I’d never worked with a personal trainer before, but in March this year (at 59 years old, with an unusual heart defect and definitely out of shape) I started training with Aaron, to prepare for a “once in a lifetime” dream trip: to trek up East Africa's Mount Kilimanjaro (in July). Aaron focused my training on exactly what I needed in particular, working very efficiently with the number of sessions I could afford. He is an excellent teacher – explaining each step, why we are doing it, and motivating me every time. Not only did I successfully summit “Kili” 2 weeks ago (19,341 feet), but I’ve never in my life felt stronger! I couldn’t have done it without Aaron and 3Click fitness. Thank you, Aaron!!

I have worked with several personal trainers throughout various periods in my life. Working with Ryan Williams at 3CLICK has been the best experience with a trainer I've had. I have been working with him for over a year and I'm extremely pleased with the results. Ryan takes the time to set-up personal workouts designed specifically for the goals I want to achieve, and takes great care that the workouts are easy enough for me to do on my own in-between our sessions. Honestly, I have paid much more money in the past for personal training that I either didn't connect with or didn't see the value in what I was paying. The packages at 3CLICK are affordable and the personal attention and professionalism has surpassed my expectations. Highly recommend.

I have worked with both Fran and Ryan, and have nothing but great things to say about them both! Fran was great at challenging me in new ways with each of our sessions, always changing up the workouts to keep them fun and exciting. Aaron is great and are is able to provide specifically tailored individual workouts at my gym. The schedule is very flexible, and the organization for the workouts is really helpful; I can track my progress based on their worksheets and can access videos of the exercises if I need a reminder of the technique. Amy teaches functional techniques that are different than any other workouts I have done in the past. Highly recommended!

Well I must confess that I am not the most motivated client in a fitness center but nonetheless, 3CLICK staff have been fantastic. Far surpassing all of my expectations. Because there are so many staff, I am able to flip flop my schedule around as needed and always have someone available to train me. And with the iPad's in tow - all staff have immediate access to my training history, goals and what not. The staff also represent a broad range of specialties so I am able to focus on different types of training for different issues. Nice! My recommendation - Yes, give the 3CLICK team a try!

Ryan W from 3Click was recommended by a friend at Snap Fitness. We started working together in June 2018. I had weekly sessions for a couple of months, then bi-weekly, now monthly. I go to the gym 5-6 days a week and use my sessions with Ryan to measure progress, update my goals, and get a new workout plan.
Ryan’s great. The workout plans are well-tailored to my goals and fitness level and the variety keeps the workouts interesting. He’s a good motivator, very relatable and down-to-earth.
I’ve been really happy with my accomplishments. I dropped about 15 lbs and have kept it off. I’m stronger and more flexible. I used to have some chronic knee and lower back issues, but those have improved a ton. And I feel better. My office job is pretty bad for my physical health. The gym helps balance that out.
Ar first glance, the sessions aren’t cheap. But when I think of the time Ryan puts in before every visit to review my progress and prepare a new workout plus the hour we’re at the gym - and the fact that he travels to meet at a time and place that’s best for me - the rate’s actually really good.
So yeah- Easy service to use, price is fair, Ryan in particular is great, and I’m in better shape now that before I partnered with 3 Click. 5-stars!

Trainers Aaron and Andy have motivated me to stay fit by helping me to set and work towards short term measurable goals. 2. It's flexible to meet my schedule and location. 3. The trainers are experienced and skilled and pay attention to form. 4. At the end of each session, I receive a summary of my workout along with homework to work on during the week.5. Even when there are a lot of people and distractions in the gym, the trainers stay focused on my workout. And finally, 6. I’ve enjoyed working together with both Ryan and Phil in a group fitness capacity at SNAP Fitness Boot Camp. I was afraid to sign up at first...wasn’t sure I could handle the work as I have never really pushed myself to significantly improve my fitness level. As I reached my 50s I started realizing that my leg and core strength was weakening and I generally felt out of shape. I just needed some accountability and a plan to work my body in a way that wouldn’t aggravate past injuries. I am a senior with widespread OA. I have been training with Fran Wilson for five years. I had a total shoulder replacement in Nov. I was in the best shape I could be going into this difficult surgery with a recovery time of 4-6 months. I spent most of the 1st 4 months in my recliner. I lost muscle tone and strength. I felt like I was withering away. Fran assured me that I would get my pre-surgery body back. When I did not have the energy to go to SNAP, she made mobile visits. I am now 5 months post-op and have made great progress with Fran's training skills and encouragement. It takes a special kind of skill set to get a shoulder/arm back to normal. Amy Divine’s use of the Functional Patterns method in training is a game changer for working out. I am someone who often wants to do my own thing- whether it be workout videos, walking outside, etc. It can be difficult to take the leap of working out with the use of someone’s direction and focus. Amy is present, patient, and knowledgeable. My body feels more symmetrical, I move better, and I feel better. I was recently in a car accident and have had to make chiropractor appointments to help heal. My chiropractor has been shocked at my body’s symmetry and lack of dysfunction in my body- and I know that is thanks to Amy and her Functional Patterns method. If you are a person who is afraid to take the step from working out alone to working out with a trainer, I would highly recommend Amy Divine to help take this leap. You won’t regret it.

