One of the best gym I have come across till date!! Heard really good things about this gym and thought of give it a try..it’s been about 2 months now since I joined and there is nothing but positive things to say about this gym. This gym has quite a few elite trainers who has tons and tons of experience and can help you achieve the goals you want. My elite trainer is Ahmed Jamal who is the owner of this gym as well..and within this two months, people has seen a lot of difference in me..there is no gym out there who is going to provide you a diet plan, create a group where everyone motivate each other and where your trainers answer your questions anytime of the day!! If you need a place where you want to transform yourself permanently , JNS is the place to go!!! I promise you, you won’t regret it!!

I have been a member of JNS for 6 months and they offer a lot of equipment and great personal trainers that will help achieve your goals. My trainer was Nate and he helped me learn the proper form and techniques to improve and diversify my workouts. He is super nice and encouraging and helped create a very supportive environment in the gym. Overall I recommend him to anyone trying to bulk or cut as his workouts are great!

I started back with them in September with JNS and it has been awesome!!! Pooja is my personal trainer she makes working fun motivates you and keeps you entertain. She pushes you to do the best you can do. I also like the feature that they have giving me a meal plan I can follow and I can ask questions about it when I need too. I just joined JNS last week, honestly it was a hard decision to me to buy a elite training package ... commitment phobia i guess =) I had a baby a year and a half ago and I have a few more lbs to lose and wanted to regain my strength and tone. I have had 2 sessions with my trainer Pooja and wow i feel amazing, and sore and motivated . Ahmed helped me with the process of signing up - he's phenomenal, and Pooja has been pushing me in my sessions and she is superb. I cant wait to see how my journey unfolds with JNS.

This gym is by far the best! The owners, Ahmed and Hassan are always ready to help and push you out of your comfort zone. And I have been lucky to be trained by the two of them and Dow. These 3 trainers have different styles of training that can be challenging and difficult but doable and fun. The training package that you get is unbeatable! It comes with meal plans that allows you to lose weight and enjoy the food that is to be prepared for meal prepping!

JNS is awesome. I signed up for the personal training program in preparation for my wedding and have already noticed results in a few weeks! My trainer is Pooja and so far I LOVE my experience with her. She truly motivates me to work harder during each session. My consultation was with Samar, who took the time to sit down with me and discuss my fitness goals, measure my starting weight, body fat, etc. and showed me the different options available to me. The program I am taking also includes diet plans by Hassan, who took the time to create a meal plan that was suited for my goals. I'm excited for my results and I am glad I choose Pooja as my trainer and JNS as my gym!

I have been a JNS member for over 6 months now. Have joined many gyms in the past and quit as i could not gather the motivation to continue on my own independently. I found the JNS approach to be very different. The focus is more on personal fitness and customized programs. Here i found the trainers to be extremely engaged and invested in your personal fitness journey. I have seen phenomenal difference in my personal health with great help from my Trainer Dow. Dow keeps the sessions very engaging and keeps rotating the exercises so as to keep the variety. For the first time in 20 years i actually look forward to going to the gym and doing some serious work there. My endurance has increased drastically as well. Nutrition counselling by Hasan is top notch. He has helped me with a meal plan that is very easy to manage, actually tastes good and makes a dramatic difference in my weight and body fat % .

The team will assess your goals, perform a complete body analysis to identify target areas, provide you with meal plans and work with your schedule. The app allows you to sign up for group sessions and book appointments with your trainer. My trainer is Ahmad who has a background in kinesiology and it shows. His workouts are efficient and I saw results very quickly. I joined to improve my muscle tone and posture and I’m impressed with the results. I feel like I have more energy and confidence. If you want someone who will genuinely help you achieve your goals call Ahmad and the JNS fitness team.

It's 6 month's now since I've joined. Hassan, one of the owners and Mike one of the trainers at JNS, has been incredibly invested in my health from the get-go. He use to explain me each workout, each meal in the diet plan, and was always available on the phone to discuss matters. I have never had such a great one-on-one service from the gym before. Never been more impressed with a personal training program. JNS Fitness takes the frustrating nebulosity out of exercise/wellness in a remarkably personal manner. I’ve never had a personal trainer before but I’ve worked out most of my adult life. After I had my baby it was really hard to lose the post partum weight. After doing hard core workouts like Orange Theory, I still was not seeing any significant improvement, in fact my knee and ankle pain just got worse. I finally decided to give JNS a try. My friends had worked out with Pooja before a few times so I took their word and a leap for faith with Pooja as my trainer. I’ve been working for her for a little over 2 months now and I am beyond satisfied! She is TOUGH! Like I mentioned I have always worked out but I have never worked out as hard as I have in these last 2 months. The thing I like about Pooja is that she pushes you, listens to your concerns, makes sure your form is always right and most of all, bc she is a woman she is able to really understand the problem areas of a woman. That’s what’s really made a difference for me - that annoying back fat, the triceps jiggle, and that pooch that just wont leave - I’ve seen big improvements in those areas and it’s all bc of Pooja’s training. I also feel like what’s equally (if not more) important is the diet and Hasan has really helped me with that. Not gonna lie, I cheat a little with food. But his diet is realistic and sustainable, not these fad diets that work for a little bit and then you end up gaining 10 lbs the second you cheat. Overall, I am very pleased with my fitness plan and highly recommend JNS to anyone who wants to make a big change and wants to really get and stay strong!

