For what they offer you can't beat the price. It can get packed, but that's fine. Do they have super high weight crazy free weights. No. Do I need weights that high? Also no. Perfect for 99% of people and their needs.

Not a bad gym but recently (possibly staffing ?) they can’t seem to have consistent hours on the weekends, the parking lot full of members in the mornings waiting to get in but decide to open when ever is convenient for the opening employee.

Large, spacious, clean and maintained. Friendly staff. Exercise equipment that is up to date. Different set up from other Planet Fitness' that I have visited. Equipment that is out of order are eventually serviced. The men's locker room is in good shape. Small lockers are available on the exercise floor. Older massage chairs but I like them. Wifi for members.

The fitness center is very clean and has lots of cleaning stations throughout. There is signage everywhere reminding members to practice social fitnessing - keep a treadmill, or two, between you and others. The staff are friendly and have backgrounds in fitness so do not hesitate to ask them how to use the equipment or demonstrate a workout for your particular needs. And the cost is the lowest compared to other gyms in New Hampshire.

The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful whenever I have a question. They never fail to brighten up my day, especially Tia, who always goes out of her way to get to know anyone that comes into the gym. 10/10 experience any time I walk in.

I have been a member at PF for years. This location isn’t my home club, but It’s close to home and I enjoy the set up. I love the gym, but I noticed the staff has probably said hello to me once since I’ve been going there, and I come here 5 days a week. I understand if it’s busy, but usually I smile and they just awkwardly stare at me lol. I am beginning to think I have something on my face. Goffstown just has a friendlier atmosphere. Not the end of the world I guess. 🤷‍♀️

It is a small gym that is not up to par with other Planet Fitness gym locations in terms of friendly staff or cleanliness. The staff here are not always friendly and I understand we are in a rough area compared to other Planet Fitness locations in this state, but wow the standards are low for how the staff treat customers.

New England Rides

Not enough bench machines compared to the west side location. Also, it seems like every day more and more machines are out of service. One of them has been out for at least a week and a half. You would think that with them not doing the pizza and bagels anymore, they might have money to keep things in working order. But, I mean, it's close to my house which is why I'm at this location instead of the west side.

I love this place and this specific location in particular. Everything is always so clean and in good working order. Every person I've checked in with has always been polite and helpful. Especially the woman I spoke with today, regrettably I did not get her name, but she was so happy and polite. Made me want to leave and come back in just to say hi lol Keep up the great work!

So far it's a good gym. I don't feel judged like I did at the last one I tried. Easy to use equipment, videos to check if you need more info on any machine.

I was having trouble accessing my membership through the app. When I would try to get in there was a problem. Come to find out the phone number they were trying to access was an old phone number used when I joined a few years back. Savanah was working at the front desk and looked up my info as did others, but she was able to figure out the problem. She then helped me download the planet fitness app, and was so helpful through the process. I then was working out and saw Savanah on a 10 ft step ladder cleaning things up above. She put the ladder up, and took the ladder down the proper and safe way. I own a painting company and was impressed the way she did things the safe way. She then proceeded to clean the front, and other areas. To the manager Lilly this girl Savanah is a worker!! She needs to be recognized for her efforts, as she was so humble when I thanked her for her help. People like Savanah should be recognized as I find in today’s working world so many slack off and complain. Thanks Savanah for making the gym a clean and safe place to work out.

Ever since COVID-19 they have found a way to make me feel safe and comfortable to still get a good workout. Jeff and his guys are on top of there game constantly disinfecting and cleaning all equipment. They are always a so polite. I honestly feel comfortable asking them any question. I believe communication is key to have with your guy and this branch has it hands down. Don’t lose out on a good workout with a good crew! 💪🏾

Staff keeps gym very clean. Decent social distancing. Wish there was less cardio machines and a larger dumbbell area. It only comfortable fits 3 benches side by side so it's always crammed in this area.

Love the new gym, since it has re located to the new mall across the street from were it was. Very clean and the location is great. It really is a bargain what you get for the price. They have everything i need, from tanning to weights, love using the massage chairs and beds, they feel great. Overall, a great experience, great place to get a workout in.

The new one is very nice aesthetically, however the amount of free weights and the area they reside in is much less than the old location. The women's locker room is a huge downgrade from the old location. There room is small, only 4 showers, and now place to really get situated. There are only outlsets in the locker room, 2 spots at a mirror for women to blow dry their hair. This became an issue very quickly in the morning when multiple women are trying to get ready for their work days. The old location had more room, and more available power outlets with mirrors in the shower changing rooms. The new shower changing rooms don't have outlets. This limited space is frustrating especially coming from the older location to what is the new one. I do like the functional training area they have with the different options for resistance bands, balls and other training equipment.

