I LOVE the training I get with Devin. Every time I go, hr has a completely different workout but always addresses the goals I have set. He moved the sessions quickly but always with extreme attention to form and will always make adjustments as needed and on the spot. The gym facility is clean, state-of-the-art, quiet, friendly and full service. I DO NOT like going to a gym but I LOVE going to Hoffacker Fitness. I look forward to each session

Hoffacker Fitness truly has a first class program that’s personal, private, and geared towards your specific goals. The certified trainers have a unique technical approach, train clients in a comfortable environment, and teach overall wellness, which is something you don’t see in the large fitness chains. Coming from someone that’s trained at multiple gyms, I can’t think of a better place!

As of this post, I have spent 14 years at Hoffacker Health and Fitness. During that time, I've gotten to know the clients, and many are Hoffacker clients for life. Even though the training is private, there is a positive, uplifting community of folks here who are focused on getting better every day. There is no other fitness experience like this. I am not a big gym rat but wanted to get in shape so I called Devin at Hoffacker Health and Fitness to create a program to achieve my goals. My main goal was strength training and second was to improve my tennis game. Devin evaluated my abilities and then designed a program to meet my needs. He changes my workout every time without having to think about it. He has a gift. He also has the knowledge to explain the muscle groups and their function when I ask. I really enjoyed my experience here. The facility is excellent, and everyone I met was very friendly and knowledgeable. My initial assessment was incredibly thorough, and although I have plenty of work to do I wasn't ever made to feel as though I wasn't "good enough" already. The goals felt attainable, and the focus was on health rather than aesthetics. I was completely comfortable and at ease with my trainer Brian, and would recommend Hoffacker to anyone.

I did sessions with Lauren Palladino that were amazing. I had a bulging disc & she taught me core & strengthen basics that never irritated my injury. I received such undivided attention to my injury, but with the incredible knowledge of how to strengthen my body without any effect on my injury. I ended up having to have surgery, but i am so excited to be returning once cleared. Their knowledge & coaching are 2nd to none.
