CT Workout is a great gym. Clean, everyone there is professional and friendly. This is not an ordinary gym! It is very personalized. I have not been able to take a walk without back pain and spasms in years! This is an investment in your well being worth every penny! Ben is a great motivator always looking out for your safety. He definitely knows what he’s doing. I have never felt so good and able to be so active. There is men & women, young & old that come here to become stronger more agile and feel better about themselves. You put in the effort and you will become a healthier person with the help of these amazing trainers!

I have been a member at CT Workout for 6 years now. I love the classes and I love the coaches. The people that come here and the community at this gym cannot be found elsewhere. Ben and the other coaches challenge me to give it my all—they see me pick up a lighter weight and just give me the LOOK. Sometimes, we don’t realize how strong we actually are or what we are capable of doing. The coaches here do and they always make sure I push myself and get better. I can say this gym and Ben's program is the only reason I have been able to consistently work out for the last six years. Even through the pandemic, I remained consistent with my workouts. This is absolutely the best gym I have ever been to!

I have been a member at CT Workout since 2017 taking group classes and personal training sessions. After my experience here, I could not imagine going to another gym. The entire staff is committed to the members' success and get to know each and every person on a first name bases. The group classes are challenging and the trainers are knowledgeable in how to modify workouts to fit your particular needs. The environment is motivating, encouraging and supportive. I highly recommend this gym to people who have never stepped foot in a gym before to seasoned athletes who are looking to push themselves to the next level.

I have been going to CT workout for 3+ years, and never had a bad experience while working out. The owner and the trainers are very professional, educated, and work you hard during the classes, but have fun doing so. The gym is always clean, and they take pride everyday to keep all the equipment sanitized and maintained. I have many other gyms much closer to home, however, I choose to stay here because of the people, workouts, facility, and schedule. If you are undecided on which gym to choose, look no further........

I have several health issues including Cancer and Back surgery, so I was looking to smooth and safe workouts. Ben has been great. I have been going for long time now and I am able to complete all my exercises safely. I feel great, my endurance has been at the top I've ever felt. Great team of instructors, flexible hours, extremely clean and neat.

I’ve been with CT workout for just over 4 months now. Signing up here was the best thing I ever did! I’ve tried over the years to go to other fitness facilities and gyms but it never kept me going. I walked into CT workout thinking I probably would not stick to it and it would be the same path I took with all the others but I would give a whirl. I knew I needed to try something because I just was not in a healthy place - my cholesterol was high, my weight was high and my body ached daily. Then 30 days later when the trial period was over I still liked it and wanted to try more and I did and I just love it here. I was always looking for what was right for me and I have found it here. CT workout is part of my every day week now. There is an app that you sign up for your classes in and so it keeps me committed. Elena is a fabulous coach and keeps me motivated and working hard every class. She is fun and energetic. Her and Ben create challenging workouts and I never leave class regretting I went. They are so friendly and really made me feel like part of their team when I joined. I had hip pain, back pain, and leg pain walking in day 1. I could barely do a squat. I had pains every day. Now, almost all these pains are gone and I feel good every day! Ben has created a great fitness environment here and I am so thankful he did!

Very good flow to the daily workouts, mixing cardio and strengthening different body areas each day. CT Workout is a wonderful, clean, professional environment. The coaches really understand anatomy and how to build you up in a way that keeps you coming back. They are also great to work with. I look forward to their smiles each morning I go. I walked in as someone that could not get up off the floor without help and missing the person I was not too many years ago. After a very short time, I got up on my own – quicker each week. That might not sound like much, but at 62, with a sedentary job, I was very worried about my future. Along with the strength training has come improved stamina, balance, and much less back pain (that anatomy knowledge). There is now a glimmer of the active, healthy person I was. CT Workout and its staff are top notch and I have recommended it to other “older” ladies. Change truly does happen there.

The best trainers in CT are here in Newington! Excellent gym, great crowd, fun workouts that will leave you a little sore but well-worth it for the body changing results. My husband lost 25 pounds in 6 months and keeping it off still. This place is a must try if you are looking for a new program or trainer in the area.

I joined CT Workout during the pandemic. Owner, Ben and the staff are extremely diligent in adhering to safety protocols imposed by the State of Connecticut. Facility is always exceptionally clean and the other gym members do their part as well.
As far as equipment goes, this gym has IT ALL. Cardio, strength stuff, etc.

