I love this gym...both in person and online. I love the 30 minute format that will give you a great workout with lots of options for modifications to meet your current abilities and needs. The coaches are top notch for both physical activity and also nutritional and wellness counseling. Working out is just one part of the equation, but they can help you with it all. I love that I can seamlessly transition between in-person, live stream and recorded workouts depending on my schedule and how I feel. Their physical location is spacious with great equipment and meets COVID safety requirements.

This is more than a gym, it’s an amazing community. From the first day I walked in the door, I felt so welcome and comfortable. There is SO much support from your strength to nutrition to your just general well being. They partner with a meal prep service to help keep you track if you choose to. The vibe is overwhelmingly positive and once you get involved you never want to leave. Workouts are half an hour but challenge you no matter what your fitness level, they can meet you where you are in your fitness journey. I can’t say enough good things about this place and these people!

This place has changed my life! I don’t know how I would have made it through quarantine without the tireless work and upbeat encouragement of the coaches at Grit and Gratitude. With graduate school and work it can be difficult to find time to workout, but the workouts are only a half hour and are super effective. I also have the option to workout at home with their virtual classes which has been unbelievably helpful. The nutrition consultations have helped me create healthy habits that have stuck! Joining Grit and Gratitude has improved my physical health as well as my mental health! I am the strongest I have ever been in my life because of the work I have done at this gym! This place is incredible!!!!

I have been doing Fit Body Boot Camp in Bloomfield for 4 weeks now. I absolutely love it! I have gained strength in all my muscles and my endurance has improved. The workouts are challenging but not impossible and only a half hour. I have never been one to exercise in the early morning and this workout has changed all that. I am there 3-4 mornings a week for the 6:45 class. Rachel is friendly, knowledgeable and energetic. I recommend this gym for anyone looking to get in a great workout!

This place is the best! I was addicted after two weeks. There are new exercises every day so you never get bored with your workout. The staff and members are so friendly and motivating. The owner and head trainer, Rachel, knows everyone by name and cheers you on throughout the entire workout. She adds such a nice, personal touch to her business. Plus they offer ten times more than a big box gym: nutritional consultations, progress weigh-ins and measurements, educational seminars, workshops to perfect your form, and challenges when you need a little extra motivation. I am so grateful to have this gym. I loved it in person but I grew to truly appreciate how big a part of my life and routine that it was when I moved to virtual training. I look forward to my workouts everyday and know that my coaches are going to tell me exactly how to do each and every exercise so that I get a great workout. Fit Body Boot camp has been a life saver for me - Rachel is a wealth of knowledge, and is the right mix of motivation and compassion to keep you coming back for more. There's no screaming/in your face yelling, just encouragement to push yourself to your full potential. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I had been a member of other gyms, done the workout videos at home and inevitably I always lost interest sooner rather than later. I started going here when I saw a friend check-in on facebook and took a look at their facebook page and saw how fun it looked. I signed up for a free class and after the first time there I was hooked! Each day is different than the last so I never have a chance to get bored of doing the same old routine and I end up looking forward to finding out what our workout will look like that day. You couldn't ask for a better owner/coach than Rachel :) She makes sure that everyone can participate in the workout and provides options for each exercise we do. Boot Camp also focuses on the whole person, so the workouts are one part, but you also have access to Rachel for nutrition counseling and every so often there are challenges you can be part of that always have fun/motivating prizes to keep things interesting. Best of all, you are surrounded by people that genuinely care, support and celebrate each other.

I stumbled upon G&G via Instagram just under two years ago - how lucky was I?! This place, these coaches, have been life changing. Before the pandemic, I was attending most weekdays before work. They have so many great options and the workouts are not too long, so it was easy to make it fit into my schedule as a busy mom of two working full time. Since March, I've been attending virtually and it has saved me during quarantine. I still get to see my coaches everyday and workout with them live. And if I miss something, I can just catch the replay. G&G is all about community and support. They'll work with you if you have an injury or a limitation to customize your workout. Life changing. Don't wait until 2021 to do something for yourself. End 2020 on the right note and check them out!

I can’t say enough about Grit and Gratitude! I was an in-person member for a number of years and when I moved to Florida I couldn’t find another space that just felt the same way. In January 2020, Rachel and the coaches began to offer virtual sessions. Working out from home has always been tough, but the virtual sessions allowed me to get back to doing what I love. I can guarantee you won’t find a community like Grit and Gratitude anywhere else. Everyone shows up for one another and pushes people to become better versions of themselves. From the moment I met the owner Rachel Black Graves I knew this was the right place for me. All she said to me was "trust the process"! I have and in 6 months I have lost weight, inches and body fat. Ive learned about nutrition, self worth, and self confidence. I have also met so many great people who like me wanted to stop the madness and get healthy. There are many 30 min. class times; day and night to choose from. The program works and I would highly recommend a free class to check it out.
Rachel is the best and she is so passionate about helping people. She encourages you to push yourself and is very knowledgable. I just love my work-outs!

I came to FBBC in April of this year. Several months later...I am down 35 pounds and I'm feeling wonderful! The daily workouts are 30 minutes, and the switch up of excercises totally makes it so it's not boring. Our trainer Rachel...well...let's just say...I've never met someone who wants to help you reach your fitness goals more than you want to yourself! Her motivation is contagious!!!! Hands down THE BEST trainer in the world! Come on in for a visit...you won't be disappointed...that's for sure!

This gym is not just a gym, it's a family! I wake up every morning to workout at the 6am class. I have never been a morning person but the environment Rachel has created here makes you not want to miss it!
I started in March trying FBBC out on my first challenge. In 28 days of that challenge, I saw amazing results that made me stay past the challenge. I have tried everything from different gyms to different diets. They worked but never was able to keep it off.
I just finished my third challenge and again got amazing results! Since March, I have lost 55 pounds and about 7% in body fat. The best part was in September, I had to get a health assessment done for work. My results again amazing...I dropped 30 points in my cholesterol numbers!
I know I can commit to 30mins. I go 4-6 times a week and I am addicted! The workouts are quick, always changing, and pushes you to do your best! I can't say enough about Rachel! She has kept me motivated and has helped me change things when I got stuck! She is not only the owner, she is a trainer, motivator, and FRIEND!

If your time is limited and you need to maximize every second in the gym , the Fit Body Boot Camp is for you. I use to spend hours at the gym , 1 hour of cardio , 1 hour of weights and NEVER saw the results I am now seeing.
