If I could give this coach more stars I would. I started the beginning of April and it’s been nothing but good. I started with angel not knowing much about exercising but the basics. I thought to lose weight was only about cardio. He opened a different world with lifting weights. It’s now September and I am down 23 pounds. I just got back from vacation and I was able to maintain my weight even though I was living my best life. His system is very efficiency. Not only is his exercise is great but his mentality is on point as well. Very knowledgeable guy. I am so happy with the results so far, glad I found him. If you are ready to change your lifestyle he’s your guy!! #fnzo #itsalifestyle

If you're thinking of building body strength, changing your diet, this is the place to go. Angel is amazing. Results are real. I know a lot of people whose lives have changed including myself. The workouts are tough at times but fun and Angel is very encouraging and makes sure you are doing the exercises properly and even shows different options if you have limitations. In the last 4 months I been there I am down 20 pounds, we have worked on my posture and have change my diet. I started going to FNZO 3 months after postpartum. I had 2 c-sections with in 2 years. I had no core connection. Angel guide and help me with exercises so I could gain my core back. At first I couldn’t do much but we slowly worked on my way. He checks in with us daily to make sure we are logging in our food. I can’t thank Angel enough for helping me with my goals.

A great way to start your fitness journey if you’re scared of a big gym! Offers classes at many hours, so there’s no excuse. Angel is knowledgeable and professional. He listens to your goals, is understanding of any injuries, works closely with you, and constantly encourages to push yourself. 10/10 recommend! Wish I would’ve come across him sooner.

If I could give this gym 10 stars I definitely would. Come see for yourself why this gym is the best gym to be at. Not only is every class a killer workout but you get a quality top notch trainer!! I can’t thank Angel enough for getting me to believe in myself and to push through my workouts AND nutrition! FNZO has transformed my body, mentality, and way of eating. I used to struggle with an eating disorder, was brainwashed by fast weight loss gimmicks, and wasn’t getting anywhere. I joined just in time for the 6 week challenge and let me tell you, as long as you put in the work you will see results!!! I have found a forever gym! I can’t wait to continue my journey because this is only the beginning :)

Before I started working out with a trainer I really had no idea of much workouts on my own. I would only do cardio and very little weight activities. Ever since I began training with Angel he has helped me so much to branch out and learn new workout movements with weights and follow a workout plan so I really target specific muscles on specific days. I love the progress I’ve seen since I began branching out. Both physically and mentally. I’m comfortable working out on my own knowing I have good technique and working certain muscles on different days. I would highly recommend this class for anyone who wants to start working out but doesn’t really have much knowledge he will teach you so much and be right by your side through your journey!

My experience at FNZO's bootcamp has been great i love attending Angel's classes he makes all the workouts fun, his always motivating us and pushing us too keep doing the workouts when we feel we can't no more, he also helps us on learning a healthier way too eat. I personally have achieved the goal of loosing lots of weight so far I've lost bout 18lbs or even a bit more, still need more too achieve to be where i want too be. I know for a fact that with Angels help and motivation i will achieve my goals.. Thanks FNZO for all the help and motivation you give us too keep moving forward really appreciate it.
