Just had my best friend's bachelorette party here and it was so much fun! They made it so easy so fun with having the perfect amount of work out for 2 weeks before the wedding lol. I would recommend this place for anyone with it be a private event or just a class. If I lived closer I definitely would be signing up for weekly classes.

The best aerial studio around! Aerial is a great workout and helps you build a ton of core strength, upper body strengrh and flexibility. It's so fun, you don't realize how much work you're doing. The environment is also amazing. The owner, Karlene, is a great person and learns the names of the new students and welcomes you. A group of women who have already built a rapport could turn into an uncomfortable clique for a newcomer but everyone is so great. I love all the teachers and have made great friends with fellow students. I felt like I belonged right away and aerial had become a passion of mine.

I came across Kama fitness by chance about a year ago. I had a basic knowledge/understanding of yoga and zero experience with anything aerial. My first class was an hour long private session with karlene. Within the first 15 minutes I was learning basic poses and practicing inversions in a comfortable, safe environment. I knew I was hooked! Karlene met me at my level of fitness and showed me different things I can work on/towards to strengthen and better my practice. Since my first lesson I have participated in her aerial yoga, aerial split silks and conditioning classes. After each class i walk away with something new to be excited about. I highly recommend any of the classes at Kama fitness! If I can recommend anything to anyone that is curious/nervous/hesitant about aerial yoga-try the 1:1 session first! Because of my private lesson I was able to join in on classes and feel confident in the silk.

I started going to Kama Fitness about a year ago because I wanted to try aerial classes. I was nervous going to my first class because I didn't know anyone at the studio and wasn't sure if I'd even be able to physically do the class. Nerves quickly subsided; Karlene instantly makes you feel welcome and accommodates all physical abilities. The classes at Kama Fitness are such a great workout and they let you challenge yourself. I see progress with every class I go to and that feeling is amazing. Both instructors and other students are so supportive and encouraging; you'll feel like your a member of a family here. If you're thinking about trying aerial, stop thinking about it and go do it at Kama - you won't regret it!

I started taking Aerial classes here because I wanted to try something different and I needed to add more positive things in my life. I continued because the classes gave me strength, confidence and piece of mind I never knew I could obtain. Karlene is a phenomenal instructor in everything that she teaches. She's both encouraging and inspiring. I started with just taking the beginner's aerial silks class. They were challenging and I liked that because I wasn't looking for anything easy. Then, school started up again after winter break and I felt I needed something that was good for both my body and my mind. So I added Aerial yoga, which is the best yoga classes I have ever taken. It gives all of the stretch with out any of the joint strain. Later, I found that I was lacking in the strength I needed to advance in Aerial silks, and so I started taking the Aerial Fit class. It is amazing how much each class gives you something a little different and I love it! I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Her knowledge and skill as an instructor has reignited my passion for aerial silks. Every class I have taken at Kama Fitness has been thoughtful, well planned and wildly welcoming. Went for my first aerial yoga class today and absolutely loved it! I felt very uplifted, light, and carefree by the end of the class. I definitely recommend to anyone that is interested in trying it out. The instructor was very kind as well! I will definitely be returning. :))

I came across Kama Fitness about a year ago trying to find a workout I could enjoy. I couldn't be more thrilled with coming across this hidden gem! Karlene is an incredible instuctor and made me feel so comfortable with my first experience on silks. I've been hooked ever since! Classes for all levels, a homey environment surrounded by some great people. 5 stars isn't enough for Kama!

Unbelievable?! The studio is very nice and friendly atmosphere. Country feel with contemporary flair in a very cool post and beam barn. The class started out with some traditional yoga and then the instructor slowly moved everyone to use the scarfs and gently get used to the feel. Then, before you know if, you are flying! Very empowering feeling. No need to feel intimidated if you haven't done yoga or aerial stuff before. You're in goods hands.

I am a middle age woman, with zero aerial experience, although I do have a lot of yoga experience. I am out of shape, and over weight. Despite these factors Karlene, owner extraordinaire, of Kama Fitness, made me feel welcomed, reassured, and capable! I did my first ever inversion! I’ve been doing yoga since 2003, but have never been able to get my butt upside down. No hand stands for me, I was just never able to get up off the ground. But, with the calm, careful guidance Karlene gives throughout class, I was able to invert on my aerial yoga hammock! I have since purchased a 20 class pass!! I’m hooked!!

Absolutely wonderful instructors and studio, there are classes that fit every schedule and the small class sizes means instructors really work with you. I highly recommend checking it out, Karlene is by far one of the best yoga instructors I’ve ever had.

Extremely fun workouts, both the workouts themselves and the instructors :) I was really nervous to try aerial, but once I started I was hooked! Love every class I have taken so far. My flexibility has improved drastically and I think that has really helped keep me from getting hurt in other workouts and running.

My friend dragged me along to some aerial yoga one night and I was hooked. The low impact stretches left me feeling amazing! I have suffered from arthritis for years and every time I exercise regret sets in the next day. Not any more...I am more flexible, my body feels great, and I have more energy.
