpful because some times you may forget how to perform an exercise or what type of equipment to purchase. She’s on time and is very professional.

I met Rachel in April 2019, at the age of 52. I am a longtime cyclist and had developed an injury called IT band syndrome which was causing a lot of hip and leg pain resulting in a limp when I walked. I had just gotten married and had my honeymoon planned for July. I wanted to make sure that I would be able to enjoy my trip and do physical activities while away. I started working with Rachel who made sure to take it slowly understanding my physical limitations at the time. We worked together to get my hip stronger and my leg started feeling better and better. I truly believe that her expertise, knowledge of the human anatomy and compassion enabled me to not only travel literally all over Ireland walking a lot but to also ENJOY an advanced, strenuous 5-mile clifftop hike along the coastline of Northern Ireland called the Giant's Causeway. Rachel has the ability to work with all different kinds of people at different levels with with very specific goals and needs.

Rachel is an amazing trainer! She is very professional and personable! She truly cares and takes the time to explain how to do exercises properly and makes sure the form is perfect so that no injuries occur. This is my first time working with a trainer in over 10yrs. During Rachel and I’s first consultation I explained to her my goals along with some of my concerns, and she has remained aware throughout our process thus far. Each work out she checks in to ensure we’re working the correct muscles and not causing strain. On my hard days she is patient and motivating consistently. Also, she finds a way to have the tough conversations about accountability, consistency, etc. without being rude or harsh. It’s nice having someone be kind but realistic as well. Super grateful for all she’s done with me, and it’s only UP from here!

Started working with Rachel on recommendation from a friend. I had worked with a trainer previously but we ended up moving so that was no longer an option. Rachel was great at assessing my level after a 2 year hiatus, and working on exercise plans to help me achieve my goals. I'm already seeing changes and results in my body and capabilities with a relatively short amount of time (and all we changed for me food wise was adding more protein). I'm relatively lazy overall, still trying to motivate myself to get up and workout in between sessions. But the differences I'm already seeing are helping encourage me to get up and moving more in between sessions. I highly recommend Pixie fit and plan on continuing working with her for the foreseeable future.

Rachel is simply the best. She is knowledgeable, professional and an expert in her field. Ive only been training for a couple weeks and can already feel the difference. Rachel is an excellent trainer that I have been with for about 2 months now and I honestly can’t express enough with how happy I am. Coming in I was a bit scared because I just finished my PT sessions for slight uterus prolapses and I knew there were many weak links in my body. I was looking for someone who understood it and can work to improve it. She is THE ONE!! Hands down she is the best trainer I had! She is professional in carrying out the session through zoom.
