I brought my son to Diligence. He was entering his freshman year of high school. Over a 6 week time frame the team worked to improve his athleticism. The results were absolutely amazing. He has hit personal bests in the 55m and the long jump. He has been become a consistent dunker. These gains has given him tremendous confidence. The team’s approach of developing the whole athlete and helping them understand how each exercise relates to what they do while playing is outstanding. Thank you Diligence.

Thank you, Thank you to the Amazing Dilligence training team. When searching for a facility to help motivate and cater to my sons athletic progression in college football. Diligence training was momumental. The staff was amazing. The facility itself was in a great location and clean. I instantly saw a change in my sons attitude after just a few sessions . He would share with me so many stories about how inspired he was from the trainers he was working with and how he was excited to go back. I can't thank the team enough at Dilegence for giving my son hope and the tools to keep him moving foward with his progression mentally and physically. If your in search of a training facility that cares and will strive to get you to achieve your absolute best try them out.

Dilligence Training is the Best and I mean the Best training facility you will find out here in Ct in this modern day! Their training is very up to date maybe even advanced for this generation. It’s not your typical come lift heavy and look pretty for the camera training. The training is intense but with a purpose. This gym is a wonderful place to workout. No matter what fitness level you are, everyone is welcome with zero judgement and a friendly environment. Diligence Training has great knowledgeable trainers that will help you with any questions and concerns you may have. They just introduced a new Boxing program that is amazing! Not only you hit the box but it also helps with conditioning training. I will encourage everyone to try it! Drew is not only the boxing trainer but also a Life Coach. Another great thing about this place, provides you a good balance between workouts and mental health.

I have been working out on and off ever since I have graduated high school back in 2018. Like a good amount of people, 2022 was a rough year for me. Starting off the year I had gone through a pretty bad breakup and a week later my father had passed away. Within that year I have noticed I had lost myself mentally and physically. I met Gabriel through social media and first started working with him back at another location. I swear Gabriel was like an angel in disguise. It felt like he brought everything I needed back into my life. Motivation, stability, routine, etc. It felt like a fresh breath of air. I mean this in the best way possible , he doesn’t even feel like a personal trainer most times when I meet up with him. He has honestly become such a great friend and that’s what it feels like whenever we have any type of conversation. Don’t get me wrong he still does everything a personal trainer would do. He checks up every once in a while to see how you are doing, you can literally text him whenever about any kind of food question you have. The vibe he gives off that is super fun and honestly would recommend him to anyone. We love to joke around with each other all the time, especially when i’m dying during my workout and he’s just dancing on the side trying to motivate me with his words of wisdom and I am just not having it. Gabriel, thank you for everything that you do and I am forever grateful to have met you and I can’t wait to see the work we will put into 2023!

Terrell, Devonte, Ej,Carly, and Lex are very wonderful. Dilligence is a great establishment. Full with very well educated and professional staff that pen you with so much informative knowledge! They also make you feel very comfortable and the environment is very nice and well put together. They will push you to your full potential and you will see lots progress especially if you go there 2-3 times a week! The 1 on 1 and the group training sessions are the best! Highly recommended I love it here! They also have workout sets, mobility tools, and protein shakes to buy before or after your workout! I am new member of Dilligence Training and so far it has been very purposeful. I usually attend 3-4x a week. Every group training focuses on certain part of body each day of the week. Some background on me that could be valuable to any potential members is that I am new mother of a 13 month old and I’ve struggled with living a healthier lifestyle. I’ve attended 3 gyms since March 2022 and none compare to the services and education offered here. In just 3 weeks I went from a body fat mass from 42% to 38%. I’ve received coaching from Kelsey on how to protect my muscle mass. Today when I received my body scan and was given feedback from owner Devonte on targeting my calorie goal so my body metabolism can speed up and the weight loss can start. Meal prepping here I come! For first time mothers and or anyone that struggle with tending to their body, mind, and soul - getting fit is a great start and having a great community behind you makes all the difference. Hands down the best gym I have ever been at. Ive tried regular 24hr Gym’s, Personal training,Crossfit and Jiu Jitsu and Diligence Training go way above all of them. The music is great, trainer are really attend to your specific needs and provide plenty of alternative exercise to adjust to your needs. It gives you that feel that your truly pushing your limit while staying safe to protect all your joint,back etc. Devonte will truly be attendant to all your question and answer everything you need for recovery etc. Big difference from any other gym is also the cleanliness of it. Gym is well equip with weight,bands,bikes,shoe racks, bathroom and all the amenities. Inside you will also be able to buy energy beverages and shakes which are essential for your recovery. You won't regret joining take my word for it. They also will give you a affirmation quote in the beginning of the class. See you there,peace.