I typically don't write reviews but wanted to share my experience with JNS Fitness. I joined JNS Fitness three months ago. I have been a member of other fitness clubs and would go for a short time and then carry the membership card with the hopes of returning only to cancel many months after not using the gym. This gym is different. From the moment that I joined, I was made to feel part of their fitness community. My trainer (co-owner Ahmed) started out slowly to make sure that I could handle the exercises and with each session the exercises and deliverables became more rigorous. His brother (co-owner Hassan) provided me with a meal plan from which I immediately started seeing results. The two of them work hand in hand to ensure that the fitness plan works for each respective individual and the meal plan changes if results are not seen. Ahmed is very motivated to help me achieve my health goals. I truly appreciate the support that Ahmed and Hassan have provided and the welcoming community feel that I received from joining this gym. If you are looking to make a real change in your life and start a healthy transition that will help you reach your fitness goals, then I highly recommend that you see Ahmed and Hassan Jamal.

I have been going to JNS for couple months with Mike as my trainer. He is very professional and always motivates me to achieve my fitness goals. Within a very short span of time, I see many positive changes in my fitness level. Along with losing weight. I can see that I am building muscle and stamina. He is not only great at total body workout, he taught me many stretches that tremendously help me with any sore muscles I may have after the workouts. The gym is very clean and the staff is friendly. I came to this location while was on vacation for three weeks the whole procedure from membership to working out with trainer was a really good experience i wish they had a branch in canada as well. The results i got frm tht three week training were excellent p.s(i was not expecting that good result).My trainer Ahmed was keeping track of my food as well that helped me alot as i loose track easily. I have recently started working out here and I absolutely love this place! Everyone is super friendly and there's no shame in revealing your insecurities in this place. I love my diet plan that was provided with my package, it's very realistic and Hasan (the trainer who provides the diet plans) makes sure he considers your food preferences and makes changes according to your needs. I personally work with Pooja! SHE IS THE BEST TRAINER I HAVE EVER HAD. She listens to you and understands your goals. She is very motivating and pushes you to your limits however if you have a low day or tired she understands your condition and takes care of you like family. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and hardworking. I love working out in this gym and I highly recommend this place and POOJA! She's the BEST TRAINER FOR WOMEN.

I started with JNS about a year ago and it has been a great experience. Initially i was skeptical because I’ve tried the diets and gym routine, but because of a close friend who recommended the gym, i decided to try. First month was amazing and i saw results on my measurement. I decided to keep up with it and lost a little over 30lbs and was feeling wonderful. I unfortunately due to an injury had to pull back, but what i witnessed at this gym was beyond great. The two JNS brothers are in this for one reason and one reason only, they want to see people do well. I have been going to this gym since 2018. There are several gyms close to my house but I am committed to driving 20 minutes to JNS as this gym has all the weight and cardio equipment you need for a solid workout. The owners are very professional and friendly and they keep the gym very clean. I also trained with Hassan, owner and trainer, and found him to be exceptionally professional and motivated to help me transform. He works very hard with his clients to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Overall JNS is a nice and clean gym and it doesn't get too crowded.The staff are very friendly and the trainers are great! I personally was the type to look up workouts on pinterest and then do them, but I wasn't really challenging myself. The workouts that my trainer, Pooja gives me really pushes my butt and makes me challenge myself! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to get into shape with great workouts.

Amazing gym experience, I've already seen the results, less fat, more muscle definition in just my first 3 weeks training with Mike who knows how to plan and execute a total body fitness experience. I've never felt and looked better. The Saturday group workouts are a blast and very challenging but still good for all levels. All the trainers are great and help you out, regardless of who your main trainer is. Join JNS and start your own journey. You won't regret it.

Had an awesome workout at JNS as usual! I come here for personal training. My trainer, Ahmed, really knows how to target my problem areas and gives me a workout that helps me to get rid of those self-conscious parts of my body. Since I’ve started last year, I’ve lost about 30 pounds plus inches and body fat!! My goal wasn’t even to lose this much but after seeing my results, I decided to keep going. I’ve never been a huge gym fanatic but after working out with my trainer, and interacting with the people who are also going hard to attain their goals, it just started becoming more and more fun and less and less intimidating as the days went by. The environment is super friendly and all the trainers there have one goal—to achieve your goal! I can show up any day and any trainer there that day is willing to guide me so I’m not injuring myself while working out. This is the place you want to come to for achieving your dream body!

