Not bad. Fairly clean locker rooms, variety of equipment. The premium membership is good. Like having access to the hydromachines. Location isn't bad. Not my favorite area but still good. My only complaint is that there isn't a scale for people to use. I get that they want to be inclusive but some of us want to see numbers. But it's $10-24 a month. Not bad for a decent gym.

I just joined this gym and I really enjoy it so far. The staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable after years of not going to the gym. The only thing that I’m not so keen on is the safety of the location. I was walking out to my car at about 8:45 the other night when a group of three people asked me for money which I declined. Then I got in my car, started it, looked up, and they were surrounding my car yelling at me through the closed windows. Luckily I sped off and nothing happened but as a young woman, this really scared me. I will most likely only visit this location during daylight hours from now on. I understand why this location isn’t open 24 hours.

Wish they would get a better benching seats. You can’t do incline with the one here; too slippery and uncomfortable to use. Everything else is clean and new.

Clean , usually not a heavy crowd most day . They also offer personal training . They have a black card spa where they have hydro massage tables and also massage chairs . They also have tanning booths available . It's a pretty chill spot .

This place is great for beginners to anyone needing a hard workout. Machines are clean, staff is friendly, and people keep to themselves. It can get busy on weekend days but I usually go at 5:30am and it’s pretty light with plenty of space. The price is right. I hope they can go back to 24hrs some day.

Super friendly staff, bright interior, plenty of parking and they stay on top of sanitizing the equipment. The equipment is not as modern as other Planet Fitness locations, but is in good repair.

New facility, but older equipment that is pretty cramped in the space. It was a 50-50 shot whether someone wiped down their equipment when they finished. Would recommend checking out another PF in the area before this one.

Ann is really awesome! Every morning I come in to workout she’s got a positive attitude greets me and gives a thumbs up on my way out the door. What prompted me to write this review was today I came in to work out around 5am per usual but I was getting ready to turn around because I was so tired. Ann recommended one of the Celsius Energy drinks, I purchased it and it worked greatly! But most importantly she played a huge role in keeping me motivated to complete my routine workout. Thanks Ann for unknowingly helping me remain consistent.

This is a good place for a workout. But my biggest problem is, that there are thefts of people breaking into lockers and stealing peoples belongings. I had my locker broken into today, after a workout. Good thing they only stole 7 dollars out of my wallet. But it’s still a big problem.

What in the world are those "elipticals?" They aren't normal and they definitely aren't good to use. Just make your feet/ankle/calf bones hurt. I genuinely hate the ones at this location. Unusable.

Whenever I come in, Fredric the employee always has a smile, words of encouragement, and kindness for everyone. He always makes sure everything goes well, cleaning and restocking items at the gym. And when leaving he makes sure you’re acknowledged by waving. Planet Fitness is a great place because of him. A gym is a place a lot of people hate going to and Fredric makes it easier to come in. A lot of my friends speak highly of him and wanted everyone to check out this gym location and make sure you have the best gym experience with Fredric.

This gym is an amazing place. Freddie was extremely welcoming and gave off the vibe that he was willing to help with any question we had. The tanning beds are clean and the little jams they play in there are ok. I see there are reviews about about this place being for amateurs ect. I disagree. There is something there for everyone and also bench cages to get what you need. I will continue to go here and the best thing is it's affordable. Thanks for welcoming me to the family. #teambigman!

Has all the equipment for all parts of the body. The team here is helpful. It would be nice if they paid all of their workers more. Their pay sits heavy on the conscious. We get cheap access at the price of their paycheck.

Friendly staff, always clean, lots of equipment so it’s easy to social distance while working out. Only down side is they’re the only Planet Fitness that’s not open 24 hours. That’s the only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

This gym is the best i have seen so far. A lot of new amenities for Black Card holders. The DOWN SIDE, This place is over-equipped, too many machines and narrow spaces to move around. Other than that. I highly recommended.

Decent place. Lots of machines, and very friendly/professional staff. The big issue is the machines stay broken. The leg press, the ab crunch, leg extender, etc. One is literally only missing a 70 cent nut from a hardware store, but it's still down. I've been going there for 4 weeks. Also, beware the showers. If some washes their hands and diverts cold water, your shower becomes a deep fryer. Nothing they can do about that one, but thought I should warn people. It can scald

Great location, staff is very friendly, and opening day was worth the wait. Looking forward to many more workouts here. Fair warning to other visitors, the parking lot for the gym is shared with many other stores, and the lot is awful. If you park a bit further away, where it’s more open, you’ll be glad for it.

I CAN DO ALL MY OVERNIGHT TRAINING HERE!!!! ITS EXTREMELY CONVENIENT! THE STAFF HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON LAKE STREET ESPECIALLY FOR BEING A OVERNIGHT STAFF. OUT OF ALL THE BUSINESS THAT’S ON LAKE STREET I GOTTA SAY THIS PLANET FITNESS IS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL BUSINESSES SO FAR. I MOST DEFINITELY FEEL SAFE HERE DURING THE MIDNIGHT HOURS. Friendly staff. Clean gym. But the smith machines are backwards. Overall I’m very happy with this PF however, all smith machines were installed backwards meaning members should NOT face the mirror when performing exercises. This is a major concern especially for beginners who I’ve seen use the equipment incorrectly. If not used correctly, this can cause injury over time. I spoke to an employee who said that the manager was aware but nothing has been done to fix the issue. Can this be fixed ASAP? For the safety and comfortability of your customers, please?

This location is amazing. My wife, Bestie and I recently got our membership. We usually workout late nights and it's amazing. Always clean and our favorite overnight guys Parker, Larry, and Anthony are always there. Never disappointed when we go in it's like family there. Workout have a short or long conversation and then off we go. We couldn't have chosen a better location. Keep up the good Work.

Decent gym, but the trainers are funny. If you are a woman PF trainers are the worst trainers in the world. Instead of training you by emphasizing your lower body they will train your like a dude. Shoulder shrugs, traps, lats, biceps, triceps really guys?

Great gym! Lots of machines, and SUPER CLEAN! They have sanitizing stations all over the place, as well as staff who go around and clean the machines all the time. I previously was a member of Lifetime Fitness and I stopped going because they had no sanitizing stations and I never saw anyone clean the machines. Im so glad i switched to PF, not only do they excell at those things but they also have a great space, new machines and weights, trx, tanning, and hydromassage (highly recommend!!). Plus all these great things come at 1/4 of the price i was paying at lifetime. Highly recommend!

I wish there was someone to show me how to use the machines - I know there’s videos but I’m old school - I want to be shown by a real person Customer service is not at the highest level. Some folks at the aren’t wearing their masks correctly, sometimes people are playing with a soccer ball in the entrance, sometimes you feel like an inconvenience when you check in & sometimes you get great customer service. Tata is very professional & does a great job

Maybe it took awhile longer than planned, but the world is under a pandemic and the Governor ordered all clubs closed and then, of course, the 4 not too bright cops had to let a man die in custody which created another local uprise and rioting. And it's located right by Target, police station, Arby's, AutoZone, Cub, and all the other buildings that got looted and burned down. Jesus it's to be expected that there would be delays and confusion throughout these situations. I You guys had no idea that these things would be happening.
