There are more popular gym options, but I stand by my home gym because of the team’s customer service. Justin and DC are always very friendly. They’ve multiple times have gone out of their way to assist me and other members. Our gym is also ALWAYS spotless and most importantly, the equipment all work. I can’t say the same about the gym across the street.

Smells great & clean This location has a different VIP check in, At check-in it only says available 1 bed 1 lounger (there’s 2 each) &run times of hydro beds, which that perk is why we choose planet fitness over other gyms in the Las Vegas area and throughout the nation while traveling and performing. They run back to back automatically and can miss a few minutes of run time. I guess as long as no one else comes in in those two minutes for cleaning .. I guess then you can do the bed again 🤷🏻‍♀️ *I like the process at some of the other locations

I highly recommend this gym!! I travel full time and have been to multiple planet fitnesses across states and this one has been by far my favorite. The staff is so nice and they are very approachable. I never felt out of place or like I didn’t belong there. (Going to a new gym every few weeks always has me nervous lol) The gym is always clean and the sanitizers are always full! They also never gave me a hard time about having to sign in manually (because my plan goes through health insurance instead of directly through PF so it’s nothing on their end). Other PF I’ve been to would be extremely annoyed that I had to use my number instead of just scanning so that was such a relief for me. Again, I would 100% recommend this gym!

Truly a specifically amazing PF!! The staff are above and beyond, truly. Shoutout to the work they put into keeping this location clean, safe, and providing helpful information whenever needed. As a female who works out solo at night sometimes, I truly appreciate the ways the staff remembers me and makes me feel looked out for. Not that I’ve ever had any safety issues here! For such a busy location, I’m so impressed at how polite fellow gym goers are. More regulars than you’d think for a busy location. I’ve left (got a membership at another gym for convenience) and come back to this location because it really is just a top notch gym. Busy for a reason! 13/10 would recommend this location specifically!

Great place. Not very crowded most times. Wide variety of machines and enough space for aerobic and/or calisthenic exercises. The staff are alright although I rarely meet the same staff member more than twice... I frequant this gym maybe twice a month (sad) but have been a member for two years and plan on returning to continue maintaining my physical, mental and spiritual health.

Parking lot is well lit and there are other businesses opened 24/7 in the same relatively small parking lot so it feels safe. I'm traveling full time in my tiny house and am currently in this parking lot for the night. No police activity besides them randomly driving through. homelessness is rampant, but I haven't been bothered by foot traffic. Other people seem to be living full time in their cars but they stick to themselves and seem to want to be left alone. Seems quite safe. The planet fitness here does A great job of keeping the place cleaned and well stoked. They're always so professional when I check in. ;)

I've traveled the country in my van over the past few months so I've seen at least 20 different P.F. 's. Take it from me that this is probably the nicest ones you will ever see. Brand new everything and the staff really does a good job keeping the place clean and smelling nicely.

Fantastic gym. Morning people are respectful and wipe down equipment after use. There is a bike rack in front that is bolted down. And you can't beat the price. Equipment seems brand new and there are many different areas you can work out in. Can't beat it!

Great customer service. Guests have restrictions though, which is super pointless. What is the point of a guest if not to show them everything? it would be like a having a guest over at the house and not allowing them to sit. (they wouldn't let guests use massage)

I have been going to fitness centers for years. If you are looking for a body building focus then this is not necessarily your cup of tea. But if you are into shaping up, dropping fat and maintaining a healthy lifestyle in a laid-back format this is your place. Yes, the people who work there are not as out-going as one would desire in a sales unit. One or two reach out and get to know their clientele but most stay behind the desk and will answer questions if you ask which is perfectly legitimate but rather a cold customer relations strategy. Machines are kept clean, operational and quickly maintained if needed. No problems there. Most clients follow the rules and everything runs smoothly. Too many spend too much time getting their dopamine fix through whatever social-media account dealer-man they use and spend long periods of time sitting in an hibernation state on a machine until you hungrily ask them a question regarding availability, and they reply with glazed eyes and "sure, man. 1 more set." and go back to la-la land. I lived through the 1960's in Chicago Wells Street...... Rules say take addiction into the lobby.......But the reality is different....Not angry, just an observation...

This Planet Fitness on East Sahara in Las Vegas is a great place to work out. It is managed by DC, a gentleman who is serious and professional about his work, but who is also a friendly, easy-going person. He cares about the club and his staff, as well as about the members.The club is always clean and well taken care of. My original home Planet Fitness is in NYC, near 34th Street and 7th Avenue. I recommend this club, too, as well as the Planet Fitness in the Bronx, NY, on White Plains Road, near where I used to live. These two clubs are run very professionally, and are kept clean and in good condition, just as the Las Vegas, East Sahara Planet Fitness is. Additionally, the monthly membership cost is very affordable. I have the Black Card membership which allows me to work out at any Planet Fitness. Other people prefer the regular membership because it is half the cost of the Black Card membership. This regular card is between $10 and $12 per month, and is great, as long as you plan to use only one Planet Fitness location.

I like how cheap planet fitness it with a good variety of machines. However my old planet fitness had the locks built into the lockers, for this gym I had to buy one. Inconvenient but not a deal breaker, however it's overall a bit dingy and some of the machines have problems (stationary bike handle was wobbly, missing the part your feet slide into on the peddles, ect.)

