Trish is well inclined with the knowledge of health and fitness! I truly enjoy my personal training sessions with her and it’s only been 30 days out of my 90 day transformation and I’m seeing major improvements already. Her facility is very clean and inviting and I love the music that keeps me motivated to keep grinding. She is great at holding you accountable and allowing you to see your weight falling off. I would suggest both small group or personal training. I personally chose the 90day training so that I can have someone coach me through my eating and also have that one to one chance to get educated on my body personally. And I love her apparel! Join TWT you won’t regret! Real results!!

I am pleased with my experience and result at TWT Fitness. The people there have good energy and I feel comfortable when I work out there, which is very important to me. I am in the 90 day transformation program and in week 3 I am seeing results. Trish designs my workout, I am almost sticking to the meal plans :) and doing the work on my off days. I'm happy to support a woman owned business especially when they are doing great things. You owe it yourself to check it out! You ARE worth it! Even the bathroom smell pretty!

I started training with Trish in the beginning days of January. I’m the type of person who absolutely does not like to work out, especially being a girl of bigger build(plus size). However, I have enjoyed working out with Trish and now love working out with her. I have dropped more than 10 pounds within the first month and have seen great results. I’m no where close to where I want to be yet, but I’ve seen a great improvement from where I began, thanks to Trish. Trish is an absolute sweetheart and one of my favorite trainers- she pushes and challenges you when you need it and also will substitute work outs you feel like you can’t do. I'm approaching my 60 of 90 days personal training with TWT, & I love it! Trish and her team show that they are committed to help us reach our goals and I'm happy thus far in my journey. We are given specified workouts to target our goal areas & overall fitness goals, workouts plans to do on our "off" days, and weekly meal plans to follow. I love the apps that are used and the bands, step, & yoga classes that are offered. The facility is clean, decorated beautifully, and the apparel line is BOMB! I love the stylish variety of options and the quality is A1! I, personally, am looking to gain weight, & have been able to connect with other women just like me, who struggle to do so on their own. It's exciting to be surrounded by a community of women who share similar goals, whether it be to lose or gain weight. It's great to know that we're not alone in our fitness journeys. We encourage one another when we struggle and we celebrate one another when we reach our goals. You can scope the room and clearly see the results from the women that have been apart of the TWT family. It's empowering & motivating for sure! Trish is super understanding, caring, and will work with us if we are struggling both physically and mentally. She exudes a high level of professionalism and is serious about her business, yet she is so cool and down to earth. I look forward to continuing my journey with TWT! Training with Trish is a whole vibe! As a former college athlete, I was looking to get back in shape after having my son. I have been doing personal training for about 1.5 months and I’ve already seen phenomenal results. Trish is a master at challenging you to push past your limits while also supporting you. I feel empowered, fit, and completely out of breath after each workout. In addition to being a top-notch trainer, Trish is simply a kind-hearted person. Is it possible to regain muscle mass after age 50? The short answer? Absolutely. “Yes, yes, yes—100 percent yes,” emphasized by my physician who recommend I invest in a personal trainer to achieve my results. That’s when I locate TWT on Goggle. Having just reached my 60 day milestone with TWT. I couldn’t be happier with the results and now committed to an additional 90 days to put the icing on the cake. I’ve always trained and ate healthy but I’ve never been able to achieve the results I hoped for when I was younger. This was my first experience working with a female personal trainer. The results have far exceeded my expectations, I’m truly astounded. I put much of my success down to my trainer, Trish. She has been an absolute wealth of knowledge and encouragement. I have been attending the large group training going on a month and I love it. Trish is very motivating and pushes you through every workout . The women in the gym are motivating as well as they push you when you feel like you can’t make it though . Joining this gym help me in ways beyond getting fit , it help mentally. TWT Fitness is most definitely the place to be whether you're a pro at fitness or just starting out. You will not be disappointed by the workouts or the motivation surrounding you. It is certainly a family environment and everyone pushes one another. I utilized the large group class because I love high energy and I like to have others that will push me to keep going. Working out at TWT was all that plus more. It allowed me the opportunity to workout 3 times each week plus attend the high energy boot camp. On top of all of that, the trainer Trish is amazing. She has such a calm demeanor, but certainly holds you accountable during your workouts whether you're in the gym or at home. She is extremely thorough in cleanliness of the facility and you can tell that she and her staff take pride in ensuring a safe environment for their clients. She also offers some of the most comfortable workout apparel I've ever worn. It is just an overall great place to be where you feel great, you look great, and we get to show out and work hard while doing so. I will forever support this amazing place and trainer!

I started doing the drop-in classes Trish offered on Saturdays, when I could… then started doing Wednesday drop ins as well because I really liked the classes. So, I signed up. I appreciate the different times she offers so you can choose what time works best for you and your schedule. The music is great, the energy is great and I feel so much better afterwards! Amazing women gym owned by a young black queen. Trish and staff are amazing! Facility: The gym, office area and restrooms are always in tip top shape. My mom is OCD and would come here and live how clean it is, trust me. There are Clorox/Lysol wipes to wipe down every item you use, I look around and the way Trish keeps it clean others faithfully wipe down their fitness equipment after using them. The cleanliness of the gym allows me to get in there and focus instead of worrying about germs. This gym has all of the equipment you need and still spacious. Training: I love the weekly assessments along with the accountability. Trish gonna keep it real with you whether your doing good with your regimen or not. Get ready to WORK though… her favorite number is 100, so be ready! Some days you just might die and come back to life. She always has that music too that just makes you want to work harder. I love the slow change I’m seeing in my body… slow and steady keeps the weight off for me. Recovery: She 100% invest in her gym for her clients. I Hv used the full vibration plate, sauna and vibration foam roller. When I tell you those items help loosen your muscles. You’ll love it! Overall, amazing gym! Glad my sister introduced me to this gym. Can’t wait to see the difference after my 90 day challenge.

I am a introvert and tend to be kinda of shy. For these reasons I never really wanted to join a gym, but my friend encouraged me to try it out and I’m so glad she did. Trish is extremely personable and she gets you results! Playlist in a workout is important to me and the playlist is always great! This is my second month and I couldn’t be more please. I had been working out for a year before on my own before I joined but in these two months I’ve seen more progress than I had in a year. TWT is really the transformation factory!

I have been training with TWT fitness (Trish) for 3 weeks now. She is patient encouraging and will push you to your limit. This facility is a Woman Only facility so you feel very comfortable around other ladies who are trying to achieve similar goals. So far I am very pleased with the process I am making with getting in a routine and building my endurance. I haven't seen results yet, but I know they are coming. Her facility is very clean and she keeps it sanitized after each use of equipment. I love how the other ladies push you when you want to give in, in the middle of your workouts. This sisterhood with the women in my group is very encouraging which helps me throughout each workout. Trish is an excellent trainer very calm and has a great spirit. I am so happy that my friend Uwali and her sister refered me to TWT with Trish. I plan to join the large group after my 90 day transformation.

The best trainer out!!!! Trish has taught me better eating habits, and how to maintain my diet & workouts beyond just the gym. This in my opinion is priceless but extremely valuable if we had to put a price on it. I highly recommend TWT to everyone trying to better their lives through fitness and personal training. I love everything about this gym & Trish (the trainer) very professional, the environment is very nice.... even through Covid I feel safe coming to the gym vs any other gym. I have worked out in several gyms but never could be consistent, but working out @TWT Fitness I was able to come right in and lose 6 lbs in 10 days, I was put on a diet regimen, other gyms don’t focus on your diet.