Where you start off is definitely not where you'll end at coming to Diligence Training. I’m talking about being mentally, emotionally, spiritually, & of course physically stronger. When there is nothing but pure love and support not only coming from the trainers but the clients it turns out to be many people's family they don’t have, a safe place, and or therapeutic outlet. It doesn't matter what fitness level or mental capacity you’re at, as soon as you walk into the door you feel valued, important, and a part of something so much bigger. I have been working with trainer Terrell Huff for almost 6 months and it has been by far one of the best decisions I have made. He’s dedicated and determined to get each and every client he comes across with to their goals and then some, not only does he train you but he educates you on each and every motion of movement to ensure that it's effective and performed right. There are so many trainers out there just for the money but when you step into Diligence Training you find trainers operating for their purpose and changing lives one step at a time. 10/10 I definitely recommend and I am honored to be a part of this community!

I started with personal training sessions and have now transitioned to group classes. Terrell and Devonte’ really take the time to listen to your needs/goals and come up with a personalized training plan. In addition I am also working with a nutritionist Abby who is amazing! I work long shifts and frequently work 16+ hours. Abby gets that my work schedule is unpredictable and work hours constantly change. And has provided me with a blueprint of what to do on days when I am extremely fatigued/over worked and helps tailor my nutrition goals. This is so important for me. I have lost weight but more importantly I feel so much better. I love going to diligence training the group classes are very challenging and I’ve had all the instructors have modified exercises to that are above my fitness levels. This gem has such a positive atmosphere and I look forward to continuing along my fitness journey. In general everyone I’ve met at the group classes or just in the gym are very friendly and definitely not judge mental. I would definitely recommend joining this gym.

I started at Dilligence about a year and a half ago. Through my wellness journey I have grown so much due to the ongoing support amongst members and trainers here. I am a mother, manage two jobs, and was a full-time college student. Through it all, I was given the encouragement to make time for my self care and mental/ physical wellness. My mind, body, and soul was truly captured here at Dilligence training even when I was challenged. There’s nothing like starting the day with positive affirmations, quotes, and great energy. I love how DT takes pride in community events and cares about the youth. My daughter enjoys the free youth programs that are held once a month and the trainers make her feel comfortable while accommodating her migraines. This gym has truly become a part of our whole family. My significant other and his boys are members as well. We all love it as a whole because we are inspired, motivated, and held accountable weekly. During the first shred challenge, I lost 6lbs and learned the importance of nutrition, consistency, and discipline. I feel great, DT is my peace and my happy place. There has been so many great memories built here such as cookouts, battle of the trainers, surprises, challenges, boomerangs, and more. I am looking forward to the breast cancer awareness walk and future events held. Members are always asked to provide feedback and so much support is given and reciprocated. I started working out at Dilligence Training last year doing group classes. I loved the environment, community, and the feedback I received on my form so I decided to try Personal Training (PT) this year. I can't even begin to describe how incredible I felt during and after my first session. I could feel each exercise working the problem areas I discussed during my consultation. I learned a lot about my body with the InBody Scan that I didn't know before; visceral fat, my upper and lower body strength... it was extremely informative, and eye opening. I train with two different trainers at Dilligence, Trainer Terrell Huff and Boxing Coach Drew Cost. Working with Personal Trainer,Terrell Huff, for the last 4 weeks has been an incredible experience. 4 weeks ago, I walked in nervous and timid. Since, I have learned about my overall health with a detailed InBody Scan report, as well as body movements. Terrell has been training me on overall muscle strength and I have already seen a big difference. Boxing Coach Drew Cost, brings the heat! Drew builds you confidence while you learn the basics of boxing. From there, he continues to intensify the training. Before you know it, you can flow with your boxing, have the endurance to withstand full boxing rounds, and have strong precision punches. I’ve needed a gym like DT for years - that holds me accountable, has a supportive and encouraging community & that helps me really focus staying consistent. I’m so grateful I’ve finally found that. Never in my life have I willingly gotten up for a 5:30am class as often & as excited as I do now. Each trainer has a slightly different approach & energy yet all are top tier. After 3 months of group training, I began the remote training program as well which has allowed me to really hone in on muscle mass growth in specific areas - on my own time - while being fully guided with frequent check ins. The app is amazing with videos for everything and the ability the leave comments and videos of my own. It’s been the perfect balance between group & remote leaving me feeling stronger each week. The gym has protocols in place to keep everything sanitary, organized & running efficiently which so important especially amidst a pandemic. Been going to this gym for a few years now. With the new location it is always clean and well-kept. All trainers are professional but always provide a friendly work out environment that wants to keep you coming back. After taking a break from the gym for some time, I wanted to try a new form of movement. I didn’t want to be in a space where the focus was just “weight-loss” without really diving deep on practical goals. Such as better endurance, mobility, balance etc. Dilligence Training model is to go “beyond the scale” and this permeates through their training. They provide an In-Body scan and an analysis of the results. The owner, Devontè went through this scan with me and I was so relieved when he focused on the segmental lean analysis and visceral fat level instead of bmi and the number on the scale. I have the honor to work with boxing coach, Drew Cost. He provides a non-judgemental and safe place for every person and motivates you to do your best. Boxing has been an incredible way to enjoy moving my body and reminds me of my strength. In addition to the workout, DT provides fresh smoothies and fruit juices curtesy of Vita Lab by Julie! Overall, the facility is clean, the staff is incredibly encouraging the moment you walk through the door, and the members are all motivating and kind!