It's a nice place to exercise, the staff is awesome. I'm giving 4 stars because i think it needs a scale so we can check our progress. There's a lot of homeless in the gym, which I don't mind if they only use the common area and bathrooms, not the black membership area. One time I asked to use the massage chair but there was a homeless sleeping in there so I just turn around and he ended up using my massage sesion. So the staff gave me another massage at the hydro because I felt bad to bother him 🤷

I really wanted to give this gym 5 stars. Peaceful environment. Fair price & every machine works. The only flaw is that they have a huge homeless problem. Same people every night. Although they are technically members. They're all ways sleeping on the locker room floor or massage chairs. Tonight a guy in the same orange sweater and blue shorts peed all over the restroom floor after maintenance cleaned it. I did report him to the staff but most of the time it's just one guy working alone. I do recommend this gym, but I suggest also bringing a friend. Doesn't hurt to be extra safe and they're free if you get the black card.

I love this gym. Plenty of equipment, all new and in working order. Both men and women of varying levels of fitness working out in harmony. I've been a member since they opened, I'm there 4-6 times a week and have never seen anybody being disrespectful. I don't understand the one bad Review here. This is a conveniently located gym. I'm a senior citizen and walk a mile to and from and have never had a worry. At $10 a month, do your body a favor and check this place out.

I'll be honest, I'm not traditionally a fan of the Planet Fitness company as a whole. The corporation markets itself as a "judgment free zone" but is typically anything but. Most Planet Fitness locations I've see shame serious athletes, I have news for you people, lifting weights makes you grunt and you cant always put them down softly. All of that being said, this isn't a horrible location. I have yet to see the "Lunk Alarm" go off in all of the times I have been there, the place stays clean and the staff seems friendly for the most part. Don't expect free weights, but this a good spot if you're tight on money but still wanna stay in shape.

Super lovely gym on the inside! I took a tour and would be interested in coming here but i shades that i would like to try out the facilities for a week before committing to a year,(this wasn’t an option)....I would have been happy to pay for the week, but the geographical area is not well maintained and is a little shady (tons of trash, large homeless population for example) as as a single female i need to know I’ll feel safe before signing up. Disappointed that this couldn’t be facilitated.

This has been my gym since they opened, I do love it strictly because of convenience being so close. However, they have a terrible problem with homeless people right outside and even people sleeping in their cars. I get that some of it can't be avoided because of the area, but I saw a woman peeing along the side of the building once which was horrifying.

Planet fitness is a great gym for the average person starting out and trying to find a what fits them best. The monthly cost is right and the no contract will help those that have an internal struggle trying to fit the gym into their daily routine. Once you find what works best for you and if you feel the need to upgrade to a gym that has more specialized equipment, you don't have to worry about paying off the rest of a two year contract if you chose to try out a different gym. For me, this gym has everything I need at this time and when I travel for work, I tend to find that planet fitness has locations in the area im at most of the time.

Its another planet fitness. Location is good. Snacks for afterwards are very near by. Friendly staff. Just avoid the after work and early morning rush. Otherwise you wont see a machine in time for your slavery parts to get to work on time.

The new Planet Fitness on 1221 East Sahara is a fantastic place for workouts. It is a place where everyone is accepted and no one is judged just they say. All the equipment is brand new and the staff is very friendly and always be here to help. Always open if you're always ready for work out. I recommend this location if you live in this vicinity or if you want to drive.

Very nice gym! The a/c in this place works sooo goood. When I go its never too crowded. The machines are great and I feel it the next day. Only thing is i wouldnt feel safe here coming at night, the parking lot is...questionable. But if you know the area, then you know.

Not crowded at all. Showers closed (Dec. 2020) due to covid. Everything else is open. The massage chairs and hydromassage are definitely the best feature of this place.

I am giving this planet fitness a 5 star because it won my heart and I thank you for you sweet kindness act.... So I'm getting ready to get out of my car and I see this homeless man walk in and sit down to cool off and no one said anything so then I walk in start exercising and still no one said nothing I'm like okay good so then I go to get some paper towel and a employee was cleaning and he started talking to him with the most respect even asked him if he wanted a water and I thank you for that.... I went back to working out so a hour in a half passed by and he was still there.... So I gotta say thank you again for having a great heart and letting this man cool off and relax.... A lot of places are mean and rude and treat them like animals and that is sickening.... I always say that is someone's mom, dad, grandma, grandpa so have respect would you want someone treating your loved one like that... So tonight I was greatly impressed with the way you guys treated him so again thank you very much for treating him with such respect.... You definitely earned my respect tonight....

Have a membership here. the staff are chill AF very friendly and always seem to be in a good mood and helpful. The trainer is funny . They have aqua massage beds which are great, stand up tanning beds,and the total body fitness bed which i love . It does get crowed on weekdays about 5ish when everyone gets off work so i usually go later at night just because i hate being around alot of people but there is never a shortage of machines they have alot of each. They also have lockers and showers to use . Would highly reccommend this particular location .

I have been a member of Planet Fitness since last November. I find I get everything I need there are they keep the place in maculate they are constantly cleaning. They haven't structures for anything that you want and there is plenty of equipment so you never run out or you're never looking for something that you need.
