Genesis is Life Changing! I basically started from scratch about 2 months ago. I cant say enough about Coach/Trainer Andrew. All Genesis Staff are amazing. I am so grateful for their expertise, patience, and dedication. Adult strength training is so important. Genesis provides excellent guidance and a fun atmosphere. Wish I could give Genesis more than 5 stars!

Have been going to Genesis now for about 4 months. LOVE this place. For a 50 + year old, I really appreciate the trainers making modifications for me on the fly during workouts. Wow, what to say about Genesis!? First, you are met with an incredibly encouraging and judgement free environment. The trainers approach you with kindness, empathy, and an arsenal of knowledge! Genesis makes personal goals attainable, while being fun. The workout structure is challenging and worth the effort. I have been back for 6-7 months and attend 3-4 days of group during the week. I am proud of the gains I have made in strength, body evolution, and personal confidence. I have no problem in saying Genesis is the best! So grateful for the Adult Strength Program.

Love this place! The adult boot camp workouts are challenging but the excellent coaches individualize them for any fitness level. I enjoy the camaraderie of the group while all working toward our own strength and fitness goals.

This is my home away from home! I have been with the Genesis for over year and a half now and I couldn't be more grateful. With the family atmosphere and amazing workouts I couldn’t have chosen a better place to workout. All of the trainers are very professional and knowledgeable. It does not get boring. If you’re looking for a great gymn to workout at, look no further. Genesis is it!

Best gym I've joined - great, challenging workouts complemented by phenomenal staff. Everyone is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their work. You see a variety of workouts on a weekly basis - every week is different. Great tunes as well. Highly recommend.

This place has been a special place in my life. I've been on and off from this place since I was 7 or 8 years old but I've always came back. Now I'm almost full time and everything from my sports to my weightlifting has improve tremendously. Definitely check them out.

I’ve been coming here once or twice a week now for just about a year. I started after my physical therapy was complete following my knee replacement surgery. I will be 73 in 2 weeks and there is no question that I have benefited a lot from working here. The biggest advantage I’m seeing is that I’m adding 4/5 miles an hour to my golf swing. I think that is the result of being stronger and more flexible than I was a year ago.
