I was introduced to the barre life two years ago by a friend. I used to be really great at working out in school because you always had competition. Going to the gym never cut it for me but two classes of barre later and I was hooked! It’s also like a big family in there and the class shoutouts really keep you going! It’s one of the best communities I am proud to be a part of!

A wonderful atmosphere where you will feel welcomed and motivated! The classes are challenging no matter your fitness level and you will see and feel the results almost immediately. Every single instructor is amazing; they know how to encourage you, uplift you and push you (and also how to modify your moves if you have an injury or disability to keep you working in the safest possible manner). All this and the most incredible community of supportive, caring people who have become wonderful friends! I love Pure Barre Bedford!

I am just a few classes in and I already understand why people get addicted to Pure Barre. The workout is strenuous but easy on your joints and the music is fun! The class moves quickly so even though it is difficult, it also makes you sad when it’s over. The facility is clean (actually it is pristine!), the instructors are kind and knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions after class. The staff, instructors, and clients are very welcoming and supportive - there is no need to be intimidated because all ages and body types can do this.

I am loving Pure Barre in Bedford! Classes are challenging and something new. The teachers are so nice, knowledgeable and provide instructions. I am definitely going to need time to get it all down but I never feel bad about being the newbie and always look forward to my next class. Facility is clean and there is always someone friendly at the front desk. Don’t hesitate to give it a try, the foundations class were a good place for me to dip my toe in! Updated 1/30- after a month of the new client special there was no doubt I wanted to continue at Pure Barre in Bedford. I continue to learn, meet new people and honestly the warm vibe the staff creates makes it a place I love to come to!

Update: I'm still loving the classes! There are great staff, owners, and members! My daughter asked me to try a Pure Barre class with her. I figure it would a great opportunity to try something new. After losing 100 pounds, I wanted to find an exercise that would help me tone. Pure Barre Bedford and Nashua was the perfect place for me! It has a a vary of classes and I can choose which location I want to attend (both studios are wonderful). The staff, and instructors are friendly, and always looking for ways to make your experience even better. As I’m approaching my 250th class, I would happily say that I’m addicted to Pure Barre.

I have been a dancer since the age of 2 and I have been a group fitness instructor and avid weight lifter consistently for years, and I can honestly say that Pure Barre is the BEST and HARDEST workout I have ever done in my life. I feel like I became lazy at the gym and hit a plateau and could never get motivated, but now I am determined to get my dancer body and I am already seeing results after only five Pure the barre classes! I have never been more motivated to push my body to its limits, and I look forward to coming to class everyday because I love the environment, the music, and I know that the instructors will push me and correct my form when needed. I am so happy that I gave Pure Barre a chance!!!! :)

This studio is wonderful! I have always loved Pure Barre, have been going for years. I was nervous about going to a new studio since I hadn't felt welcomed in my old one. I LOVE IT HERE! Everyone is so welcoming, and I work up a good sweat in every class. Empower is awesome.. Definitely get a huge sweat going in that class! So happy to have found such a great place :)

I’ve been taking classes at Pure Barre Bedford since they opened almost three years ago. I’ve never been able to stick with any exercise program for this long, but roughly 600 classes later, I still enjoy going. The instructors are incredibly motivating, and I receive individual attention to push me farther than I think I can go. I am inspired by this community of strong women (and men), and I am so glad to have found a second family.

I originally signed up for Pure Barre solely for the purpose of cross training during my marathon prep. I purchased a promotional package and it took me almost 2 month before I got the courage to show up for my first class. I was intimidated at first - I’m not graceful, coordinated, or flexible and this setting was way outside of my comfort zone - but the instructors were all so kind and welcoming and the staff is super friendly. I am convinced PB is what kept me injury free during marathon training. It is an intense whole body core workout unlike anything I’ve ever done and it has definitely made me a stronger runner. If you haven’t tried it yet, you should!