I worked with Nick as a personal trainer, and with several team members for a bootcamp. The whole experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I'm 52 and was terribly out of shape when I started. They gave me the kind of instruction that makes an hour in the gym extremely effective for me, and got me past the anxiety and embarrassment of feeling like a dumpy old fool with no business being in a gym. After a few months of their help, I feel enthusiastic about going, and confident when I'm there. And the results are evident! I've lost 15 pounds, and turned a lot more pounds of fat into solid muscle. Countless "getting older" aches and pains are gone, replaced with the "good ache" of my growing muscles. Not always easy to get into a consistent fitness routine. For years, I worked out sporadically, but bad form really diminshed the impact and therefore the motivation to keep going. Having a trainer like Ryan, who spent a great deal of time upfront on proper form, really changed how my body feels before, during and after workouts. And Ryan's not so hidden talents with beat boxing and knowing the lyrics to every pop song from the 80's and 90's doesn't hurt either :) I keep coming back for more!

I’ve been training w 3CLICK for many months. Though this review focuses on Amy Devine and functional patterns, though I can’t fail to shout out Aaron Boike for being an equally awesome trainer, business owner and person!
I come to training with enthusiasm but lousy balance and posture. Within a few months, under a remarkably patient trainer, I’m much more sure of the movements and can even balance on a Bosu w one foot while rotating a weight. The multiple movements per exercise with counter rotations are amazing. Amy is really able see what movement I’ve “adapted” and is able to help “readapt” my position/posture to the recommended one.
With Amy’s training, and encouragement, I feel great every day and I’m usually really excited for the next training session.

I have been trying to live healthier lifestyle for over 10yrs. I've attempted to clean up my diet, gyms, classes, personal trainers, and workout buddies. I joined Snapfitness this past January 2017. I signed up to start sessions with a personal trainer (Jess) from 3Click Fitness associated with Snap. Unfortunately, I had to postpone my sessions due to an illness that had me on the sidelines of life for about 3 months. Finally, I was able to start my sessions with Jess in May 2017. It's the beginning of September 2017 and I've lost over 4 inches off my waist, about 7-9lbs, and 3% body fat!
Jess has been coaching me on cleaning up my diet and eating habits. She's also been pushing (killing...lol) me in every weekly session to go that extra mile. Jess also helps me find ways to be active outside the gym.
Jess has an infectious joyful energy with a can do attitude! It's very contagious!! Her insight and encouragement keep me going, even when I fall off the 'be healthy' train. Jess has been teaching me I can have not only a healthy life, but a happy one as well. She's done amazing job of helping me find a balance in being healthy/fit while living life the way I enjoy, and still seeing results each month! Her colleagues are just as kind and encouraging as she is!
I would highly recommend Jess, as well as the whole 3Click Fitness staff for anyone who is serious about becoming a healthier you! The goals are realistic, and achievable, but even better you'll get results!

If anyone would have told me in February 2017 that health wise I'd find myself where I am today, I wouldn't have believed it. Starting at 303 lbs, I decided I had to do something, all I knew at the time was cardio.
I started lifting weights with a coworker at Snap Fitness around Christmas last year and took advantage of 3CLICK Fitness' free fitness assessment in February of this year. That's when I started working with Keith O'Brien. Keith has been an absolute godsend. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first started working with Keith, but one thing I wasn't expecting was fun. Keith is a blast to work with. Funny, non-judgmental, and knowledgeable are a few words that come to mind. Keith was able to pinpoint a problem I have been having with my shoulder for years and offered a simple solution that works.
Right now I'm at my "good enough" stage when I usually quit. I'm counting on Keith to help me cross the finish line. My primary goal is to lose 1% body fat per month. To date I have averaged 1.8% per month with a little over 10% to go.
