I have been a membership of planet since 2017. I love the staff, equipment and flexibility. But the most important I like their personal trainer Jaclyn. She always push me to be better and he is opened minded. She always smiling. I would definitely recommend it. Thank you planet Fitness.

As usual Planet Fitness has THEE friendliest staff! I'm not stuck in a stupid contract and for the price of Black Membership, besides the equipment, I get to tan. (Some of these parts have never been exposed to ANY kind of UV before 😆) I gave this location a 4 star becuz the massage chairs seemed like they weren't up to par? Only 1 hydra massage bed was working and it would go thru cycles of pressure then no pressure. It's nice to just go and spoil myself, get some ME time. And the membership doesn't burn a hole in my pocket. Can't say enough good things about Planet Fitness. Oh! And the purple tootsie rolls! I don't grab 1 or 2, I grab a handful on the way in AND on the way out. 😆 They don't even care!

I’ve been going to this PF for a year now. I’m giving three stars because the area is small (no room for any type of HIIT or athletic training), not enough mirrors, LOTS of cardio equipment but not enough free weights/squat racks/ strength machines, and it’s not always clean (there have been some weird odors too). Recently, there have been a lot of machines out of order and have been out of order for quite some time now. Lastly, I wish it stayed open at least until 9pm on the weekends. Overall, the price is great. The tanning booths, massage chairs, and red light therapy are nice and relaxing. The guest passes are great too.

Jaclyn is the best trainer ever! She knows what works and what doesn't. Def wouldn't be where I am in my journey without her! The gym is always clean and rest of stuff is super friendly as well

I'm not sure how this is legitimate to allow all these fake posts on here. I've worked out with Jaclyn as my trainer for almost a year and have never had a bad experience or witnessed any such behavior from Jaclyn. I will say that Vincent Hesse who did put a negative post towards planet fitness and Jaclyn neglected to say how he is employed there. I have had very unpleasant and unprofessional experiences with him and find it unsettling to be in the gym when he is present. How is he employed there?

3 stars is being generous. I just joined the gym but I am kindof regretting it. The female toilet always smells bad and there is always feces stains in some of the toilets. Then the machines are not really getting cleaned, I have never seen any cleaners. There are always particles on the floors. Customer service is not really helpful if you are new.

Great, cheap gym with lots of different styles of equipment and ample treadmills. It never seems to he very crowded but that may be because I tend to go earlier in the morning. Their app has a crowd meter to let you know how busy it is at any given time.

Not a bad gym. Friendly staff. But fix this seat before somebody breaks their back. You can feel an edge of a wooden plank due to sunk cushion on your spine.

Pretty great gym. Clean, and has wonderful amenities. And all for only 20$ a month I'd very worthwhile for people who hit the gym once a week or less, no judgment zone so no worries how often you go.

I have experienced nothing short of the best from the staff, fellow customers, & the equipment in/at this facility. I haven’t utilized any of my black card amenities yet, however I assume all of the therapeutic modules work wonders as well. Thank you, 11/10.

I love this place! It may not have all the free weights I'd like or a squat rack but this place provided me with the tools to help me lost 85lbs. The staff was always friendly and the members I've never felt out of place by. There's a couple that are bobbleheads but you'll expect that from ANY gym. This place is amazing. My only regret is not having the time I'd like to go as much as I'd like!

Most planet fitness gyms are pretty much the same, some are bigger than others. I feel this location has the right size and feel, enough room for a large number of people to workout but not feeling claustrophobic. I have not yet utilized the trainer yet but I feel staff there are always willing to help members, very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of to gym.

I have been going to this gym for several years. I have always been impressed with how clean it is and how friendly the help are. There is plenty of equipment and I have never had trouble finding a machine to work on. I don't know where else I could get this kind of workout for $10.00 a month! I don't want a pool so I'm happy I don't have to pay for something I would never use like I need to at other gyms.

Was going good at first then third or fourth visit when I scanned my card a loud speaker screamed out for the world to heat CHECK STATUS BLA BLA CHECK STATUS how embarrassing on my third day wow. Then every day after some mgr from out of state drilled my son and I for our info every time we arrived like we were doing something wrong ... bummer...and the water cooler dispenser water always room temp at best . All of the staff seemed pleasant and helpful gym was clean

I have been going to this gym for a couple years now. My experience has been a good one for the most part, however the locker rooms have become very dirty. Sweeping is very lacking. The floors are always covered in toilet paper, lots of dust, hair and dirt. Actually thinking about switching gyms due to the lack of cleanliness.

Like the deals at this place, the amenities of being a black card member ($20/mo and contract option) allows you to bring a friend every time for free, use tanning beds (stand-up or lay down), aqua massage beds, and massage chairs. There's a no contract $10/mo option as well. They have really good hours and a variety of machines to use :)

It's very cheap membership and because of that, don't expect much from it. Some of the staff are friendly because it's required. Others seem to hate working there. It's generally clean. The whole judgement free mentality is good for public relations, but it's a gym. Have more mirrors and more free weights. They have signs by the locker rooms saying cell phones are prohibited, but then they display pictures of members who obviously took their selfish photos in the locker room. If you're looking for a cheap membership, definitely check this place out.