This gym has made working out an educational, motivating, and most importantly for me, a fun experience. I have never liked working out and Terrell and the other trainers provide an energetic and encouraging experience which has helped me overcome my negative attitude about exercise. A+ service! I opted to do their online program and was very impressed! It’s very user friendly, easy to follow, and allows you to track your progress with ease. This isn’t a program you just buy and are left to figure it out on your own, I commend them for including video demonstrations in addition to the written instructions because it takes the guesswork out of the equation for me. I loved having the ability to communicate with my trainer throughout the program. He was quick to respond to any questions I had, and checked in with me throughout the program. Highly recommend!

Dilligence Training (DT) staff are all extremely energetic, encouraging, understanding and fun. Working out use to be dreadful for me, I’ve tried other trainers in the past and did not stick around long for a host of reasons. At DT I feel heard, valued and seen. My trainer is Devonte and I enjoy working out with him. He not only pushes me, but he also shows me that he cares about my overall health and well-being. He takes time out to check in with me about things we’ve discussed, helping to keep me accountable. Diligence training has been an amazing experience. Being challenged to be healthier everyday by these energetic and charismatic crew of fellas has kept me on my toes. They keep the workouts fresh and funky! The heath protocols they have taken help me to feel safe and comfortable working out. The gym has always been an intimidating place for me. In the past, I’d buy memberships and they’d collect dust because I wouldn’t bother going at all. When I first started at Diligence, I immediately felt welcomed. Since day one, I was very comfortable in the environment and have never felt out of place. The trainers are all extremely positive and caring. They know when to push and learn what their clients’ limits are. They always maintain a positive demeanor, and I’ve never felt shame for the pace of my progress or lack thereof. The trainers are assertive enough to encourage and give you one last push which is always appreciated to cap off a great workout. Working out has always been my go to form of stress release, so it feels good to look forward to my trainings instead of dreading them. I can personally say that I’ve seen and felt a lot of mental and physical growth thanks to the time I can comfortably spend clearing my mind at Diligence. It’s especially important to me after having two kids and needing an outlet to relieve that stress that builds up. While I was pregnant my trainer, Devonté, saw to my absolute safety and health. He knew my limits and consistently checked in on my comfort during the workout sessions we had throughout the course of my pregnancy, which was greatly appreciated. Training at Diligence is, without a doubt, one of the best decisions I’ve made and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants utmost comfort and guaranteed results. Also, as a bonus, the music never disappoints!
