I have been to many rehab and and chiropractic centers that just wasted my time and didn't help me get better. I have a problem with my lower back and went to see Dr Brad, he assessed my problem and got to work. The way he worked on my back resulted in immediate reduction in my pain. Dr Brad is compassionate and caring and he really knows how to help when you are in pain. I would recommend him to anyone that is in pain and wants some real help.

Honestly, I've never been to a chiropractor before this and it was life changing. I went in hobbling around because my lower back was extremely aggravated. He tested my back, diagnosed me and worked it out in no time. Really knowledgeable and extremely strong, able to adjust my back and now my posture is better than it's ever been in my life. Would definitely recommend!!

Dr. Alexa and Dr. Brad have been incredibly helpful in getting me back from neck and wrist injuries. They are amazing with their techniques and with advice on what exercises I should do to strengthen what ails me to assist on my road to recovery. Lex and Brad are both knowledgeable, caring and positive chiropractors. I came in with a long history of foot pain, and within a few weeks of treatments, was seeing more improvement than I had seen from previous orthopedic care. She was able to offer different treatments and taping (LOVE Rock Tape!) to help relieve the pain, and worked to resolve the source of the pain rather than only looking at relieving symptoms. She has also helped me get back to the gym through the specially crafted fitness classes offered in the on-site gym, where she modifies for each and every client based on their needs! I highly recommend the practice for both chiropractic care as well as the fitness classes!

Dr Alexa is fantastic. I play roller derby and I love how she curtails the workout to specifically strengthen the skills I need to be a better, faster skater. She’s motivational and fun. Having a personal trainer makes all of the difference. You don’t skip if someone is expecting you and working one on one with you and that was the motivation I needed! Try for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

I have seen both Dr. Lex and Dr. Brad for shoulder and back pain, as well as for personal training. Not only have they treated me as chiropractors, I am currently seeing Dr. Brad for PT after my shoulder surgery. Both doctors are extremely personable, friendly and knowledgeable in their field. I have recommended them to friends who have used them as well. I think what I like best about them though, is the time they take with me and I never feel like I am just the next patient in line. I highly recommend Back to Motion with Dr. Brad and Dr. Lex!

My friend recommended that I go to loosen tight muscles and for a better spine alignment since he's gone several times for muscle rehab and adjustments. I will definitely be returning frequently! I love this facility and Dr. Brad has helped me with a variety of issues from TMJ to back/leg pain. I love their comprehensive view on chiropractic care that includes more than just your typical "back cracking". I feel like I'm getting a ton of benefit from regular visits to Back in Motion. Dr. Lex has not only provided me some much needed therapy after runs, but also has years of running experience and her expert advice and training skills are second to none !! If you're a running novice or even a seasoned veteran, Do yourself a favor and stop in to see these guys. They're great !!

These two are great at what they do. I have had back spasms on and off for a few years now and I had been on the market for a chiropractor to help get to the bottom of why I've been getting them. I drove by one day and saw their building and figured I'd give it a shot. I AM SO GLAD I DID! Bradley and Lex were both so welcoming and knowledgable. I feel like they really got to know me before I was treated. On top of that, they have since set me up with a rehab/training program (and they coach me through it!) catered to my needs to help strengthen what could have been contributing to my problem in the first place. Lex and Brad are not only amazing people, they're amazing doctors. I had my initial appointment with Lex last week, she was very patient and extremely insightful. After 7 years of having unexplained hip pain and countless MRIs and xrays, I thought there was never going to be relief. I was wrong. Lex quickly figured out the problem and came up with a plan to get me feeling well again. My hip has caused me to miss out on so many things and has impacted my day to day life. I can't express how thankful I am that Lex is working with me to give me the relief I desperately need after so many years of pain. Even after the first appointment, I felt a difference in the way my hip moved. I would highly recommend Back to Motion for anyone, whether they have pain or not, for any chiropractic or sports needs they may have.

Dr. Brad is a good guy and he explains exactly what is going on at all times. I especially like the walkin treatments for $45. No hassleing with co pays or whatever. I've been doing the exercises at home and have felt great since as I was a twisted mess before. No unnecessary adjustments either. I thought for sure I would need a certain one but he advised against it and it worked out great.

I had a surgery 2 year's ago and have been in excruciating pain ever since.Ive been to countless physical therapist through the hospital,pain management centers and no one could address where my pain was coming from they just prescribed me pain pills and more pain pills.I am in my early 30's and just about given up on being active again.After one session with doctor Brad I feel more educated and feel as if we immediately addressed where the pain is derived.Im looking forward to getting better here