This is one of the smaller gyms we've been but the staff was awesome and the place clean and maintained. The main reason for my 5 stars is the layout and design of the women's shower area! Best we've seen in our travels so far 😊 each shower has an adjacent private, yes private, dressing area with table, stool, backlit mirror and hair dryer 👌🏻 Showers also have little foot selves of easy shaving! Someone was thinking about this one! Thanks

Friendly staff, clean, plenty of amenities. Unfortunately their social distancing policy has cut their treadmill numbers in half. This limits their availability during peak times. It causes extensive wait times and awkward encounters with other gym members who are also waiting for one to open up. Might I suggest a ticket system, similar to a supermarket deli counter?

Great friendly staff! Locker room/restroom can be cleaned a little more frequently (however in general people are nasty)so I can't/don't fault the staff for it.

They have lots of machines, and at least 2 of most machines, so I never have an issue trying to get on one. Also not super busy early in the mornings (6-7am), so it's nice.

It's' planet fitness, so you know what you're getting. If you can get it at $10/mo. on a special, it's a good deal. Real crowded at the start of the year, like all gyms, but especially here. The lunkhead thing can be a little annoying. Staff can be young and wholly disinterested at times, but that can be tough anywhere with almost full employment. But at a low price point, there's everything you need to get in shape there. And the black card is cool where you can bring a buddy.

This location is ok, although it can sometimes be frustrating during peak hours to find an available machine with every other blocked off for "social fitnessing". My main issue is with one of the managers here. This guy (short, stocky, wiffle haircut) always walks around and interrupts you when you're working out to tell say that you aren't allowed to hang your hoodie on the Bannister of the treadmill. Seems like this guy is on some kind of power trip. I have been working out at this gym since 2017 and no one has EVER spoken to me about this issue, except for him. He's always bugging customers about things like this. Asking people to wear masks I understand, but NOWHERE in the gym does it say that you can't hang your hoodie on the equipment when you get too hot and need to take it off. Get a hobby, dude.

So many people complaining. I have never seen this facility dirty, the music is not horrible (although not my taste), and the staff is always friendly. And when my wife canceled her account to share mine, we easily got the money prorated for the month and got a refund. Take the bad reviews for what they are worth, just grumpy people who exaggerate the truth because they feel slighted.

I am a guest of my mom who is a black card member and I enjoy this place. Peaceful and quiet environment. No judgement. It helps to concentrate when working out. Staff are nice to you and will answer any questions you have.

I came in at the recommendation of my Dr for the red light therapy. I have been a member of PF for years.... and never tried it. Jess was awesome!! She answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable, polite, and really sweet!! Thank you so much Jess!! I will be using the red light again!!

I had been coming here prior to covid for a couple of years and I thoroughly enjoy this place ..today I attempted to return with two grandsons in tow ..prior to arriving I had called to confirm their potential to work out for one day ..after much discussion and a check to see if they were in the computer with a waiver from their dad that had previously been signed I was told I could bring them all was well until I tried to buy water ..to make this story short I had three people tell me three different things about their quailfication to work out as day pass people .then I was finally told I could not do this again because I was their grandmother not their parent !!I will of course abide by this rule but I m frustrated about the confusion and that it was somewhat embarrassing ..please train all your people regarding correct policies.

I have been to quite a few different PF on the east coast, but, the PF in Manchester is the best one I've been to yet! The ladies locker room is AMAZING! Very large, plenty of room to change without being in anyone's way. The shower stalls are huge! There are plenty of dressing rooms right near each shower stall with a vanity mirror. They must enforce the rule of the circuit area for circuit training only also. Because I have not had to either wait for someone to finish their "sets" or ask them to let me do my next machine. This is one of my biggest pet peeves at other PF facilities.

Planet Fitness is my favorite gym. Very affordable, does not have all of bells and whistles, but most dont use anyway. Shower rooms were clean enough, but sometime you dont have enough hot watet if there are many taking the shower at the same time.

Maybe my standards are more realistic, or the day shift isnt as good. But ive been to this gym a few times. I work off-shift so its usually empty but even then staff is wide awake and attentive with a good attitude. Every time ive gone i see them cleaning or wiping something down. And no way they're gna play music everyone can agree on, no one can. Just my personal opinion, headphones over any sound system on any given day is better anyways. But either way its definitely not that bad to give less than 4. Great location, especially for any other night walkers out there 😆

Its ok not great. Its always messy trash over flowing and the weights\ equipment are never put back. Its a good value if you pay 10 a month but hard to find workout space when its busy which is most of the time.

Generally good place to work out. They go a bit overboard on the "Lunk Head" stuff when they are trying to appeal to non-competative sports people. Thats the one thing that turns me off about them. Otherwise, nice clean facility and kind staff.
