Individual Fitness lives up to its name! My trainer Dale caters my workouts to me. If I don’t like an exercise, he comes up with another way to work the same muscle so I’m getting the best workout possible. The owner Jim also is attentive to my needs as a member. I expressed needing more flexible gym hours based off of my work schedule and he figured out a way for members to access the gym at all hours via an app on your phone. I recommend individual fitness to anyone who is trying to get into a workout routine or take your routine to the next level!!

A round of golf the past couple years resulted in tiredness, back spasms, and sitting on the couch with no energy. Started with IF Fitness right after last years golf season and it was the best decision I've ever made. Just getting back from 4 straight rounds of golf in SC and feeling great! Working with the IF team has been great! They have been very flexible in creating a program that continues to my needs. Fitness, weight loss, and health are all combined. My clothes are fitting better. I am feeling more alert, which is just awesome! But I know I am in better "health" shape. I like to go hiking. The last time I went hiking with my husband, he couldn't keep up with me. Now I am working on climbing NH's 4,000 footers. The trainers also ask how am I doing, how am I feeling, and if the workouts are working for me every time I meet with them. It is a great feeling! I am trying to make changes and I get all the support in order to do make the changes.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the IF team. Joining IF was a game changer for me. I had finally experienced my last emotional food binge and decided I needed help. I was at my heaviest and I did not feel comfortable or confident in my own skin. The IF team not only provides you with an individual plan to meet your specific goals and is tailored to YOU, but they are there to help hold you accountable with positive feedback. I was scared at first. There were days I dragged myself in there and left feeling 100% better and glad I came. Today we did my progress stats and I am down 13 pounds and 5% body fat in 8 WEEKS. IF was a total life change for me! A few years of falling into a pattern of unhealthy eating, drinking and almost no activity left me overweight, tired and uncomfortable in my own skin. Their team is motivating, supportive and so upbeat. I needed to be held accountable for the changes I was trying to make and IF did just that for me! Awesome, individualized experience! I have physical handicaps, and am trying to regain mobility and strength, and diabetes as well. Tailor diet to my health needs, as well as building core strengths and helping me gain sense of independence and trust in my body once again. Great team, work together to help the client meet goals. I love it here. Also, with COVID concerns, I feel safe. Very clean, and supplies are available so that I can clean up more if i wish, however they go overboard to keep the gym spotless and safe. I recommend IF highly.

Motivating myself to get to the gym isn't as easy as it used to be. I decided after healing from a very bad injury that I needed someone to hold me accountable, so I called Individual Fitness. They gave me back the motivation I needed. My atrophied muscles are growing back and look great. I feel so much better than I have in a long time. Even though I was always active, it's not the same as dedicated training. Definitely would recommend these guys.

I’ve been working with Jim and the other folks at IF for about 2 months and the changes to my life have already been incredible. I’ve lost weight the right way — with healthy sustainable eating. I have been engaged with Individual Fitness for over three months and they are truly focused on ensuring that their clients understand the benefits of exercise, strength training, nutrition and daily, healthy habits all working together to achieve health outcomes. When I started, I was challenged with walking just a few minutes on the treadmill - let alone weightlifting or other exercises. I have made tremendous progress in just three months, not only with cardio, but also with strength training. It is a great alternative to a traditional gym for those who need a little more assistance and understanding; for those who benefit from accountability and motivation; and for those who benefit form a consistent, structured workout regimen.

I highly recommend Individual Fitness!! I have been a customer since December and it was one of the best decisions I have made! I have several back injuries and have sat behind a desk for 12 years without any major exercise programs. I have been going to individual fitness for three years. This past year there have been times when I couldn’t drive to the gym. I was offered a zoom session but I declined. I don’t have a home gym and I was worried I wouldn’t get a good workout. One day when I was going to miss another session, I agreed to the zoom session. The remote workout that was designed for me kicked my backside. If you aren’t able to get to the gym try the in home zoom sessions. You will not be disappointed.

I have been going to individual fitness for a month now. Every since I walked in the door Jim and the other trainers are always there to greet you and get you on the right track to start your day. The workouts are fantastic and are always different based off what part of the body they are focusing on and the intensity level. The workout equipment , shower areas, and overall gym is kept very clean and has everything you need. If your thinking about coming here I would recommend giving it a try you won’t be disappointed.

This review is long overdue! But I can’t recommend this place enough. If you are on the fence about starting your workout goals think no more and join Individual Fitness. You won’t regret it. Not only have I lost pounds but I’ve gone down a size and more importantly I feel fantastic!! The staff is so awesome and they make the best smoothies!!! I honestly couldn’t have done it without them and they keep me accountable. So glad I joined!!!!

I had been really slacking on going to the gym because I was worried about the cleanliness with COVID-19. I decided I wanted to get back into shape but I was scared to start back at a gym where I wasn’t sure how other people were cleaning up after themselves. When I started at IF I was blown away by the thoroughness with which everything was cleaned and how safe I felt going. I could not recommend this place more if you’re looking to work on your fitness.

I started at Individual Fitness several months ago in order to reduce my high Cholesterol and Blood Sugar. On my most recent blood test, I was extremely happy to see that my Triglycerides dropped almost 200 points, my LDL dropped 20 points and my A1C went from 7.0 to 5.8. My experience here at Individual fitness has been nothing but spectacular! My personal trainer, Jim, has been on top of things, workouts are fun and hard, which I like. They change so you don't get bored doing the same things over and over again. I have always hesitated on getting a personal trainer because of the money and the way places suck you in and pressure you, but not this place! I can discontinue at anytime and with no pressure from anyone there. I have succeeded so far and even though I have cheated a little more than I should have, I am still seeing progress! Even after just three classes, this has been great for chasing those Covid-19 doldrums and strengthening the body! I don't enjoy indoor gyms much, so being able to train outdoors was a huge plus for me.

Vision Clamps
