Eddie Galarza (Ed)Local, no trills gym within walking distance. All of their exercise machines were in good working order. Very large selection of weighs so it's highly unlikely there would be a wait time. They have a basement level too. The gym is kept clean and sanitized by workers walking around and continuously wiping down the machines with disinfectant. I like it because it has all of the machines I would need. Friends are free on Fridays
Deborah CombsClean equipment. Everyone is good about sanitizing the equipment after using it. Good variety of equipment and classes. Staff is very helpful.
lisa frazierI love this gym. It's nice a quiet and it feels like a gym not a pick up joint like other gyms. I love the sauna and the classes they offer.

Not too crowded, very clean, lots of equipment, nice staff, it was a little warm but I think that's bc it's one of those odd fall days where it's 75 and the heat is probably on for the season and the ac is off but got a great sweat as a result. I travel for a living and really love this gym one of the nicer ones I've been too for that old school feel

Richard WaldronLove it here staff is welcoming and friendly, environment is always clean and well kept. This is the gym hands down if your looking for real weights and hard core equipment.
Joe MI've been a member for some years now and really enjoy this facility. There is a variety of weights, exercise and cardio equipment so my workout never has to be the same. Never get bored once I walk through those doors!

Monique JenningsWell I went today and I was working out now I had lung cancer and now I only have one lung. I had my mask 😷 a little under my nose and one of the employees may me feel so uncomfortable the way she explained why I had to have the mask 😷 covering the hole face 🙏as my mom used to say treat people like you want to be treated you all have a BLESS DAY IN JESUS NAME
