I suffer from really bad social anxiety in a traditional gym never really worked for me. I’m very much overweight and never really knew how to be healthy or have a routine for myself. Not to mention I would be so nervous that I was doing the exercises wrong and had no idea how to correct myself and assumed everyone was watching so I just ended up never going. In a traditional gym I didn’t ever have the motivation to go nor the know how to really push my body the way I needed to. But that’s not a problem at bikini. Everyone is extremely kind and it’s worth every penny I was initially hesitant to make that kind of investment monthly but it’s so much more than a workout class a couple times a week it’s an entire community of people who care and check on you. Its having access to ask questions about anything under the sun nutrition or workout wise. And most importantly is having a safe all female environment dedicated on bettering your body and your mindset without having to be worried that you’re being judged because everyone there cares about your success as much as you do.

Best experience I have had with a gym/personal training and personalized meal plan. I've been coming to Bikini Fitness for almost a year now. I feel nothing but confident and comfortable when working out here. I’ve tried every single gym and diet possible and nothing has work long term. I finally decided to try Bikini Fitness and it has changed my life completely. I’ve lost over 40lbs and I feel great. I eat delicious meals and I don’t have the urge to binge eat any junk food. As soon as I joined they treated me like family, we share recipes and we have a great support system with clients and coaches. The owner Kim and the trainers are awesome. They will create a meal plan for each person individually, it’s not a one size fits all kind of thing. They are all invested in each client and push you to your limits when working out.

When I first moved to Vegas, I was looking to get back to the gym after taking some time off during the pandemic. I found Bikini Fitness online, and met Kim for a consultation shortly after. She is professional and positive and I love how much she gets excited to see personal transformations in each woman she meets! The trainers are all excellent, offering personal sessions as well. The bonus for me was the meal plan and nutrition side, with accountability. It made me realize where the excess calories, fat and (especially) sugar are in my diet. Hands down the best gym I ever went to! I love the trainers here I have gotten faster results in 5 months than I ever got at the big gyms throughout all my years I have gone. I actually get excited to go workout! The trainers are great, they make sure to push their clients to the the fullest! They also take the time to know their clients on a personal level! This place is wonderful! You are treated like friends and everyone is so encouraging to each other and accepting. The work outs are intense but the instructors are very good to help you adjust anything to your fitness level. I am older and have had a lot of injuries and surgeries and they have always been very good to help me ensure I do not re- injure myself. I have never felt intimidated or embarrassed here. It is always meticulously clean and the atmosphere is always upbeat and positive. The Pilates class is amazing!! I recommend to everyone.

Like so many women, I thought eating healthy, not going over calories, and cardio would be the answer to getting the body that I want. I feared weights, especially on my legs, because I was so afraid of getting bulky. I eventually learned this was not the way, but understanding form through reading online was so hard, so I hired a personal trainer for 3 months before coming to Bikini Fitness. I thought I was getting a good work out, he was making me try things I'd never done before and I was completely wiped out after our sessions doing forward lunges across his gym. I wanted to prioritize hipthrusts for glutes and communicated this, but he did not listen. He also told me to eat a lot, but not how. At the end of the 3 months no progress. Then I found Bikini Fitness. Kim is so sweet, hilarious and assertive, I knew within seconds I'd get results here when I arrived for my consult. She set me up with a meal plan down to the macros, in which I was eating more than I could imagine! She will teach you what supplements you should use if you choose to (I recommend!) The first work out, nearly brought me to tears. I realized I wasted thousands of dollars with my prior trainer. I had no understanding of proper form. The ladies here will eye every movement and posture you make like a hawk. I couldn't believe how much difference a tiny tweak in foot placement for example, could make in how I felt in my body. Every trainer here that I met was phenomenal and brought their own unique gifts and talent. They push you, and find your limits, and you progress quickly because they take such good care of you so every muscle is worked efficiently, not just strained! And after every session, I'd feel euphoric and energized, not roughly worked out like with my last trainer. I learned that working out is not about being worked out, its about following a plan and challenging yourself, not killing yourself every time. I did 3-4 months of personal training with Bikini Fitness, and have applied everything I've learned there to continue on my own, but I can't wait to come back. They offer group classes that are a steal of a price too. I wish I had found BF and Kim sooner in my life. Besides getting fitter, I saw huge benefits to my anxiety and mental health following the meal plan (I cant believe I was undereating my whole life!) I now feel comfortable at the weight room at the gym, and I have made the best investment possible to myself and my body which has benefitted EVERYTHING else in my life. You will not regret trying Bikini Fitness and I hope my review is demonstrative of how grateful I am for my experience there. They are rated top 5 gyms in Las Vegas and they earned and deserve that spot!!!

After seeing Kimberly 1 time for a personal training session, I was mind blown and hooked of course! She works my body wonders and cares about each and every one of her clients EQUALLY! I don’t know where to start with Bikini Fitness! I cannot say enough amazing things about them. A gym dedicated to helping women? Sign me up! Small classes, personalized meal plan and support group with recipe ideas. I lost 20 lbs in 8 weeks. The only other time I had lost that much weight (and didn’t have the muscle or body composition to go along with it) was doing 6 days a week of spin and that took me 6 months. OMG!!! The best place ever. The trainers are the best. Aviva, she is a professional trainer, who builds you a diet menu and is suitable for training. hold your hands from the beginning, step by step. For me its give me the opportunity to come to class without being embarrassed, because there are no men in training. Probably the best studio out there! The trainers are so professional, they know exactly what they are doing and you literally get to see results within a month! I cannot recommend this place enough , you have to come and see for yourself !

I have yet to try a personal training class, but the group classes are amazing! The trainers are there to help you & push you to your fullest potential! the classes are small, therefore allowing the trainers to really focus on everyone correcting form as needed. As a mom of 3 & a crazy schedule for work I love going mainly because the workouts are set up for me I don’t have to think what am I going to work out today? You just sign up for the specific class you want to attend and show up! It’s so much more than a gym!
