Almost two years at WLRCF and it is, hands down, one of the best decisions I have ever made! The community consists of all ages and abilities, is full of the most sincere, fun, respectful, and supportive people you will ever meet and the coaches are attentive, honest, encouraging, and knowledgeable - they are the absolute best around! Group classes at all hours (5:15am happens to be the best), personal training, PT, nutrition goals…they offer it all! You will not be disappointed!

I had an okay experience really up until this weekend. Came in for a foundations class, but the trainer I was supposed to train with wasn’t in. I asked the only employee that was there about it and she called him. She told me I wasn’t supposed to be there and he’ll call me and just started walking away without further explanation. I tried to show her the text to show that I was supposed to be there and she ignored me. I asked to cancel the membership because this is very unprofessional— it was frustrating bc they were just being rude for something that was clearly a misunderstanding. She said idk and I left. I talked to the trainer but honestly it just felt like it wasn’t worth the hassle to try to make a class when I wouldn’t have been able to use the membership to the fullest due to it taking three weeks to go through foundations. I found the cancellation form online and cancelled. I got a phone call the next morning and was told I wasn’t the right fit for the gym. I was indeed angry about this because I hadn’t done anything to anyone at this gym. And I was trying to cancel to no longer have contact with anyone at the gym. I asked what I did wrong and was told I could’ve handled things differently with no further explanation. I just started listing why I was quitting, along with trying to figure out what I did that would make them say that I didn’t belong there. Both trainers, kept nice tones throughout my interactions with them. It’s just what they said was uncalled for.

Great Gym! Very Highly Recommend! I recently signed up with WestLittleRock Crossfit and loving it so far. Kristen Smith took care of my Introductory Classes for CF and I realized she is one of the best trainers I worked with, very attentive, very detailed specific, and most of all have a zeal to help the trainees and give her 100%. I heard Kristen can even do Goal Planning for each Trainee, Isn't that amazing. Group sessions were simply great, Charles and JD were the Trainers that I worked with so far and they were very Professional, they know how to get the results out of your workouts. The Workout of the day is planned before the session so trainees can know what they can expect from a session, so we can prepare for the session mentally and physically. I cannot wait to be part of this Gym community and looking forward to working with other Trainers as well. Highlights: Very Friendly and Attentive Staff Great Gym Space Great Gym Equipment Shop area: Where you can buy all your Nutritional Stuff that you need and more. Definitely Recommend!

WLRCF is absolutely amazing! My wife and I moved to Little Rock not knowing anyone and decided to give CrossFit a try. We weren’t in the best shape ever, but everyone was so supportive and welcoming that it made us actually want to go work out. Destanee guided us through our foundations, and she was and is an absolutely awesome coach! She explains things in ways that anyone can understand and has so much patience never making you feel uncomfortable with your skill level. I definitely felt confident enough to tackle the classes when we were through. Bottom line: if you want to join a gym that really is a community that does things the right way, join West Little Rock CrossFit!

It was hard to move to a new city and meet people during a worldwide pandemic. I needed a new gym, and took a chance on one I saw in a good friends instagram post. It turns out I did not just joined a gym...I joined a TRIBE. No matter which coach is running the class, you will be given guidance, motivation, and support as you reach new capabilities. There are people of all ages and levels of working out. Regardless of your level, you will be met with such as a positive atmosphere that you will find yourself there more then you are home! Great place with great people. Everyone is super friendly and willing to help out with any questions I had. I love coming here and geeking out with friends about fitness. If you don’t know anyone, that’s not a problem, because once you walk in, at least three people will introduce themselves. The workouts are great and challenging and the coaches are amazing with helping newcomers scale the workout to each person’s individual abilities. When people finish the workout, everyone sticks around to cheer the others on. It really is a great place to come to get into shape and meet new friends in the process.

This is truly the first gym where I’ve felt accepted. The coaches and members are great, and they all push me to be stronger every day. The foundations course gave me all the knowledge to get started, and the In Body scans help me track my progress. I have been going to West Little Rock Crossfit since it opened in 2012. The wonderful and supportive staff members are the reason i have reached the goals I have not just in fitness but my overall health. The gym made creative and safe ways to help me stay fit even through COVID-19, following health and safety regulations as much as possible. During the shut down they made sure we all had a way to stay fit. They seamlessly transitioned to online coaching that saved me from losing my progress, in fact I continued to improve.

This is the only CF gym I have ever worked out in, so I do not intend to compare to other gyms. I have been a member at WLRCF for more than 2 years. Friendly form focused instructors that push you, they focus technique and helping you get fit for life. The workouts are tough but the coaches makes them scalable for anyone. Real friendly members with great attitudes. Hard work out in a no frills setting. Highly recommend.

I joined this gym after taking a few years off from CrossFit (and fitness in general 🤦🏼‍♀️) and I’m so glad I did! I am relatively new to the area and didn’t know anyone who went to the gym prior so I was a bit nervous. Everyone is SO friendly and welcoming. All the coaches and members make a point to learn your name and get to know you in a way that instantly makes you feel like you belong. Additionally, it’s obvious that all of the coaches are very knowledgeable about fitness and kinesiology. They give specific pointers tailored to each individual on how to better improve their performance and technique as well as setting appropriate goals and scaling parameters for the WOD. I truly believe this gym can help anyone, regardless of prior skills/fitness level/body type, achieve their best self. you are thinking of dropping in or coming to vcheck it out DO IT!

You won't find a more diverse and inclusive group of people. The most gifted athlete there and the least gifted athlete there are treated as equals by staff and members. There is zero ego whatsoever. The fact that I actually look forward to getting up at 4:45am to be at a 5:15am class should tell you everything you need to know. This box is a major pillar in my life at this point. Not even sure where to begin. From a health/fitness stand point, it has completely healed my knees after having surgery a few years ago, I've lost almost 20lbs since starting June of 2016, and I feel great ALL THE TIME! From a personal perspective, for me and my wife, it is "our thing" and we are both pretty much obsessed at this point. The biggest thing we get from it is the community we are now wrapped up in which extends beyond the gym in the form of float trips and other get-togethers.
