Great gym equipment that exercises all of your muscles! The pool is extremely nice with a great slide! There's great seating so you can sunbathe and then jump in the water! Also I find the pool is always the perfect temperature and I never get cold! My only complaint would be that the shallow ends can be quite dirty and need to be cleaned.

Awesome gym. Love the basketball court, tennis facility and there scheduled classes. Something for everyone here.

I love this gym. It starts with the front desk staff, who make an effort to get to know their members names, which is welcoming. The classes are great, with lots of options throughout the day & week. And the gym floor (treadmills, weights etc.) are rarely over crowded. If it works with your budget, I definitely recommend this gym.

The Service Desk representatives are welcoming and friendly. The instructors are great and always have a positive attitude. The locker room, at the Crahen location, is kept clean and tidy. The Health Points Program is a good incentive to visit the gym regularly and earn discounts towards membership and the current Connect4 Challenge is a fun way to try new classes outside my regular workout routine.

Clean and well maintained. Extensive variety of fitness equipment for cardio, machine circuit training, and free weights. Rarely crowded, and friendly staff always make for a great experience. The pool is great in the summer too!

MVP is a fantastic, full-service gym at the same price as the boutique, single-focus gyms. They have indoor and outdoor pools, basketball, tennis and pickle ball courts, turf, bumper weights, tons of machines, free weights and cardio equipment. They offer a large variety of classes at various times throughout the day that work with any schedule. The atmosphere is friendly, supportive and the staff are great. I’ve been a member for around 7 years and can’t imagine going anywhere else.

As a beginner iny fitness journey I was intimidated to take some of the fitness classes but the instructors were so welcoming and great these classes are the highlight of my day! Everyone on staff makes you feel welcomed and comfortable! You walk in and feel like you belong! I love that the MVP Athletic Club has become my second home!

I love the instructors here with Training for Warriors! Prices are a little steep and not flexible if you're injured and need to take a month off. You still have to pay.

I have loved being a member of MVP. I’m the type of person who doesn’t know what to do at the gym but really wants to go and workout. I love taking advantage of the group fitness classes! And the pool in the summer is something you just can’t pass up!

Nice place to workout. Variety of equipment, machines and free weights. Basketball and tennis courts. Fun, challenging classes. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Trainers are also available for a fee.

At 61 it was time to get accountable. I hired a trainer, Patty, 3X per week. She is wonderful. After eight months with her I am much stronger. She is so fun to work with and is a real pro. She knows what my aging body needs, challenging me but never pushing me farther than I should go. I never thought I would say this but now I can't imagine stopping. This is a great gym. Clean, well maintained and the staff is very nice.

Very clean, friendly staff, good variety for classes, not overly packed (great for parking). I just wish they had more evening classes (last class usually by 6pm on weekdays and 4pm Sunday)

Beautiful spacious pool area. Plenty of chairs and lounges for social distancing. Separate child play area comparable to a water park. Several lifeguards and overall immaculately clean with staff on duty disinfecting the area. Staff friendly welcoming guests for a nominal charge. Thank you for a lovely day.

Nice staff, clean facilities, not over packed. My only complaints are that it closes kind of early at 8pm and a membership is a little more costly than I would like.

Let me start by saying the staff is first rate - attentive and always super polite. In fact i hesitate to write this as the wonderful people who work here have little to no control of what i'm about to write. Now for the equipment, many pieces worn out with some being understandable but as a member for nearly five years I can also say it seems the corporate mentality has seeped into disregard also as it pertains to working in new items well after pieces have fallen out of good condition. Just my two cents and I normally give reviews that only consist of five stars.

MVP Athletic Club Crahen is a hidden gem for health centers in Grand Rapids, MI. I had no idea that they had more than their 2 big locations, but this one has so many amenities. I will definitely be using this facility more often!

Clean and full of friendly, helpful people. This MVP doesn’t have as many things as some of the others and feels a bit small, but it’s also less trafficked than the others so you usually don’t have to wait for machines!!!
