This place is awesome. Morgan and Jennifer have been my trainers and they are very professional. Each workout is 15 minutes but it’s equivalent to hours in the gym. Definitely a must for getting toned in just a 15 minute workouts. It is extremely clean and always one on one training.

Morgan and Jennifer have done a tremendous job guiding me through my workouts which have made a great difference in my overall body strength. At 78, I find I can do things that I was unable to do a short time ago. This program is very beneficial at helping me stay strong enough to live a more productive life regardless of my my age. It has worked for me and it would be beneficial for older people to maintain an independent life and not suffer aches and pains due to muscle loss.

I absolutely love this place. The workouts are challenging yet efficient. The trainers are professional and fun. I have seen excellent results in muscle gain and fat loss. I have also experienced increased mobility in a shoulder that has had limited capabilities since surgery on it in 2020. I highly recommend Manduu of Little Rock.
