Had my best friends bachelorette party here, and it was so much fun!! Sandy was awesome at teaching and I absolutely loved her personality! I would def take another class here!

My beginner class with Sandy went amazing. She taught the class and entire routine in the hour we were there! I was extremely satisfied and gained confidence and couldn’t wait to come back and learn more. My second class was today and the a different instructor was 15 mins late. Between that, having everyone introduce themselves, taking a phone call, we really only had 30 ish mins to be there. Unfortunately there was a class stretching and getting ready for their class, I wish we would’ve gotten our entire class time.

Loveee it went to my first virgin pole class with Kay and she’s mad sweet, fun, down to earth and makes you feel extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this studio for anyone who wants to try something new. I’ve struggled with being shy and this place definitely took me out of my comfort zone but in a good way. I’m excited to continue on this journey of self love. Thank you Kay for being an awesome instructor!

If you are looking for a full body workout in a great environment with knowledgeable and talented instructors, this is the place for you! Sandy, Kay and Keisha are extremely professional and patiently explain different moves and techniques. All skill levels are welcome and they even have the option for you to come in and just practice on your own with their equipment. You will have an amazing experience at this facility and are almost guaranteed to walk away with a couple of new pole buddies! If you’re interested in pole fitness, check this place out!

I couldn't wait to write this review! I just moved to the area and was looking for a new studio and I'm sooo freaking glad I found PDS. I had my first class tonight with Sandy. As soon as I walked into the studio, the girls were having lots of fun and their energy was contagious. Sandy, the instructor tonight was super charismatic and friendly. She's very down to earth, likeable, and AMAZING at both instructing pole and dancing. She's fluid, strong, and I totally trusted her to catch me when I was high up on the pole trying some moves. It was easy to learn stuff from her! She made it easy. She's motivating and gives great instruction. I aspire because not only can she twerk enough to cause an earthquake, but she has abs that could stop a bullet. What an amazing studio, atmosphere, and instructor. Thank you again! I will definitely be back.

This is one of the best pole studios I’ve been to. Sandy is amazing and gives me the drive I need to push myself learning new tricks in a safe way. Did I mention classes start at $25 and they offer a reasonable membership.
