I’ve just started with Starting Point Fitness. I was interested in smaller group/ buddy training. Zach found me a training buddy that was a good match. They have great equipment and Pete is a great addition to their training team. More importantly, they are super supportive of tailoring a program to my needs. Highly recommend!

5 or so years ago I made a decision to ask for help on my fitness journey. I met with Zach and he taught me form, accountability and confidence! I still go to the team training classes and thrive off of the energy and dynamic workouts the team puts together for us. I love that I can adjust the intensity of the workout by progressing or regressing each station. Always great energy!

I have been out of the gym scene for quite awhile and discovered Starting Point in Germantown. They offer a two week free trial with unlimited classes. This alone got my attention. I am about two months into my membership and the trainers are great. They offer modifications for their clients with each exercise they have planned for the class. I have worked with Howie and Zach so far. Both are very motivating and knowledgeable. This place is worth a try if you are looking to make a change in your health. It is a community/ family atmosphere

Starting Point Fitness is really setting me up to succeed! I was very apprehensive about getting started with a training program. I have an old injury that was really holding me back. The injury has also contributed to my being very out of shape. I was uncomfortable in a "regular" gym environment. I really love that I can go in one day for rehab on my injury and then work with one of the dedicated trainers on my overall fitness later in the week. I feel really motivated because we've setup a plan to reach specific goals I have in mind for my future fitness. The building and equipment are clean, the staff is fantastic, and the other clients/members always seem to have positive energy. I think their greatest strength has been helping me set my goals and supporting me. I highly recommend SPF for anyone that's wary about starting an exercise program due to injury or for people who don't like standard gym environments.

THE BEST GYM EVER!!! I was looking for a personal trainer and found this place on Google. I got connected to Zac . He set up a meeting with me and we were able to sit down and discuss what I was looking for, and what I want them to help me with. I like that he have a whole profile and note everything about yourself. He also checked my fitness ability to make sure he know how fast and comfortable I am with working out. Zac is absolutely so kind and professional. First impression of the place is it is SUPER CLEAN. It is smaller but it has everything you need and it is really cute inside. I later on signed up for a 12 sessions/a month with Pete one of the personal trainer and wow Pete is incredible. He is funny, motivated , full of energy and so patient. He was not only there to teach me but making sure I do everything in the right and safe way. He noted down my whole progress and I just love to go there because every time is always something new. This place is totally different than gyms out there because they care about you and they want to help you achieve your goal as fast as possible. I never feel more confident and good about myself . I fit in some of my clothes better and I also learn to maintain a healthier lifestyle. Thank you SPF and the team. I totally recommend anyone who looking for a good place to working out. You won’t be disappointed!!!

I am very pleased with my experience! Before summer, I did not have much experience with weights and correct form. The trainers at Starting Point are exceptional. I've worked with them for years now and no one compares. The comprehensive care they give to each person individually is amazing. They also have a PT on staff to ensure everything you do is safe and beneficial to whatever your goals are. Zach has the best vibes, Howie is my greatest motivator, and Joey is the sweetest heart who takes such good care of their clients. Working with any other group makes zero sense to me! They have everything you need. Couldn't do it without you guys!

The personal attention that is given at Starting Point Fitness is amazing! It doesn't matter where you are at in fitness journey - everyone has their Starting Point. If you are a beginner, I would suggest contacting them for a free consultation. There are a variety of packages you can look at - in person, virtual, one on one, small group in person and dry needling. They are all great people to work with and they strive to help you grow in your journey and are right alongside you on your journey. I love these trainers!!

I've been going to Starting Point Fitness for personal one-on-one training for about a month now and have been enjoying my experience! I didn't know how to workout properly, such as form and technique, or even how to use certain equipment, like ropes and resistance bands. Zach is awesome! He's very friendly, helpful, and relatable. He listened to my concerns and goals and developed an at home workout routine for me. Once I'm set with proper techniques and forms, I'm joining the group sessions. Howie and Zach have taken Payton under their wing and have created a program that really allows Payton to grow as an athlete. Payton looks forward to his workouts at Starting Point Fitness. This is the fitness training I have always been looking for! Other gyms, the same video recordings and working out on my own at home didn't cut it. Team Training is a workout I can do at home with people like me who are looking to be stronger and healthier. Thank You Dr Joey for introducing me to dry needling. Initially I went in not knowing much but everyone said "try it, you’ll like it". Well I did try it and I liked it. While sitting down with Joey we discussed what my issues were, he examined me and came to a conclusion that I have alot of scar tissue from a hip surgery. During the procedure I will admit there was some discomfort, but I was willing to continue. The evening after dry needling I felt horrible, but the next day I felt amazing. The pain became less and less each day and my strength almost double in the next few weeks, and I regained my flexibility. The progress continues for months.