Love going to Pure Barre! Being a quiet person I was extremely nervous to start going by myself especially at 5:30am but I can’t believe on my first day how comfortable I felt within seconds of being there. I love pure barre and empower, both classes challenge me every time and I already see a change within myself mentally and physically! I love how helpful each instructor is to correct your form to get the best work out possible and how there is absolutely no judgement like some places. I moved to New Hampshire from Chattanooga 4 weeks ago. Moving across the country and being 18 hours away from friends, family, and literally every bit of stability and familiarity in my life has been hands down the most challenging thing I have ever done. Pure Barre was a big part of how I handled stress in college. So I knew finding a studio would ease my transition. I was nervous about trying a new studio. However, after my first class at Pure Barre Bedford I immediately felt at home. The studio is beautiful, the staff are very welcoming and each class is different and challenging. It never ceases to amaze me how therapeutic Pure Barre is for me. Now more then ever I am grateful for the community Pure Barre provides. I feel so grateful to have Pure Barre Bedford!

My first class with Emily was great! I hadn’t been in about a year so I was a little nervous. Emily made me feel comfortable right away. She introduced herself and gave me a quick run over which helped jog my memory and ease my nerves a bit. Love and appreciate Pure Barre for targeting all muscle groups.. I am definitely feeling it now! Highly recommend!

I've been coming to the Bedford location for 2 months now and I absolutely love it here! I had a serious injury 3 years ago, so I love that the classes are low impact but still very challenging. All of the instructors have been very encouraging and helpful, and I love that they correct your form during class to make sure you're doing the exercises right. Highly recommend!

I was pretty sure that I would like Pure Barre when I signed up. I have tried a few other classes in hopes of utilizing my dance/gymnastics background into a good physical activity as an adult. I never thought I’d fall in love so quickly though! All of the staff and other members are friendly and encouraging. The workout is tough and I can already feel myself getting stronger. If you’re on the fence, give it a try!

I did 10 years of competitive ballet and had to quit due to spinal fusion surgery from scoliosis. Pure Barre has been a life changer for me. I miss ballet greatly and PB allows me to practice some of the same technique again. I started by doing the DVDs at home and I've been to 21 classes so far. I can already notice both physical and mental changes. All of the instructors are kind and helpful! I highly recommend PB for anyone!

The instructors are awesome and correct your form, but don't make you feel like you're being judged at all. It's hard work but I'm enjoying it and have loved every instructor I've had so far!

I have been in love with the vibe and the instructors since I started here in the beginning of August. My neighbor took me to my first class and immediately loved it. The music and choreography of each class really is amazing. Barre works areas of my body I never new I could hit. This kind of workout has been an eye opening experience for me as I normally weight lift and some running. This is going change my workouts up and really put everything together for me!! I am 5 classes in and I can’t say enough good things about the team here! The team members check in and they make you feel so comfortable! They are available before or after class for questions and to work on form to ensure your work out is successful! Every instructor has their own fantastic personality but you always know what to expect when you walk in to class. It is a great location in Bedford and they have classes through out the day to work with your schedule! ({Bonus})- all the fantastic pure barre and lululemon available for purchase!

1.5 weeks in and loving Pure Barre so far! Every class is a great workout and after 3 classes, I already felt significantly stronger and fitter than before (especially abs and glutes!). There are some technical movements to get used to but the teachers are very helpful and always there to help you get the best workout. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I’ve been walking a lot for exercise and I felt like I needed to step it up a notch and find something non-impact, non aerobic, but yet effective for toning and strengthening. Pure Barre Bedford peaked my interest for those exact reasons. It’s about a 55 min class and you can definitely feel every muscle getting worked and stretched. The studio is clean and you couldn’t ask for a more professional and welcoming staff and instructors.

Let's put it this way--I have put off cross-training for YEARS, and yet have gone to seven classes in under two weeks at PB already. I feel like I'm working harder than almost any other classes I've taken, yet surprisingly am able to recover quickly. The pace is fast but not overwhelming. The teachers are extremely helpful and kind, even when I get self-conscious sometimes. I think it's helping with my mobility, which my running has not. Wish cost point were a little more manageable long-term but it's a great intro package and I highly recommend trying it out.