I love planet fitness! My favorite part about it is that you can use it in any city. The Fargo location does have the black card spa, however, unlike other locations, it is not blocked off by black curtains. That would make it more private. In addition, I’ve noticed that all of the TVs have labels underneath except for the MSNBC channels. I realize that this state is primarily “red”, however, it’s tacky to not have those up. Do not discriminate, PF. Other than those two things, I love being a member. It’s affordable and welcoming.

I like the old equipment better. It seemed more effective and in some cases more useful. The Moorhead location started with new equipment. I tried them out but after visiting both, I found that I liked the Fargo location better with the older equipment. I guess not all machines but the ones I used the most.

This gym tries hard to pander to the casual crowd, which isn't a bad thing in itself, except they go so far as to almost shame a more hardcore mentality with sayings like "don't be a lunk" on the wall, etc. I guess a better way to sum it up is that they try so hard to be inclusive, they are excluding a large demographic of people who love to lift.

Super friendly staff, plenty of machines so there's always one available, very clean. Plenty of options like free classes, specific areas to do circuit training, stretching, weight lifting, tanning, massage options and many types of elliptical, gliders, stair steppers and treadmills. Great gym.

This is a good place for the average person's fitness needs. It's also good for above average needs. Reasonable prices and a few nice amenities for Black Card members. This is also a great choice if you are looking for national access to gyms. However, if you are an advanced athlete, or looking to be very hardcore this place *may* not totally suit your needs. If you are local, I suggest browsing around a bit. While this is a reasonably priced gym with a *good* variety of equipment; we have a lot of excellent choices in town, depending on your needs and budget. The Black Card is worth the bump IMHO as you can bring a guest whenever you like (nation-wide) and gain access to massage tables, massage chairs, and tanning beds, as well as discounts on *some* merchandise. Low pressure attitudes and fairly good and varied classes are available to all members as well. Well-kept lockers/bathrooms with showers too. However, I wish their filtered water dispenser dispensed cooler water. Lastly, Google Maps provides excellent live data for how busy the place is. Although, I've rarely had to wait for most of equipment I've used. Free trainer available for group classes and workout planning. I was pretty impressed with the trainer. He definitely knew his stuff and could tailer exercises to be harder and suit specific needs. Also, he was attentive to all members of the class and gentally pushing me to do my best. Bring a drinking cup ;). Good place to strive to do your body good "Tumbs Up" 👍. Keep pushing for greater awesomeness! 😃

You get what you pay for it’s a supplemental gym for me so I only go for cardio, the free weights are decent but not amazing. The only reason for four stars is the parking lot is a hot mess, in the winter it’s a lawless place. Also there’s no lights which can give it a creepy vibe, especially if you’re a solo female walking to your car at night.

I'm an OTR driver who uses PF locations all over the country. In town for a few days, I was apprehensive after reading some of the negative views, here. I'm on the road for several weeks at a time, & need these gyms to stay healthy. The verdict? Some people just like to complain... This location is clean (bathroom could've been a bit cleaner, but was fine), has all standard weight & cardio machines, & is staffed by friendly folks. The machines are in like-new condition. I use PF locations all acrossed the country. I've seen nicer ones, but also plenty of ghetto ones, too. This site is a bit crowded, in places (lots of machines crammed together), but not overly so. My one gripe: some weight machines are placed right in front of treadmills. That means that anyone on a treadmill while sick (including asymptomatic), will be spraying their filth all over you :-/... I don't go to gyms to get sick, or fight w/stupid people who don't properly cover their coughs. I only hope the gym remains almost empty during early AM hours. If I lived here, this one thing could easily become a deal-breaker for me. Other than that, it's a fine gym.

Awesome place. Friendly staff. Cross section of all types of people, college age to elderly, extremely obese to extremely fit, but mostly just average everyday people getting and staying healthy. As their slogan says, it's a "judgment free zone."

Cardio focused with lots of treadmills, ellipticals, & bikes. There is enough equipment to weight train. Tanning, and massage is available if you level up. No pool, racquetball or fitness classes that I am aware of

Working out always been an option for me but did not know where to go, until I found Planet Fitness. I have been feeling lower back pain but with my workout, it going away. There are many exercise materials with video description. I got up every morning feeling more good (healthier) then tire in my body. Lol my wife even loving my look.

They had lots of options for you to choose from. It was good environment you didnt feel like you had to compare yourself. The only thing I didn't like was the things you used to disinfect the equimpent after use was not the best ones to use but that isn't that big of a deal because it still gets the work done.

The fee is very reasonable. This place has lots and lots of machines and great options for moving pretty much any kind of muscle. I love that it is open 24/5. The workers are very nice andvare willing to help and answer any questions! They also have a personal trai ner for free!
