I always look forward to my classes here!! Originally I was looking for a hot yoga studio and came upon TruFusion. I was super interested in the variety of classes the studio offered, and the raving reviews sealed the deal. It’s been a month since then and I am in love with all the classes and instructors! You truly get a great workout and it’s always a fun time. I’ve been telling and bringing friends with me and they love it too. 10/10 recommend.

Took my first class here recently and can’t wait to come back! Sade is the best and her Tru Yin class was a perfect wind down to the day. The staff gave me and my friend a tour of the facility and it was really impressive and beautiful! It made me want to try out all of the different classes that they offer. I was hooked on TruFusion after I took my first class! I primarily go for the hot yoga but love the barre and pilates as well — it’s so fun that they offer so many options, and I’ve enjoyed pushing myself to try new things. All the instructors & people I’ve met through the studio are incredible and the most kind — couldn’t recommend enough!!!!! Also love that they offer a student discount :)

I’ve been in search of a gym that’s felt like “home” for a long time. Walking into tru I immediately felt it. Front staff is beyond helpful and kind. All of the instructors are so knowledgeable in their craft and are truly the best of the best. I’m obsessed with the fact that I can try so many different classes but also do the things I already knew and love. Trufusion is everything I’ve ever looked for in a gym and I’m so grateful I found it!

Ugh.. here come the tears LOL - as I write this, all I can think of is the absolute joy, growth, and comfort I have felt coming here since I started in October. I have been to *many* gyms - orange theory, lifetime, F45.. you name it, I've been there! And hands down, TruFusion is the BEST gym/studio I have ever been to. The variety of classes, the energy from the instructors, and the community that's developed here in the past year is phenomenal. I look forward to coming here every . single. day. Moving back to my hometown (Houston), was a very difficult process for me.. I had gone to an extremely low place in life. Deb, Casey, Jacobb, D, Ivonne, EVERYONE at TruFusion pulled me out of there. The camaraderie here is unmatched. Each instructor truly enabled me to feel the most confident I have ever felt. I cannot rave about TruFusion enough! Best gym ever.

I found TruFusion by luck from a friend out of Vegas, and the experience has been life changing. Challenging workouts, staff that makes you feel welcome and good about just showing up, also thee best instructors teaching classes that are challenging and rewarding. I am a traditional weight lifter and treadmill cardio workout person that spends a lot of time outdoors. TruFusion gives me a better, more challenging, better sweat workout. I am more flexible, faster definition, in a more positive and enjoyable atmosphere!! A must try for ALL workout lovers.

Favorite studio in Houston! Each teacher is truly a master of their craft. Ideal for people who get bored of just one kind of exercise class, the variety here is incredible as well as their facilities and locker room! My favorite classes are the barre, pilates, HIIT and of course cycling! Also, the music selection is amazing which is huge for workouts. The instructors are friendly an un-pretentious and down to earth! TruFusion is truly a gem and I can’t speak more highly of this studio overall.

I absolutely LOVE Trufusion, it so so clean and crisp in side with all the amenities before, during and after working out. I ESPECIALLY LOVE Heather's Barre class...she's the reason why I even gave it a try because I already have a membership to another wonderful studio. She was the bait that brought me in (and I can't say enough wonderful things about her badass class that has changed my body and the way that I look at myself for the first time in my life)...but now, I'm very curious to check out other types of classes that are offered. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This morning was my 4th class with TruFusion. Let's just say TruFusion deserves a review(s) because WOW, my experiences with them has been amazing. The energy is highly a 10. The instructors pushes you to your limit and dare to not let you quit. - - Yoga with Ameena was exactly what I was looking for. Exactly that, YOGA. To breathe, relax, a calmful stretches here and there. It was exactly what I needed at that moment and her voice is was so soothing. - I enjoyed boxing with Daisha. Her playlist was everything. Great music fills the soul and her playlist did not fail me with that. I love how it wasn't just boxing but also a mixture of weight cardio. Last but not least, I love Daisha's energy. I'm a hyper girl and I was confident enough to be just that. - Tonne's yoga class had me stretching my muscles I didn't know I had and I am SO grateful for that. I'm runner so it was just what I needed. I felt relaxed, challenged and peaceful. This is all what we need so I highly recommend her when in a moment of trials mentally, spiritually and physically. - Meagan's HIIT kiiiiiiiiiilled me. I wanted to leave the class countless of times because of how intense it was but Meagan pushed my limit. In my personal opinion, when a trainer pushes me to my limit, it's the trainer that I want for myself. Meagan was just that. Above all, I love TruFusion and the Team <3

This place is like my second home. I started going a few months ago and I immediately fell in love. All of the instructors are so motivating and encouraging. I haven’t taken a class that wasn’t amazing. All of the rooms are very clean and the lights and music take your workout to another level. Recently took the TruFlo ( hot yoga) class with Iris last Thursday. She was very interactive, weaving in between students throughout the class Unlike other instructors at LT or 24HF, she was good at giving BOTH praise AND corrections when warranted. Her transitions were thoughtful and seamless. Unfortunately, Iris currently teaches ONLY the 6am Thursday class. Hopefully, the studio will give her more accessible time slots. TruFusion was very upscale and gave off very tranquil vibes. More impressive was the sense of community and how supportive everyone was of the newbies...... Everyone seemed to know everyone else name before and after the class, Definitely a welcome difference from other studios. I will be back

All the classes are great! Shout out to yoga instructors Micah, Diego and Casey. Very knowledgeable! You’ll notice great results from the barre classes with Tony and Heather. But truly all the instructors are excellent! The staff is very welcoming.

I am OBSESSED with TruFusion! I’ve tried so many other workout classes in Houston and I love that with trufusion you literally have it all—yoga, pilates, HIIT, barre and spin! Trufusion is such an amazing one stop shop gym. This place gives you no reason to not do a two a days. I get my strength training in with bootcamp or hot Pilates and then get my cardio with spin. The teachers are all knowledgeable and the concept is one that works. I enjoy working out here and would recommend it to anyone that appreciates a good intense work out!

This is the most awesome place! It’s new, it’s funky fresh! The owners, the GM Denae, and the entire TruFusion team have rallied to create an impeccably clean (for us clean freaks) environment. I have no idea how they get the tons of sweat out that my Covid “50” leaves behind. I am just trying to get back into the yoga part now but it’s so much more that I’m looking forward to participating. The team is a cohesive family and it shows through their smiling faces and helpful tips throughout the getting going phase. If you are bored, need to shed or shred, up for a challenge or simply want to surround yourself with some nice folks, then C’mon down to TF Post Oak!

I'm always finding new places because of ClassPass and this one is definitely one of the favorites that I just found! The places is massive with options to do so many things! I tried cycling and my instructor was very nice and helped me accommodate. The facility is beautiful and clean, the lockers are gorgeous and clean and they have everything you need.