I love JNS Fitness. I have been going there for a few years and had trained with the owner, Ahmed, at a different gym previously. Ahmed helped me immensely improve my strength and mobility. I had started going to the gym at a point where, because of joint pain and lack of muscle, I could hardly do any exercises without a lot of help. Now I can do many exercises unassisted and have also gained knowledge and confidence through Ahmed's training. Mike has been my personal trainer at JNS for about a month. It has been the hardest workouts I’ve ever done in my life. He pushes me to go as far as I can go every time. He is so supportive and encouraging and has slowly helped me build up my self-esteem. He is NOT judgmental at all and always makes me feel good about what I’m doing even if I’m struggling. Even when I don’t have a session with him and he sees me working out alone he always comes to check on me to make sure I’m doing okay and helps me in any way he can. All the other trainers there are also very nice and encouraging as well. It’s a great environment to be in. This is my first time ever having a personal trainer and I don’t regret it at all.

I have been Ahmed’s client since atleast 6-7 years or maybe more and a member of JNS fitness since Day One. The very fact that I have stuck on for so long is testimony to the Excellent work done by Ahmed, Hasan and their entire staff. I got myself a trainer after I turned 40 when I realized I needed to do something drastic to get my annual physical numbers back in shape. I have to say now I ace my annual physical exam every year thanks to Ahmed and JNS. Of course I realize I can do much more and with Ahmed Bhai’s motivation, I will get back to better shape than I was in my 20’s. The Gym actually improved after JNS fitness management team took over. It is quite clean, very friendly and professional staff and a great overall atmosphere. Even during the tough COVID stay-at-home situation, JNS kept us fit by starting online classes which have made me even more regular at my exercise schedule! I debated a few times before actually joining JNS and I don’t know why I just didn’t do it sooner...I started in late October and I love going to this gym (yes the thing people dread, I love) but let me tell you why....The Cozy Environment: compared to other gyms this one is smaller but that’s what I love about it because it feels like a home environment. The Knowledgeable Trainers: I am very pleased with the knowledge and dedication these trainers have about what exercises target what muscles and which exercises are appropriate for a ladies body vs. a mans body. They also have the latest equipment with the fancy technology for those that love entertainment while working out. Amid COVID-19 pandemic, the Owners and Staff have done an exceptional job of keeping the facility clean, safe and welcoming. The friendly staff and sanitized equipment were great to see again after more than months away. The new cardio machines with integrated video, and member progress tracking are amazing. They have kept weight machines maintained and the freeweight area is always organized and in good shape. The staff constantly looks for ways to improve the member experience whether that is personal fitness training classes, group classes or professional assistance on getting the most benefit from your time spent in the gym. They have great knowledge base for helping members reach their goals with everything from dieting and mobility therapy to heavy weight training and body building. I've been working out at JNS (1-1 training and group classes) since October 2019. Since COVID hit, March 2020, I was grateful that the JNS brothers were able to pivot quickly and move classes online. Through the pandemic JNS not only started classes online but also expanded the number of online classes from 3 days to 6 days, to accommodate client needs. Working out at JNS has been a lifesaver for me through COVID, as for the first time in my life I experienced anxiety, with the pandemic and all. It was much easier to stress eat, instead JNS gave me an outlet to refocus my energies, into myself, making my health a priority during this time. While many experienced weight gain during the pandemic, working out at JNS I lost over 15 pounds over the past 12 months. I'm looking to lose 10 more pounds this year with support and encouragement from JNS, as the saying goes "slow and steady wins the race". Have been training with Ahmad and Hassan since 2011 at another location. When they moved to JNS my husband and I both moved to the new location and became members and have no regrets since then. They have completely turned the gym around with more space and new equipment. They are the most honest and hard working people I have met. You feel like family. If they have any specials they will bring it to your attention. We have never been over charged in all these years. All the trainers they have are awesome. We now train with Johnny and he is wonderful. Had a fracture on June 9th and July 16 I did the Quandary peak hike. Did not even need physical therapy due to Johnny's training. My husband had ACL tear and he also did the hike. When family is visiting I take them to the gym for a small fee. The trainers will eagerly give free tips. They encourage you to come to the gym the days you are not training and they will help you with a routine at no charge. Best place to get fit and stay fit.

The Jamal brothers are competent at what they do and are very friendly. Will give you advice even if you're not paying for training directly. They have a ton of equipment too. Some problems I have with it though: - the maintenance could be a little better. They still haven't replaced the 10 lb bumper plate that broke months ago. - the machines need to be lubricated more frequently - some of the gym goers are a bit unfriendly. If you ask them for a bench press spot, a lot of them will outright refuse. And I once got legitimately yelled at for deadlifting. (Granted the Jamal brothers confronted the agressor about this.) Also, I was admittedly loud, but I know that I am so I go out of my way to come at a time where I know there's won't be a lot of people when I deadlift. and also, it's a gym. You should expect to hear metal clanking. - the trainers are obnoxious, don't rack up their weights, and also don't spot you if you ask. - too many people use the gym to socialize (including the owners themselves). They sit around all over the equipment and it's just awkward to have to ask them to move away from a piece of equipment that they're literally just using to sit around. It's an okay gym. It's cheap though so I guess I'm getting what I paid for.
