I have been attending this gym for about a year and a half now (with a break period of 6 months for TRADOC) and absolutely LOVE IT! The workouts are great (at kicking your butt/pushing you) but can also be scaled to adjust for injury, rehab, fitness level, etc. The coaches are all amazing people and are great at ensuring saftey and fun while motivating you to do more. You can definitely see improvements in your overall fitness level when going here and I look forward to each and every class (mostly, until I see wall balls in the workout lol). Highly recommend and the membership is more than worth it.

Great coaching and warm, friendly group of fitness enthusiasts! They take great care to ensure your safety and are very encouraging regardless of your fitness level. Good hardware and not overpriced. If you've been considering trying out CrossFit, this is the place to do it!

I joined FBCF in July and have been nothing short of ecstatic with my experience. I feel like I have found a group of like-minded individuals who treat each other like family. They are extremely supportive of each other. I have made vast improvements to my overall health and have no plans to slow down. I encourage anyone willing to give crossfit a shot to come out and give it a try. You won't be disappointed!

LOVE THIS COMMUNITY - I have been a member since January 2017 — this gym is for every one! They have recently added a BURN class and this helps me get to the gym when I am not feeling 100% for a CrossFit type workout that day! COME JOIN US - YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

FBCF is a fantastic community of encouraging and positive people! Walked in the door after 3 years of running injuries and just 1 year later am stronger, more flexible, doing things I never thought possible in fitness (translate weight lifting), and am back to enjoying trails. Come workout with us!

I only made it a little less than a year before I just got too busy, but they do a fantastic job of creating a helpful environment for getting fit for beginners and experienced trainers alike. All the staff are excellent and helpful. I would go back again once my schedule permits.