CT Workout is the place to train. They have it all. You don't have to be a gym rat to enjoy this place. I've done personal one on one and semi private training with Ben and Elaina. They are great. They know how to customize the training to fit your needs and keep you motivated. Its well worth the money.
I have also watched Alaina lead the group training. Everyone is engaged whether online or in the gym she makes sure your part of the class.
The gym is always clean, and they always practice safe COVID-19 procedures. I recommend CT Workout to all, both those just starting out and those who are faithful to staying healthy.

Class hour availability is excellent whether you are an early bird or someone who prefers afternoon/evening workouts. The coaches are friendly and approachable. This is the only gym I've ever felt at home in. Even now that I've moved 45 minutes away I still keep my membership because the commute is so worth it! You are like family when you join and everyone is there to cheer you on and watch you achieve your goals. Highly recommend this gym to anyone!

Hello, I am writing this review to say how satisfied I am with CT Workout. I’ve been going to this gym for about two months now and I want to start off with saying how comfortable I feel here. I do not feel any pressure from the trainer and I feel motivated in a good way. I also feel that I can move at my own pace and I’m competing against myself to achieve my goals. The atmosphere provided by CT Workout is such that I am excited to come to the gym!

Great environment to train in! Love the small group setting with knowledgeable coaches that encourage you to give it your all. The workouts are well-rounded and challenging so you'll definitely see results if you show up and put in the effort. While the session sizes are small, the facility is huge, providing a safe, socially distanced environment to work out in. The owner, Ben, has really done an excellent job building a solid program and making sure all safety protocols are in place.

Ben is a great trainer. He really takes his time to individually make sure you are properly doing the exercise correctly and are getting the most out of your workout. He always has a modified exercise in case one can not perform the advanced exercise for whatever reason. The class is fun and goes by fast. It’s a super comfortable atmosphere and the workouts definitely work muscles one would probably not address on your own. I would definitely recommend CT Workout to anyone.

CT Workout has been a life changer for me. I've been a member for 5 months (first month was still "vacation season", so you could say I've only been going for 4 months), and I've lost 35 lbs and put on lean muscle. Before CT Workout I hadn't been able to do a pull-up since middle school, and now I can do a several in a row. I never imagined I would have that strength.
Ben (the owner) and his team are awesome coaches and motivators. Their encouragement helps me stay focused on working hard and pushing my physical limits every day I'm in the gym. The coaches are also very friendly and approachable. Any questions about certain exercises or techniques are happily answered. Ben and his team helped me obtain a level of fitness that have me looking and feeling more confident in just about every situation in life. It's feel good to have people tell me "you look great!", and I owe that to CT Workout.

I've been a member at many gyms... and CT Workout is the best yet. I enjoy working out but never saw the results or felt the way I wanted to from all my prior attempts, e.g. spin class, group exercise, weigh training, running, etc. I'm 55 yrs old and have the strength and endurance I did when I was much younger. Great instructors (coaches) who really encourage you to get the most from your workout without risking injury to yourself. Different WO every day... different routine every month.

I have been a member for about 4 years now. There are many different hourlong options each day. Both Ben and Elena are great motivators and are there to provide corrective advice for any misunderstanding of any exercise. I started when I was working and have continued into retirement. Even at 66 I am not too old to do these exercises. Great way to start the day. Without Ben and Elena I would not have the discipline to push myself to reach the fitness levels I enjoy today. Ben (the owner) has a great and well thought-out fitness program here. I've been going to the center since February and have made big progress. I've become stronger, leaner, and feel so much better overall. You are part of a very supportive community of health and fitness. The group classes fit well with my work schedule (9-5pm). The trainers are motivating and attentive. You also get nutritional information and how to meal prep. The work outs kick your butt! If you are willing to commit and put the effort into it, the price you pay for this program is TOTALLY worth the results you get. You cannot find another program like this in the area.

I love CT Workout. I've been going to CT Workout for a little over 1 year. Have lost 10 lbs, close to 3% body fat and 15 inches. The 49 day challenges are a great way to motivate yourself even more. My endurance level is sky high and has me running 5k's, moving to 10k's at 50! Never felt better! Coaches are great!
