I worked with Jeremiah for 3 months and had such a blast! Going to the gym is not something I ever really enjoyed; that is until I started working with Jeremiah and Jessica (one of his trainers.) Jeremiah is an amazing coach and trainer. I joined because I’m going into the Navy to become a pilot which requires 13 weeks of physical and mental strength. I showed him the scores I needed for the physical fitness tests. He’s a great listener and tailors the training to what your needs are. Very knowledgeable about the anatomy of muscle groups and how to workout smart. Also combines nutrition in as well. Best decision I’ve ever made.

After going to planet fitness for over a year I found this place when nothing seemed to be working or helping me with weight loss or making me feel better about myself. I didn’t know much about incorporating strength training or how to do much so I decided to look for a trainer and found Jeremiah. It has only been a few weeks now and I can already tell a difference. I’ve learned how to do workouts that I didn’t know about before and I feel confident that when I am done I will be able to do them on my own. If you are questioning whether or not to check this place out, do it already! It is worth it!

First time using a personal trainer. Jeremiah is knowledgeable , motivational and a personable. In addition to the 12 training session I also did a couple weeks of his boot camp definitely hard work, but fun. The personal training session was a good mix of free weights, body weight, core work and cardio. I would 100% recommend.

This guy is an excellent trainer and motivator! When I needed help and direction, Jeremiah did just that. He was always pushing me, but he was always keeping me in a positive mood. Our training was cut short due to a car accident, but because of the push he gave me, I spent the entire summer riding my bicycle everywhere(work, groceries, etc.). I'm looking forward to resuming our training sessions in the near future and finish what we started!

Only worked out at this facility for about a week. However the trainer Jeremiah is flexible and cool and the other people who attended group workouts were friendly. Unfortunately for me the facility was very far from where I live. Also some of the equipment could be more updated.

My best friend Michael started training with this man, Jeremiah, a mere 3 months ago... within those 3 months he is now the size of the hulk, with the ability to run a 4 second flat 40 yard split. He once bench pressed your mother, and I’m sure that is a feat of its own.
